BRILLIANT! I am so happy that I chose 1st Rate Roofing to repair a leak in my roof! Our roofer, Ben, was incredibly friendly, efficient and, most of all, reliable. The issue I had with my roof was definitely a difficult case, yet Ben had it sorted quickly and effectively. I got all the information about why the leak had occurred, and was provided with photos and information on all the work done. There were no unexpected or unexplained costs like some other companies. I was left feeling confident in the quality of work done. I will add that, after several storms, the repaired area is now outperforming the rest of my roof.
