I've been hugely impressed by First Choice Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I e-mailed last Thursday to request a quote; within less than fifteen minutes, I'd heard back and we arranged a visit that same day. By today (Wednesday) the work was complete! My garage roof - which had a huge amount of greenery to be removed - has been cleared, boarded and refelted to a high standard, as well as having guttering and drainpipe installed. Genuinely one of the easiest major property maintenance encounters I've ever had.

Barry and team did a fantastic job replacing the felt, battens, some beams and some tiles on my 1960s roof, plus replacement fascias, soffits and gutters and a refresh of my porch. He was amazingly responsive and good at communicating, and his team including David and Tom were excellent. They are all experienced and knowledgeable and worked for several days to get the job completed. Thank you Barry and First Choice Roofing.

From the point of my first contact, they were excellent to deal with. They answered the phone first time, Kylo came over to assess and quote within 24 hours and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and polite. I appreciated the fact that they used a drone to ensure they had been able to check all the hard to see ares of my roof and provided me the images. They told me when to expect the quote back (within 24 hours of their visit) and delivered on that promise. The quote and suggestions they gave, demonstrated that they fully understood the problem and had more than one solution, crucially ensuring they were LABC compliant if required. Rooftop were carrying out some work for a neighbour so I asked for a quote for some remedial tasks we needed doing. Adam visited the same day and went up on the roof to take a proper look (unlike another person who quoted) then provided a cost within a couple of days, which was the cheapest quote we received. The work was booked in within a reasonable timescale and the crew turned up at the agreed date and time to start work. The guys were polite and tidy, with the area being regularly cleaned of debris throughout the job, and they took the time to explain what tasks were being carried out to resolve the reported issues. With the understanding that my judgement was made from ground level, the quality of work was top notch and the reported issues (plus a couple of other minor items) were all addressed for the quoted cost. In addition, Adam resealed the skylights on our old conservatory roof to completely fix the leaks that we'd been putting up with for years because we could find noone to fix them. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend Adam and his team at Rooftop Roofing.

My partner Danny found Andy via google and going on the companies reviews, gave him a call. Andy came out to take a look at our leaking roof the same day, gave us a very reasonable price for fixing the leak, and within a week, the leaks were fixed, the gutters unblocked and reconnected at no extra cost. I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He is very professional from start to finish and extremely knowledgeable about his line of work. He came round and gave a quote which I felt was very reasonable. He was extremely accommodating and didn’t want paying until the job was complete (he did the work over two days to fit in with us). I am very happy with the work. Tom who works with Andy is very polite too and a credit to the business. A really lovely company to deal with. I would use Andy again without hesitation.

Highly Recommend I had what appeared to be a very slow leak in my roof, courtesy of what I now know was a broken tile! In a nutshell, I sent an email to Kudos on a Sunday evening in early November and by 1100 the Monday morning the job was complete! Now, it's important to understand, depending on your request, this may not always be able to happen, however I want you to appreciate the 'can do' attitude and timely response to my email. At no time did I feel 'fobbed off'. Not knowing a lot about roofing myself, I had to trust what I was being told. For me, the 'test' was to ask for pictures of what was being explained to me and the work that was required and these were provided with no hesitation. I had regular contact with Andrew that morning and no work was completed without my permission. I understood exactly what was going on with my roof even though I was not present to see the work directly happen as I was at work myself. Andrew was very engaging and explained the problem to me clearly and in a language I understood! He has a lovely manner about him and I felt valued as a customer. OK, for some the job may not be perceived as a very big one, however, I would have no hesitation contacting the team again if I had further issues in addition to recommending Kudos roofing to anyone who was looking for recommendations in this area. I have experienced no further issues with my roof ...and I can assure you it has been put to the test with the recent rainfall! This company have done several jobs for us, to include replacement flat roof/ balcony and leadwork, repointing chimney stack and leadwork. All work carried out in a timely fashion and to a high standard and at reasonable rates. Highly recommend this company

From the moment Joe arrived, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He quickly identified the problem and then explained the cause and options for repair with the aid of photos he had taken. The following quote clearly showed a breakdown of the work and costs. Joe and his colleague carried out the work efficiently , leaving no mess behind. Once work was complete Joe took the time to show photos of the repair works carried out. I appreciate that joe also followed up after we had heavy rain to check if all was OK. The leak has been completely resolved, and I’ve had no further issues.

Spencer is our go-to for roofing work and has been for many years. He is always quick to reply, on time and never tries to sell you anything you don't need. His team and any other trades he uses (ie scaffolders) are always reliable. Wouldn't use anyone else!

