Exceptional service and advice. Very professional and flexible. Initially fixed old Biasi boiler (which seems to be the worst on the market). It was working fine for few more years. Tried to revive it again, but advised that eventually it is not worth it, which I agreed. Came few times to try to fix it, sacrificed his time and took no charge. New installation using the glow-worm energy boiler went smoothly, clean and professional. Immediately registered with gas safe. I highly recommend. Poole resident.

I've used Toby at Thorne and Thorne a number of times and always find them to be a great company. They are responsive and reactive, an dusually at a time when plumbers are in high demand. Would highly recommend. Had a new toilet and sink and cabinet replaced in our downstairs loo. Rachel in the office was very helpful and the fitters did a great job and were very clean and tidy.

Engineer was on time, was polite, did a good job and in fact went beyond to complete the job properly. Good service.

Mums heating system started malfunctioning on Wednesday, called to see if someone could come out. An engineer was in the area so was able to be with us within the hour. A gault was diagnosed and also comleted a boiler service. Absolutely brilliant! Unfortunately the following day there was no heating again, called mid morning and an engineer was able to come out and sort another issue. All up and running. Again superb service at such short notice. Cannot be faulted. All in all "Absolutely Brilliant Service " Highly recommended.

Our old boiler finally stopped worked in December 2019. With no spare parts available JP plumbing fitted a new one at short notice and a reasonable price. Very professional and helpful throughout.

I would have been absolutely lost with out Luke .He went several extra miles to make sure I had heating and water after I foolishly did not register my boiler for warranty.luke sorted it all out quickly ! He then did my bathroom which I love ! He was clean tidy ,polite and professional.Would definitely recommend!

Blocked foul water drainage pipe cleared.Became blocked again.But due to scale build after camera was inserted had to be descaled. Chris who carried out the ,work (along with an apprentice at one time )was very friendly and informative and also punctual. I would recommend this company and use again.

Greenstar fitted a new boiler for us. Jordan was very professional and explained everything, including how to operate the boiler once it had been installed. He was also very tidy and the job was completed in the time indicated. Also had great service from the company beforehand. They were very helpful and understanding during a difficult time so thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Ryan came to plumb our washing machine into our newly created utility outbuilding. His work was excellent and he kindly helped us carry the washer out to its new location once he'd finished the plumbing connections and installed a stopcock for the outbuilding. Fantastic service managed to fit me in. My elderly mums bathroom sink had a leak from the waste pipe and sink had come away from the wall too. Booked me in promptly with great comms throughout and the plumber who came was friendly and patient with my mum which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend them to friends and family and would use them myself for any issues.

SCD have just done a brilliant job removing my mother's bath and small shower and replacing it with a new low level walk-in shower. All work completed in 5 days. Very efficient and tidy.

Jack installed all new radiators to my property. New water cylinder new shower installation with pump. Also toilet and water tank repair. Very pleased with Jack's work which was very good quality and professional. When contacted he was quickly responsive. Gave a date when he could do the work and was on time. Good value and would definitely recommend.

Extremely happy with the service received. Was given advice over the phone on how to temporarily, but safely, restore heating to our home before Jack from Progas had availability to visit in person. Following an investigation by Jack, the problem was permanently resolved along with advice on how to improve the heating in our home. Due to the professional and honest advice given by Jack, I immediately booked him in to carry out his recommendations. The quality of his work was exceptional and within the price quoted. All work was carried out within the given timescales and cleanly with no mess. I will continue to use Jack from Progas for all gas related works in our property and I am more than happy to recommend him to others.

Will Stone Plumbing was excellent. Will scoped a completely new central heating system and boiler upgrade / relocation and talked us through what he thought was best. Wayne and his apprentice smashed it out the park as it was a massive Job. They were great in the house and always asked if there were any issues.
