I’ve had a persistent leak beside a dormer window which I have tried unsuccessfully to have repaired by other roofers. I found Ben on the Trading Standards website and he undertook a number of improvements to guttering, redirecting how rain drains away and replacing several areas of roof felting that had deteriorated and had been punctured. I cannot recommend Ben strongly enough, extremely personable, reliable and really knows his stuff. Thank you for a job, promptly undertaken, competitively priced and most importantly, very well done.

Ben fixed our leaking flat roof that was “repaired” by cowboy traders in October 2023. It was great to see how a professional job should be done! No payment taken until job was completed and kept us informed throughout and explained how the system he uses works. Barry and team did a fantastic job replacing the felt, battens, some beams and some tiles on my 1960s roof, plus replacement fascias, soffits and gutters and a refresh of my porch. He was amazingly responsive and good at communicating, and his team including David and Tom were excellent. Jake and his team have carried out a roof inspection, sorted some slipped tiles and checked gutters, clearing out all guttering and cleaning soffits and facias (they look as good as new again).They have worked hard and quickly, turned up when they said they would, carried out the required work to a high standard and cleared up all mess before leaving. Jake and his colleague were quick, efficient and polite in replacing leaking gutter joints and cleaning out all gutters around the house. One problem was noted when it next rained after the work was completed but Jake reattended and addressed this without any issue. Highly recommended and would definitely use McArthur Roofing again.

Highly Recommend I had what appeared to be a very slow leak in my roof, courtesy of what I now know was a broken tile! In a nutshell, I sent an email to Kudos on a Sunday evening in early November and by 1100 the Monday morning the job was complete! Now, it's important to understand, depending on your request, this may not always be able to happen, however I want you to appreciate the 'can do' attitude and timely response to my email. At no time did I feel 'fobbed off'. Not knowing a lot about roofing myself, I had to trust what I was being told. For me, the 'test' was to ask for pictures of what was being explained to me and the work that was required and these were provided with no hesitation. I had regular contact with Andrew that morning and no work was completed without my permission. I understood exactly what was going on with my roof even though I was not present to see the work directly happen as I was at work myself. Andrew was very engaging and explained the problem to me clearly and in a language I understood! He has a lovely manner about him and I felt valued as a customer. OK, for some the job may not be perceived as a very big one, however, I would have no hesitation contacting the team again if I had further issues in addition to recommending Kudos roofing to anyone who was looking for recommendations in this area. I have experienced no further issues with my roof ...and I can assure you it has been put to the test with the recent rainfall! Extremely happy with all the works done! We had our roof repaired and gutters cleaned. He also changed the house fascias boards. Andrew was very professional and really flexible with the timing! Will definitely rely on him again for his services if needed. Strongly recommend!

Very well organised company. Chris called me the day before to confirm the team would be on site at 8:30 the next day, which they were. They got cracking, they knew their stuff, we live in a Grade II listed house so they were sure to use the right materials, and they worked hard. A great local company that we shall use again.
