The first a major reroofing project of our house in SW12 and the second a waterproofing of a major leak in a bay window. From the point of my first contact, they were excellent to deal with. They answered the phone first time, Kylo came over to assess and quote within 24 hours and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and polite. I appreciated the fact that they used a drone to ensure they had been able to check all the hard to see ares of my roof and provided me the images. They told me when to expect the quote back (within 24 hours of their visit) and delivered on that promise. The quote and suggestions they gave, demonstrated that they fully understood the problem and had more than one solution, crucially ensuring they were LABC compliant if required. The quote was very fair and subsequent advice and support provided by Jen was excellent. Highly recommended overall.

Dale is really a great guy and his work is of excellent quality. We felt like we could trust him from the very first minute when we met him. We all know how hard it is to choose a trader this day , who can you trust , how can you make a choice among all the traders available but go for Dale and his team you won’t be disappointed ! They are super efficient and they are really lovely and super polite , they will leave the place clean and tidy. Don’t hesitate !

The A List roofing team are excellent! From quote through to completion they did a fantastic job. Dale clearly explained what would happen and also dealing with a couple of quirks. He assessed the job more thoroughly than others and was a very competitive quote. The guys who did the job were fantastic and left everything perfectly clean.

I contacted A List as I had a number of broken slates on the roof of my extension. Speed of response and communication were very good - Dale arranged a visit within a couple of days and provided me with a quote the following morning. After discussion, I opted to replace all of the slates rather than just the badly broken ones as Dale explained the cost would be similar. James then came to carry out the work - he was happy to do this when I wasn't at home, which was a big help as I didn't need to take time off work. I was really happy with the end result, which was very neat and well-matched to my neighbour's adjoining property and in keeping with the character of the house. More importantly, it kept us dry during the prolonged, torrential rain that followed a couple of days later! Dale and James were both friendly and polite and I'd be very happy to use A List again.

Adam R and his team came today to fix the leaking attic roof....when receiving a quote Adam went up onto the roof to fully assess the damage and provide an accurate quote. The team turned up and got the job done with Adam while taking pictures and videos of the progress of work from start to end. Adam then sent this to me and once the job was done also explained the process of the work carried out in relation to the pictures taken. Very happy with the customer service and the quality of work with a very long guarantee. Will definitely be using again for the extension leak!

Ross responded promptly to my enquiry and arranged a visit to assess the problem the next day. He quoted a very reasonable price on the spot and, crucially , as I had a leak, was able to fit the job in a few days later. I was very satisfied with his workmanship and how quickly and efficiently he got the work done and have no hesitation in recommending RM Roofing.

Ross recently did some work on our garage, replacing the roof and rendering the outside and replaced two windows - it has made a huge difference and couldn’t be more pleased with the work. We were super impressed with how quickly and efficiently the work was carried out. The site was cleared of all rubbish. We would hesitate to recommend Ross and indeed he has come back since and done some further work for us installing bird proofing on solar panels. Very happy customers 😊

RM Roofing are excellent. I had a few slipped slates causing water ingress into the property. Ross not only fixed it for a great price, but also went above and beyond making himself available over a weekend to get it done before rain was due. Will definitely use RM Roofing again.

After our ceiling collapsed during a storm, we asked Ross to come in and fix our roof. He found that the builders who did our dormer conversion had damaged our roof membrane and just left it like that. Fortunately Ross managed to get everything fixed in just a few days one the scaffolding went up. He even had a plasterer come in to fix the ceiling. Our neighbour - who is a tradesman himself - was so impressed with the job that he wanted Ross to do some work for him as well.

After a fairly long chat via emails I decided to have my Shed roof replaced with EPDM. The team turned up early and worked with due diligence and care throughout the day. The end result is a superb piece of workmanship. All rubish cleared away and all of the pink gungy adhesive that dripped down inside the shed was throughly cleaned up. Its not cheap to have this work done but it's worth it for the quality of materials and the skill of the fitters from this company. Highly recommended.

Had my roof stripped, then new membrane, tile battens and my old tiles cleaned up and refitted recently by Valley Roofing UK. Shaun and his colleague did a superb job. I liked him from the moment he came round to give me a quote. A simple honest approach, no over the top salesman tricks, trying to get me to have things done that didn't need doing. The quote was an excellent price, which totally fitted my estimated budget for the job. Took just over 4 days to complete, bang on schedule. They didn't even get phased when they discovered a wasp nest. They simply took that afternoon to go and get some replacement tiles needed and allowed me time to clear the wasps. Every evening, they cleaned up the work area perfectly, never leaving me with any mess to walk through or deal with. Very hard working team. Highly recommend. I'd certainly use them again.

These guys were brilliant! Dean was very responsive on the phone. The guys turned up on time and did brilliant work. Took all the rubbish away. Knocked down our old chimney as we had solar panels put up. They also retiled some roof for us. Highly recommend this service

Spencer is our go-to for roofing work and has been for many years. He is always quick to reply, on time and never tries to sell you anything you don't need. His team and any other trades he uses (ie scaffolders) are always reliable. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Spencer and the team were super efficient. From quote being received within a day to removal and replacement of all soffit and fascia’s within 4 weeks. I would very happily recommend. Bonus; they were also the best of 3 quotes but that’s not why they were chosen. Just good although ‘feel’ that Spencer was a pair of safe hands .

I've been hugely impressed by First Choice Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I e-mailed last Thursday to request a quote; within less than fifteen minutes, I'd heard back and we arranged a visit that same day. By today (Wednesday) the work was complete! My garage roof - which had a huge amount of greenery to be removed - has been cleared, boarded and refelted to a high standard, as well as having guttering and drainpipe installed. Genuinely one of the easiest major property maintenance encounters I've ever had.

Highly Recommend I had what appeared to be a very slow leak in my roof, courtesy of what I now know was a broken tile! In a nutshell, I sent an email to Kudos on a Sunday evening in early November and by 1100 the Monday morning the job was complete! Now, it's important to understand, depending on your request, this may not always be able to happen, however I want you to appreciate the 'can do' attitude and timely response to my email. At no time did I feel 'fobbed off'. Not knowing a lot about roofing myself, I had to trust what I was being told. For me, the 'test' was to ask for pictures of what was being explained to me and the work that was required and these were provided with no hesitation. I had regular contact with Andrew that morning and no work was completed without my permission. I understood exactly what was going on with my roof even though I was not present to see the work directly happen as I was at work myself. Andrew was very engaging and explained the problem to me clearly and in a language I understood! He has a lovely manner about him and I felt valued as a customer. OK, for some the job may not be perceived as a very big one, however, I would have no hesitation contacting the team again if I had further issues in addition to recommending Kudos roofing to anyone who was looking for recommendations in this area. I have experienced no further issues with my roof ...and I can assure you it has been put to the test with the recent rainfall!
