I contacted them through their website and they called me back within thirty minutes. They sent Mark out the next morning to take a look. Mark is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took lots of pictures and showed me what the issues were (I had several leaks in my roof since the recent bad weather). By the end of the day Steve had sent me a quote. The quote listed out the works they were going to do and I thought the price was really good for the amount of work that was needed. I emailed back and accepted in the evening. As promised all the broken tiles and the original lead flashing was taken away. Steve gave me a courtesy call later on that day to make sure I was happy. We couldn't get any firm to quote for our roof repairs, no one turned up, so we were somewhat desperate by the time we contacted Iain, with water ingress having caused a great deal of damage to two internal walls.
