AJC Came to the rescue of Hartley Wintney Scouts after a break in at the Scout hut damaged the front doors beyond repair. They came out the same day to assess the damage then very generously came back and fitted us a new set of fire doors. There service is excellent and the standard of work top notch.

I used Smart H Interiors to build a floor to ceiling cupboard, box in an electric meter and install an integrated washer dryer and new counter top. Very impressed with the customer service and quality of work completed. Lovely people who went above and beyond to meet my requirements and make sure I was happy with the work. I definitely recommend and will use again.

Phil and the team were professional and did an incredible job building walls for an exhibition for us. They created an invisible door as well and the finish of everything was beautiful. It was a particularly hard space to install walls in but they managed to comply with all the safety requirements and were innovative in their approach, using powerful magnets as opposed to securing the structure by drilling into the existing walls. They were also very friendly, tidy and quick to respond. We will definitely work with them again and would recommend the team highly!

Kevin of Hook Carpentry has done two items of work for us, The first was to change an opening door into a sliding door which he did very efficiently and quickly. The second job Kevin did was to build fitted wardrobes in our second bedroom from scratch. It was a long run and included hanging space and shelf space. Kevin was very professional and guided us to make the right decisions and we are delighted with the end result. He was a very clean and tidy worker and we would have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

Kevin installed 14 x internal doors for us. He is meticulous in his work and his attention to detail has meant the doors have been fitted to a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend Kevin for all carpentry work and we will have him back for additional work in the future. Kevin is also a thoroughly nice chap and our dog took a particular shine to him, probably recognising his calm nature!

Mitchell O'born Carpentry did a fantastic job. Fitting very heavy doors upto 50kg with precison lining up the new to old hinge cutouts. 11 doors fitted in total all matching designs but varying in size and weight. He was extremely helpful in the consultation phase and I found him to be very trustworthy, polite and very clean. I'd like to point out his level of craft is top "notch" highly recommended.

Mitch has done a brilliant job of fitting several internal oak doors for us, and a new external door. He is friendly, courteous, tidy and takes great care of our home while he’s working. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him.

Excellent company. Fantastic communication from start to finish. Ed listened to what type of bar I wanted , did an initial site visit then put together detailed plans which he sent across for review. The end result was even better than I had hoped for. The finish and workmanship was excellent and Harry and the two guys who came to install were great to deal with and did a meticulous job. Lewis advised and replaced the bannisters on our stairs. He did a great job and was polite and courteous. I will be using his services again…. And I did, this time to replace all our internal doors with oak ones. Craig and Garath did an amazing job; they were really friendly and polite and left no mess.

The experience from start to finish has been fantastic! I was given a really reasonable quote, and though additional costs were added (due to extra work which needed to be carried out) these were also really reasonably priced and I was kept well informed about it before the work was carried out. I'd also discovered what can only be described as a nightmare of hidden pipework under the old larder (before work was due to be carried out), and though my own worries about this caused delays with the work starting, Lewis was really supportive in addressing this and was really quick to respond to all of my concerns. Garath fitted my new cabinets, moved my extractor fan/boxing, replaced my windowsill and also worked on a few extra areas in the kitchen and I'm honestly impressed with how good it all looks! All his work has been topnotch and throughout the process he was always polite and took the trouble to answer any questions I had. Work was also finished really quickly which was a bonus! My thanks to you both - can't recommend highly enough!

We need 5 doors replaced and a new doorway created. Paul removed old the old doors and replaced them with new oak doors. Also created a new door way for the new door and did some repairs to the cabin in our garden. He was always very friendly and helpful throughout with suggestion to overcome some unforeseen problems. Highly recommended.

Paul replaced two rotten window cills in out downstairs. Everything was done well and to time and there were no issues. Price is good and work is good. Efficient and accurate and timely. Good job, well done.

A fine bespoke bookcase was designed, made and fiited by Gavin. It started as an idea, he then created a wonderful bookcase of which I'm so proud, it is an awesome piece of furniture. He was professional, a clean worker and it is a fine piece of craftsman work, highly recommended.

GE Carpentry provide a super service from start to finish and come highly recommended. Gavin's skills are second to none; he is a truly gifted carpenter and has very high standards. He is brilliant at design, and tailoring to the needs of his clients. Gavin has completed several jobs in my house. Most recently, he fitted new doors throughout my home; not the easiest of tasks with a mixture of imperial and metric, and not one straight frame. Gavin and Troy did a super job, so pleased with the results. They arrived on time and in good spirits every day - a pleasure to have working in my home. I would recommend Gavin to anyone.

Updating my review following a second job completed by Pete and Andy - excellent job again, and can thoroughly recommend - the work that they do is of the highest quality, but they are also very good post-completion at coming back for any snagging - have always felt everything is well communicated and have stuck to quoted prices. No hesitation in recommending and would certainly use them again.

A few friends of ours recommended Bassett Carpentry for our kitchen extension. We couldn’t be happier with the work and would recommend them to anyone else. Our extension was not straight forward but Andy & Pete were so easy to deal with. They were honest and upfront with costs, and kept to the agreed price plans. Their team who completed the electrics and plumbing were also superb. We were very nervous as this was our first project, but Bassett Carpentry exceeded all expectations and did the perfect job. They also installed the kitchen itself, which we love. We are very grateful and actually missed having them around once the extension was complete! Thank you so much.

Andy and Pete consistently confirmed that we'd made the right decision when we asked them to build a single storey extension onto the back of our house and a replacement porch. They were not only highly skilled, patient, honest, trustworthy and communicative, they (and their team) were just great people to have around. That's pretty vital when they are going to spend months on your project! They used their vast experience and network to quickly resolve any challenges which arose and have left us with a life changing extension that we enjoy each and every day. The gorgeous extension is filled with light due to an apex roof housing two Velux windows and a complete wall of bifold doors with glass gable end. The Utility Room houses our white goods at a raised level for ease of use and our very swanky porch (!) is rendered as per the bottom half of the entire house. Quite a transformation! For your interest I attach before, during and after photos of their work here in Chandler's Ford We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Andy and Pete, with Nick and Graham, carried out our loft conversion this year and we are so happy with their work. What we liked best was their time-keeping (they ran exactly to schedule) and costing (they ran exactly to quote, except for some extras that we requested). As important was their pleasantness in working with. They are very courteous, great communication, and any problems were listened to carefully and a sensible solution found. Our project was quite large (dormer L-shape loft conversion, complete reroof, chimney repoint, 2 new bathrooms and fitted cupboards and wardrobes). Their workmanship is of a very high standard and we strongly recommend them.
