Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing. He didn’t take any shortcuts and even though it was 5pm he kept working until the job was finished. 100% recommend this company. Macca is a credit to your company.

Lazmir has been my go-to plumber for the past eight years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Very reliable and professional. I called Lazmir to fix a leak in my bathroom which I myself tried to figure out for a couple of days with no luck. Not only he arrived on time (on the same day) he was super efficient and fixed the problem by identifying the issue in less than 5 minutes. He was super friendly and v most importantly not a rip-off like other big companies. Would highly recommend him.

Adam took on the challenge of improving our hot water system, after a builder left us with a huge mess. He was not phased by the task and completed the work to a very high standard, always looking after our immediate water needs. It was a pleasure to meet such a dedicated and experienced tradesman, who you can trust. I would definitely recommend Adam.

Having just fitted a new bathroom I had awful pressure issues. Coupled with a boiler on the way out I knew it was time to look for quotes to replace the system. After several "no you don't want that"s I finally found Chapman! Jo was friendly and happy to work around my timeframe when booking for a quote visit which really helped as I work in London. Adam appeared a day later eating into his own evening, he spent the better part of 2 hours talking me through the probable causes of my problems and the options to fix. He explained everything right down to what must be basic plumbing to me and was very patient and easy to understand throughout. It's clear that Adam can do the simple installs and the complex as, every time there was a problem, we worked through it together so I wasn't clueless towards the end. Needless to say my pressure problem is permanently solved and earlier than expected too. The new system looks the part as well, professional, clean and safe Adam even placed some extra pipe protection in the loft as I mentioned I throw things up there on occasion. All this was done for the fair and quoted price which was honoured till the end. I'll only be using Chapman in the future and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Adam has recently installed a Honeywell EvoHome system for me. We have a large, 1950s house with solid walls. Adam was very thorough in his survey, recommended where to site the controller for best signal, and even altered the piping to one of the radiators to put the HR92 in an optimum position for reception. As well as this, I had an antiquated setup with the pipes around the boiler and cylinder and with the wiring which Adam reworked whilst reusing as much as possible to keep costs to a minimum. Throughout his two days here, Adam was cheerful in the face of (1950s-era) adversity, chatty, tidy, etc. His knowledge of heating systems and some of the physics behind things is exemplary and should be a shining example to all his peers. I had two quotes for this work and Adam's was half the price of the other one because he recommended a pragmatic, keep it simple approach rather than trying to tackle everything at once. I anticipate a boiler upgrade in the next 12-15 months, and Adam will be the first person I call. I highly recommend Adam and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Jo was very helpful in the office throughout the whole process and Adam was very professional and honest from the quotation process right through to installation. Due to a very busy work load Adam very kindly came to fit my boiler on his day off to ensure he met the deadline we initially agreed. Very pleased with Chapman Plumbing and would highly recommend.

Ryan came to plumb our washing machine into our newly created utility outbuilding. His work was excellent and he kindly helped us carry the washer out to its new location once he'd finished the plumbing connections and installed a stopcock for the outbuilding. Very tidy, very good quality job. Excellent. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent work by Lee and Ryan adding new designer radiators to the system Greenstar installed earlier this year. Clean and tidy workers who knew exactly what was required. Would always recommend Greenstar and would not let anyone else touch our system!

Will Stone Plumbing was excellent. Will scoped a completely new central heating system and boiler upgrade / relocation and talked us through what he thought was best. Wayne and his apprentice smashed it out the park as it was a massive Job. They were great in the house and always asked if there were any issues. I would have been absolutely lost with out Luke .He went several extra miles to make sure I had heating and water after I foolishly did not register my boiler for warranty.luke sorted it all out quickly !
