Adam R and his team came today to fix the leaking attic roof....when receiving a quote Adam went up onto the roof to fully assess the damage and provide an accurate quote. The team turned up and got the job done with Adam while taking pictures and videos of the progress of work from start to end. Adam then sent this to me and once the job was done also explained the process of the work carried out in relation to the pictures taken. Very happy with the customer service and the quality of work with a very long guarantee. Will definitely be using again for the extension leak!

From the moment Joe arrived, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He quickly identified the problem and then explained the cause and options for repair with the aid of photos he had taken. The following quote clearly showed a breakdown of the work and costs. I contacted A List as I had a number of broken slates on the roof of my extension. Speed of response and communication were very good - Dale arranged a visit within a couple of days and provided me with a quote the following morning. After discussion, I opted to replace all of the slates rather than just the badly broken ones as Dale explained the cost would be similar. James then came to carry out the work - he was happy to do this when I wasn't at home, which was a big help as I didn't need to take time off work. I was really happy with the end result, which was very neat and well-matched to my neighbour's adjoining property and in keeping with the character of the house. More importantly, it kept us dry during the prolonged, torrential rain that followed a couple of days later! Dale and James were both friendly and polite and I'd be very happy to use A List again.

Dale is really a great guy and his work is of excellent quality. We felt like we could trust him from the very first minute when we met him. Can’t praise this company enough, had a major problem with my roof just before Christmas. Barry and team did a fantastic job replacing the felt, battens, some beams and some tiles on my 1960s roof, plus replacement fascias, soffits and gutters and a refresh of my porch. I've been hugely impressed by First Choice Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I e-mailed last Thursday to request a quote; within less than fifteen minutes, I'd heard back and we arranged a visit that same day. By today (Wednesday) the work was complete! My garage roof - which had a huge amount of greenery to be removed - has been cleared, boarded and refelted to a high standard, as well as having guttering and drainpipe installed. Genuinely one of the easiest major property maintenance encounters I've ever had.

Spencer is our go-to for roofing work and has been for many years. He is always quick to reply, on time and never tries to sell you anything you don't need. His team and any other trades he uses (ie scaffolders) are always reliable. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Spencer and the team were super efficient. From quote being received within a day to removal and replacement of all soffit and fascia’s within 4 weeks. I would very happily recommend. Bonus; they were also the best of 3 quotes but that’s not why they were chosen. Just good although ‘feel’ that Spencer was a pair of safe hands .

Ross responded promptly to my enquiry and arranged a visit to assess the problem the next day. He quoted a very reasonable price on the spot and, crucially , as I had a leak, was able to fit the job in a few days later. I was very satisfied with his workmanship and how quickly and efficiently he got the work done and have no hesitation in recommending RM Roofing.

Ross responded to our call quickly and came round within a couple of days to give us a quote on the spot for repairing where concrete had fallen out of our verge. I was worried the job would cost a fortune after a previous quote which had suggested it would take a full day, with the need for scaffolding, as the end tiles needed to be lifted to get the job done. But Ross was able to complete the job the next week, for a reasonable price, single handed from a ladder with no problem at all and in only a few hours. I would certainly recommend Ross at RM Roofing and we will be using his services again in the future.

RM Roofing are excellent. I had a few slipped slates causing water ingress into the property. Ross not only fixed it for a great price, but also went above and beyond making himself available over a weekend to get it done before rain was due. Will definitely use RM Roofing again.

After our ceiling collapsed during a storm, we asked Ross to come in and fix our roof. He found that the builders who did our dormer conversion had damaged our roof membrane and just left it like that. Fortunately Ross managed to get everything fixed in just a few days one the scaffolding went up. He even had a plasterer come in to fix the ceiling. Our neighbour - who is a tradesman himself - was so impressed with the job that he wanted Ross to do some work for him as well.
