Up Top Roofing came to add extra insulation to the roof of our hydrotherapy pool.  When they arrived they quickly found a problem with the existing structure - the underlying ply was rotten and the old insulation had buckled.  Within an hour they had suggested a solution, and by the afternoon they had started work.  They pulled in extra support to make sure they could meet our timescales (the work was being grant funded, with tight deadlines) and did a really wonderful job.  The work is very professionally completed and looks great.  Each and every interaction with every member of staff, whether it be in the office or on site, was always delightfully friendly and professional.  In summary, Up Top Roofing are excellent and we would recommend them without hesitation.

BRILLIANT! I am so happy that I chose 1st Rate Roofing to repair a leak in my roof! Our roofer, Ben, was incredibly friendly, efficient and, most of all, reliable. The issue I had with my roof was definitely a difficult case, yet Ben had it sorted quickly and effectively. I got all the information about why the leak had occurred, and was provided with photos and information on all the work done. There were no unexpected or unexplained costs like some other companies. I was left feeling confident in the quality of work done. I will add that, after several storms, the repaired area is now outperforming the rest of my roof. Great friendly helpful service. The squirrels in my garden chew the green pine cones which break my roof tiles when they fall. So I need about 10 or 20 used tiles every year to replace broken ones. JJ Roofing has an extensive range or used tiles. The staff help you find the correct tile. It’s a lovely location down a scenic country road. So a cheap, recycling , good for the environment DIY repair.

Scott and his team are all highly professional and committed to what they do. Their attention to detail is first class and of all the suppliers we considered Scott was the only one who thoroughly understood the situation, the challenges and the pragmatic solutions needed. The work undertaken here was necessary as the original install was done incorrectly (apparently quite common) and has given us peace of mind that had been missing. We are delighted with the more high end look of the Z panels which have hidden fixings and the verge trims at the end of the roof tiles protecting the roof still further from wind and water ingress under the tiles. As a team they were very respectful of our home and accessed all areas via the scaffolding. We thrilled with the result, thank you

All Roofing is a great company to deal with from enquiring to having the job completed. Very quick and efficient with a very good eye for detail. They noticed a couple of little specs on one of our flat roofs they had just done and they sanded it all back and re done it to ensure a clean and smooth finish. Polite, clean and tidy. Forest Park Roofing have replaced the roof, loft insulation and loft flooring on my house. This was a complicated job that was undertaken with care leaving me with a very elegant roof which has been much admired by the numerous people walking their dogs in front of the house over 3 weeks. Iain Bowers guided me through the options to begin with and coped with the odd snag, woodworm, rotten wood etc. such as one might expect in a house over 100 years old. The team worked hard throughout, reclaimed such tiles as they could and sold them to reclamation crediting me with an appropriate amount. Chris Bowers application of mortar on the margins for aesthetic purposes was like was like watching a painter at work. The team tidied up beautifully in respect of protecting gutters, cleaning UPVC, cleaning glass, window sills and lifting tile fragments from the grass. It is reassuring for any householder commencing such a large task to know one is in such capable hands. All in all a top class experience.

We couldn't get any firm to quote for our roof repairs, no one turned up, so we were somewhat desperate by the time we contacted Iain, with water ingress having caused a great deal of damage to two internal walls. In retrospect, under those circumstances they could easily have ripped us off. However, his team fitted us in when it finally stopped raining this year and not only did they arrive on time, work hard and complete the job very tidily in 2 days, they did so politely and with great customer service. Contacted Harvey when we knew mum’s roof was falling apart and from the first contact he couldn’t have been more helpful. Harvey and his team were very professional, hard working, and polite. They were asked to remove a boiler stack and make good the roof. This they did with minimal fuss. After the job was done they cleared up any mess and carried away all the bricks, etc. I was particularly impressed by the respect shown towards us, and our property. We were having issues with water coming in through our roof. We initially thought it was old hips to blame. Will diagnosed a few holes in the lead valleys when he first came to inspect property. After very quickly receiving quotes, BB Roofing came and repaired / replaced all the hips and valleys and I’m happy with the quality of the end job. The team also took down the chimney to below rafters and made good the hole left in the roof. All in all a very good job and pleased with end result.

Brilliant service. I contacted BB roofing via New Forest roofing as I discovered a small leak in my loft. BB was the third company to come out and quote but the first to get on the roof and find the source (a cracked tile) rather than just recommend the whole roof be replaced (which would have cost thousands). My fear of a massive bill to start the new year was resolved in under 2 hours and for a very reasonable price. I would 100% recommend Sam for honest advice with the customer’s interests at heart.

Carport flat roof structural repair and three layer torch on felt application. Sam and Will did a thorough job of repairing and replacing the felt on my Carport. The felt was overdue replacement and as a result allowed water into the roof space, rotting joists etc. Will and Sam refitted soffits, and replaced rotted wood facia boards (a lot of time consuming work!) but did it all to a good standard in good time. Marvellous job! BB Roofing, competitively priced and highly recommended!

We needed an emergency roof repair as a leak had brought down the ceiling plaster. This was from a leak supposedly fixed by another company who failed to identify the root cause if the leak. BB roofing arrived and immediately identified the problem as being the dormer window. They proceeded to replace the window and also re align all of our roof tiles. They were quick, professional and really helpful. The leak is now fixed. They even came in under the original quote as the job was quicker than expected.
