Lee came to my rescue to re-point my chimney which was in desperate need of attention and letting in water which was running into the house. His communication was fast and friendly, all work done to a professional standard. Highly recommend.

Charlie came out to us to look at a leak we had from the low-pitched roof in our extension that had causes some internal damage. He turned up as arranged and did a thorough investigation and inspection before letting me know what the issue was. Charlie offered the solution and costings as we needed new tiles and mortar applied to the gullies on the roof and we agreed a way forward. Charlie went to great lengths to match the style and colour of the replacement tiles to minimise any visual impact and travelled some distance to collect them. He returned bang on the arranged time to carry out the repairs and he was super polite with our neighbours when he was with us. Having finished the work you wouldn’t have known he’d been here as he was so meticulous in clearing up after him. With 24hrs I received an email from Charlie with images and videos of the issues he had identified and the work he had done to sort things out for us. I honestly can’t thank or praise Charlie enough for the work he has done and would, without a doubt, reach out to him again if needed. Polite, professional, skilled, timely, tidy and friendly. I used BFR on behalf of my elderly mother for fitting 2 new fascia boards on her house. Ashley came over to give her an estimate which my mother accepted. Matt and Luke came to carry out the job. During the job, I had some niggles, Matt and Luke came out on three separate occasions to rectify my concerns and also gave their professional advice. Nothing was too much trouble for BFR, the team with Ashley, Matt, Luke and Robbie who went completely out of their way to make sure that I was completely satisfied. BFR is straight forward, straight to the point and are a professional outfit. I am a perfectionist which is difficult, they went completely out of their way. Do not hesitate, GO WITH BFR!! I will be using their services again shortly.

I had a very good experience with Moran roofing recently, whereby the house next door was having new barge-boards, soffits, fascia and guttering installed. Since the scaffolding was already up, I asked if my soffits, facia and guttering could also be replaced. I received a competitive quote and within a couple of days the job was done, additionally they fixed a small leak in the roof. The staff were are very friendly, polite, honest and experts in their trade. I am very happy with my new soffits and plan on having the rest of the house done when money allows. I can recommend Moran roofing to anyone looking work to be done on the roof line area.

Lee, Dave, and the team have been amazing. My elderly mother was quoted an eye watering amount for a relatively simple job of replacing some felt, battens, and tiles on a smallish section of roof that was letting in rain water. Dave gave a reasonable quote, put my mum at ease, and gave her an understandable explanation as to what needed to be done. The work was then done quickly, to the highest standard, and they even came back to fit new gutter clips that they didn't have to hand on the day. Mum was recovering from a hip operation and they even made sure strangers coming to her door were challenged! Couldn't recommend more, will be using again.

I got in touch with Quality Roofing to replace a roof tile which had blown off and smashed. I made one phone call to Lee, he was very helpful and knowledgeable which is reassuring and he confirmed a very quick turnaround time.
