We have used First Glass Roofs a number of times over the past 3 years.. first of all the service we have always received has been brilliant and so professional! Their technical knowledge from design to manufacture is second to none. Our most recent purchase was 3 electric opening rooflights - as they were bespoke sizes we needed all their expertise on ensuring we ordered the correct type and style that suited our client. I've been hugely impressed by First Choice Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I e-mailed last Thursday to request a quote; within less than fifteen minutes, I'd heard back and we arranged a visit that same day. By today (Wednesday) the work was complete! My garage roof - which had a huge amount of greenery to be removed - has been cleared, boarded and refelted to a high standard, as well as having guttering and drainpipe installed. Genuinely one of the easiest major property maintenance encounters I've ever had.

Barry and team did a fantastic job replacing the felt, battens, some beams and some tiles on my 1960s roof, plus replacement fascias, soffits and gutters and a refresh of my porch. He was amazingly responsive and good at communicating, and his team including David and Tom were excellent. They are all experienced and knowledgeable and worked for several days to get the job completed. Thank you Barry and First Choice Roofing.

Absolutely amazing team. Barry was exceptionally professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Keeping me informed of all the requirements and work as his team of well-mannered lads diligently stripped the roof ,soffits, and facias and replaced/renewed as required in an unprecedented timely manner. I’ve had a persistent leak beside a dormer window which I have tried unsuccessfully to have repaired by other roofers. I found Ben on the Trading Standards website and he undertook a number of improvements to guttering, redirecting how rain drains away and replacing several areas of roof felting that had deteriorated and had been punctured. I cannot recommend Ben strongly enough, extremely personable, reliable and really knows his stuff. Thank you for a job, promptly undertaken, competitively priced and most importantly, very well done.

Ben fixed our leaking flat roof that was “repaired” by cowboy traders in October 2023. It was great to see how a professional job should be done! Came well recommended and didn't disappoint. Clear advice, no hard selling. Turned up when promised, and left everything clean and tidy every day. Result is sharp looking and just what was promised - full replacement of a flat roof and repairs to pitched roof tiles and chimney flashing. Graham is a lovely guy to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend 100% and will defiantly use again in the future.

Graham came round to have a look at our lead flashing. He was able to fix the problem there and then and because it was a small job, he wouldn’t take any money. It’s hard to find honest workmen nowadays and when you do find one, keep hold of them. Thank you Graham we will be using you again and again and again in the future. We had John and his team out to replace the roof on our bungalow. could not recommend highly enough, superb communication from start to finish, turned up on time, grafted hard all day long and left the place clean and tidy at the end of each day. all of the lads where courteous and communicative and let us know what was going on as worked progressed. Finished ahead of schedule and delighted with the end result.
