I was experiencing water ingress issues with the roof on a (relatively) recently constructed garden room which the original builder was completely unresponsive to. David Budd and his team (Mark and Sean) did a great job with the re-roofing. The roof is now as it should be. One happy customer.

I don't usually leave reviews, but dave and his team were that good... it's the least i could do... They initially attended to a roof leak for my elderly mum last year... they attended within hours, managed to do a temp fix and get her in the dry, then were back within days with scaffold to do proper repair. My own roof was in need of redoing, so i got dave to quote along with a couple of other roofers, and he came in cheapest. they've just finished and i'm chuffed with how it all went. Good value and very professional.

During the awful weather we had over the weekend, my roof at my property become damaged. I contacted Dave at Alpha and he quickly reassured me that the problem would be resolved and he stuck to his word! The whole process was really simple and the guys that came to my property were brilliant, really polite and kept me updated with everything going on. It also wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be! I have no hesitation in recommending Dave and his team at Alpha! 10/10!!! Thanks guys!

I hadn't heard of this company before, but I was very pleased to find them today, looking for hip tiles and none of the big companies could help, nothing in stock and very expensive delivery in 3 days. Enter John James and they had the exact tiles I was looking for in the yard. Their delivery fee was also half the price of the big companies had I needed it. They cheerfully loaded the tiles onto my van without being asked, nothing was too much trouble for them. Kind, helpful, very reasonable prices. Five stars.

Great place for reclaim and new roof tiles, very helpful and efficient staff

Great friendly helpful service. The squirrels in my garden chew the green pine cones which break my roof tiles when they fall. So I need about 10 or 20 used tiles every year to replace broken ones. JJ Roofing has an extensive range or used tiles. The staff help you find the correct tile. It’s a lovely location down a scenic country road. So a cheap, recycling , good for the environment DIY repair.

We couldn't get any firm to quote for our roof repairs, no one turned up, so we were somewhat desperate by the time we contacted Iain, with water ingress having caused a great deal of damage to two internal walls. In retrospect, under those circumstances they could easily have ripped us off. However, his team fitted us in when it finally stopped raining this year and not only did they arrive on time, work hard and complete the job very tidily in 2 days, they did so politely and with great customer service. We've used Forest Park Roofing twice now and both times been very satisfied. Ian and the team are hardworking, fast and know what they're doing. They've always cleaned up beyond expectations. It's a welcome difference to other firms to be able to leave them to it and not have to supervise - or provide cups of tea every 45 minutes.

Forest Park Roofing have replaced the roof, loft insulation and loft flooring on my house. This was a complicated job that was undertaken with care leaving me with a very elegant roof which has been much admired by the numerous people walking their dogs in front of the house over 3 weeks. Iain Bowers guided me through the options to begin with and coped with the odd snag, woodworm, rotten wood etc. such as one might expect in a house over 100 years old. The team worked hard throughout, reclaimed such tiles as they could and sold them to reclamation crediting me with an appropriate amount. Chris Bowers application of mortar on the margins for aesthetic purposes was like was like watching a painter at work. The team tidied up beautifully in respect of protecting gutters, cleaning UPVC, cleaning glass, window sills and lifting tile fragments from the grass. It is reassuring for any householder commencing such a large task to know one is in such capable hands. All in all a top class experience.

BRILLIANT! I am so happy that I chose 1st Rate Roofing to repair a leak in my roof! Our roofer, Ben, was incredibly friendly, efficient and, most of all, reliable. The issue I had with my roof was definitely a difficult case, yet Ben had it sorted quickly and effectively. I got all the information about why the leak had occurred, and was provided with photos and information on all the work done. There were no unexpected or unexplained costs like some other companies. I was left feeling confident in the quality of work done. I will add that, after several storms, the repaired area is now outperforming the rest of my roof. Contacted Harvey when we knew mum’s roof was falling apart and from the first contact he couldn’t have been more helpful. Harvey and his team were very professional, hard working, and polite. They were asked to remove a boiler stack and make good the roof. This they did with minimal fuss. After the job was done they cleared up any mess and carried away all the bricks, etc. I was particularly impressed by the respect shown towards us, and our property. Have an issue with condensation on a metal double garage roof, tried multiple times to even get a response, can't be to down on the company as house re tile was very good. Still no sign of rectification work, to prevent excess moisture inside garage...21march 2023...Still nothing 31st march 2023. Rivers off water inside roof , yes they( RT) mentioned moisture inside but not to the extent items stored in garage got wet. I'll look at getting another roofer company to look at this issue now as RT failed to come back to us. Update: RT returned and added vents to garage, thank you.... and repair on recently installed downpipe. Hence 4 stars

Would highly recommend RT Roofing there service is second to none. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service throughout the job.
