Omar is a true professional in his field and is very methodical in his approach to the work. We had a pump change, radiator thermostats fitted and the whole system flushed to clean out the years of debris and sludge. Clear, precise and courteous.

I couldn’t be happier I called! We initially had another engineer round to help fix our boiler after the heating and hot water had gone. After multiple visits and hours trying to diagnose the problem they told us we needed a power flush and probably a new boiler which would have cost thousands. We were really grateful that he was able to visit us in a timely manner to check out the fault and he kept us updated with news on when the new part would be delivered/installed. John contacted me after I was referred to him. He quickly came over to asses what exactly needed to be carried out. John then went away to do some research to ensure that the part I had already purchased was definitely the correct part as he didn't want to come do the install and discover that I had been incorrectly advised (by Honeywell) to source this particular thermostat. John then messaged me to confirm that the thermostat I had sourced would work with my existing boiler and he arranged to come do the installation. John completed the task in no time at all and kindly demonstrated the functionality of my new wireless thermostat. They installed a new boiler for me 12 years ago, and since then, they've been maintaining it with the same professionalism I’ve come to expect. EaErlier this summer, they reached out to me with an offer on new boilers, knowing my existing one was aging. I appreciated that they were proactive but not pushy. They gave me balanced advice, explaining the pros and cons of both conventional and combi boilers without pressuring me to make a decision. After careful consideration, I decided to go with a combi boiler. They initially had the wrong control card for my shower, which caused a slight delay, and there was a small leak when I first turned on the heating due to a pipe being left unconnected. Despite these minor problems, the team worked efficiently and tidily, and when the job was completed, the final charge matched the original estimate with no hidden surprises. Engineer attended Leaking pipe connected to Central Heating. Engineer explained what was causing the issue and popped out to get new pipe. Polite, unassuming, clearly explained issue and what needed to be done and answered my questions patiently. Job well done and very happy it is sorted. Thank you

B & K installed a complete heating system for us including 7 radiators whilst we were on holiday. Being way from the house was perfect for us as we had no disruption to our daily lives. Also it was easier for the heating engineers as they could work as they pleased. When we returned we were so impressed by the way they had left the house so tidy. It was great to see the new boiler and radiators. Hamish came back to complete a couple of jobs and was friendly and very competent. We are so pleased we decided to use B & K to carry out such a major job. We would definitely use them in the future and they will be servicing our new boiler every year from now on!