I had quotes by a few companies, but they let me down and no showed or became difficult to contact. It was not a massive job but needed alot of prep work before hand. After looking at reviews I contacted Spencer at Pristine roofing and he gave me a quote that was very fair and competitive. Originally he couldn't fit me in for a few wks but I booked in anyway. A week later Spencer contacted me to say it might be possible to do the job sooner, he coordinated all the scaffolding and kept me informed on when they would come. Spencer and team fixed my roof and cleaned up after doing a superb job. Highly recommend Spencer for any roof repairs or services and I will be using him again in the future.

Spencer and the team were super efficient. From quote being received within a day to removal and replacement of all soffit and fascia’s within 4 weeks. I would very happily recommend. Bonus; they were also the best of 3 quotes but that’s not why they were chosen. Just good although ‘feel’ that Spencer was a pair of safe hands .

We recently had the roof stripped on our large, beautiful period property which has a real mix of dormer and gabled windows within the roof space plus a turret, several decorative clay end tiles and a flat roof in the middle with a skylight. Shaun, boss of Valley Roofing UK came to visit us and we liked and trusted him from the outset. His knowledge, accreditations and helpful suggestions with no pressure whatsoever helped us decide to ask Valley Roofing UK to take on the work based on a thorough survey they carried out and a very competitive quote. We had new membranes, battens, tiles and up-to-date insulation and a few other bits such as repointing the chimney while up there! The skilled team worked hard every day, keeping all areas clean and tidy as they went and dealing with numerous wasps nests, taking everything in their stride. Shaun was always quick to respond to our questions... the whole team, including Jenny in the office, were a pleasure to work with. We can't thank them enough for such a beautiful new roof, we are extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them.

After a fairly long chat via emails I decided to have my Shed roof replaced with EPDM. The team turned up early and worked with due diligence and care throughout the day. The end result is a superb piece of workmanship. All rubish cleared away and all of the pink gungy adhesive that dripped down inside the shed was throughly cleaned up. Its not cheap to have this work done but it's worth it for the quality of materials and the skill of the fitters from this company. Highly recommended.

Ross recently did some work on our garage, replacing the roof and rendering the outside and replaced two windows - it has made a huge difference and couldn’t be more pleased with the work. We were super impressed with how quickly and efficiently the work was carried out. The site was cleared of all rubbish. We would hesitate to recommend Ross and indeed he has come back since and done some further work for us installing bird proofing on solar panels. Very happy customers 😊

Ross responded promptly to my enquiry and arranged a visit to assess the problem the next day. He quoted a very reasonable price on the spot and, crucially , as I had a leak, was able to fit the job in a few days later. I was very satisfied with his workmanship and how quickly and efficiently he got the work done and have no hesitation in recommending RM Roofing.

After our ceiling collapsed during a storm, we asked Ross to come in and fix our roof. He found that the builders who did our dormer conversion had damaged our roof membrane and just left it like that. Fortunately Ross managed to get everything fixed in just a few days one the scaffolding went up. He even had a plasterer come in to fix the ceiling. Our neighbour - who is a tradesman himself - was so impressed with the job that he wanted Ross to do some work for him as well.

Ross responded to our call quickly and came round within a couple of days to give us a quote on the spot for repairing where concrete had fallen out of our verge. I was worried the job would cost a fortune after a previous quote which had suggested it would take a full day, with the need for scaffolding, as the end tiles needed to be lifted to get the job done. But Ross was able to complete the job the next week, for a reasonable price, single handed from a ladder with no problem at all and in only a few hours. I would certainly recommend Ross at RM Roofing and we will be using his services again in the future.

At the begining of January Dean and his guys completed a roofing repair to a high standard during very challenging weather conditions. The Tavan team were efficient, polite and tidy. In summary a five star service at a very competative price.

Dale is really a great guy and his work is of excellent quality. We felt like we could trust him from the very first minute when we met him. I contacted A List as I had a number of broken slates on the roof of my extension. Speed of response and communication were very good - Dale arranged a visit within a couple of days and provided me with a quote the following morning. After discussion, I opted to replace all of the slates rather than just the badly broken ones as Dale explained the cost would be similar. James then came to carry out the work - he was happy to do this when I wasn't at home, which was a big help as I didn't need to take time off work. I was really happy with the end result, which was very neat and well-matched to my neighbour's adjoining property and in keeping with the character of the house. More importantly, it kept us dry during the prolonged, torrential rain that followed a couple of days later! Dale and James were both friendly and polite and I'd be very happy to use A List again.
