Lee at Even Flo has just completed a fantastic repair in Sherfield Park . A repair that 2 roofing companies ( and possibly a few more before I moved in) failed to complete after numerous attempts. Lee is knowledgable , professional and managed to patiently explain the issues where a lower roof butted onto the side of the house. All was fixed quickly at a competitive price!! Lee at Even Flo came out to install the lead flashings on our dormer windows and replace some missing hanging tiles. Really great tidy job, great communication throughout, would recommend.

Very well organised company. Chris called me the day before to confirm the team would be on site at 8:30 the next day, which they were. They got cracking, they knew their stuff, we live in a Grade II listed house so they were sure to use the right materials, and they worked hard. A great local company that we shall use again.

Came well recommended and didn't disappoint. Clear advice, no hard selling. Turned up when promised, and left everything clean and tidy every day. Result is sharp looking and just what was promised - full replacement of a flat roof and repairs to pitched roof tiles and chimney flashing. Graham came round to have a look at our lead flashing. He was able to fix the problem there and then and because it was a small job, he wouldn’t take any money. Cannot recommend Elite Fascias enough. From initial enquiry to job done - highly professional, courteous service. Very respectful of my property & left everything neat & tidy. Also found the source of some stains we were seeing on the old wood soffits which was some cracked tiles so that saved me a leak in the future! Attention to detail in getting tiles that would match the old & porch looks fabulous!

Peter responded very quickly to a request for a quote and explained what would be done. Peter and his son did an excellent job replacing plastic guttering and downpipes on our garage and side of the house. I have recently had AM Roofing services to come round to remove the moss from my roof and reinstall my ridges and hips. Which now looks like a brand new roof! the work has been done to a high standard of work, AM was very reliable everyday. Also very transparent about other problems with my roof, whilst he was up there he had noticed a hole in my lead valley which now explains the damp on my outside wall. After agreeing to replace the lead valley and reinstall the tiles and replacing broken tiles in the same area,the damp has slowly started drying. 5* highly recommend!

I've been hugely impressed by First Choice Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I e-mailed last Thursday to request a quote; within less than fifteen minutes, I'd heard back and we arranged a visit that same day. By today (Wednesday) the work was complete! My garage roof - which had a huge amount of greenery to be removed - has been cleared, boarded and refelted to a high standard, as well as having guttering and drainpipe installed. Genuinely one of the easiest major property maintenance encounters I've ever had.
