Contacted Harvey when we knew mum’s roof was falling apart and from the first contact he couldn’t have been more helpful. Even before the job started he visited a number of times to keep a cover on the roof where the old roof was leaking. During this summer and all the rain Harvey has managed to keep the job going . Throughout the preparation , the actual roof work and the clear up , Harvey has kept me fully informed by video, messaging and walk abouts on site. He has really taken the time to make sure we are happy with the job the whole way through . I am really pleased with Harvey’s work and his team . Always helpful and polite and with my mum too. I had RV roofing come and do some work for me which I had put off for a little while. Rikki and his team where absolutely fantastic throughout the process and always kept me informed. My single story extension roof has leaked intermittently for years. The roof was stripped, trusses repaired, double felted, tiles replaced and all finishing done very professionally. A problem with the tile hanging on the back of the house was discovered so, for a very reasonable extra charge, this was also dealt with. The site was left very clean and tidy and the scaffolding removed the same day as the job was finished. I would be very happy to recommend this company to friends and family

Great friendly helpful service. The squirrels in my garden chew the green pine cones which break my roof tiles when they fall. So I need about 10 or 20 used tiles every year to replace broken ones. JJ Roofing has an extensive range or used tiles. The staff help you find the correct tile. It’s a lovely location down a scenic country road. So a cheap, recycling , good for the environment DIY repair.

Good place to go if you need roof tiles. This place have all shapes and models of tiles it's like the graveyard of tiles in a nice way. We managed to get exactly what we need it. Spot on and good price also. 👍

Forest Park Roofing have replaced the roof, loft insulation and loft flooring on my house. This was a complicated job that was undertaken with care leaving me with a very elegant roof which has been much admired by the numerous people walking their dogs in front of the house over 3 weeks. Iain Bowers guided me through the options to begin with and coped with the odd snag, woodworm, rotten wood etc. such as one might expect in a house over 100 years old. The team worked hard throughout, reclaimed such tiles as they could and sold them to reclamation crediting me with an appropriate amount. Chris Bowers application of mortar on the margins for aesthetic purposes was like was like watching a painter at work. The team tidied up beautifully in respect of protecting gutters, cleaning UPVC, cleaning glass, window sills and lifting tile fragments from the grass. It is reassuring for any householder commencing such a large task to know one is in such capable hands. All in all a top class experience.

BRILLIANT! I am so happy that I chose 1st Rate Roofing to repair a leak in my roof! Our roofer, Ben, was incredibly friendly, efficient and, most of all, reliable. The issue I had with my roof was definitely a difficult case, yet Ben had it sorted quickly and effectively.
