Omar is a true professional in his field and is very methodical in his approach to the work. We had a pump change, radiator thermostats fitted and the whole system flushed to clean out the years of debris and sludge. Clear, precise and courteous.

Omar laboured tirelessly to give my boiler its first service since being installed 8 years ago. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. John contacted me after I was referred to him. He quickly came over to asses what exactly needed to be carried out. John then went away to do some research to ensure that the part I had already purchased was definitely the correct part as he didn't want to come do the install and discover that I had been incorrectly advised (by Honeywell) to source this particular thermostat. John then messaged me to confirm that the thermostat I had sourced would work with my existing boiler and he arranged to come do the installation. John completed the task in no time at all and kindly demonstrated the functionality of my new wireless thermostat. As mentioned in previous reviews, John is a very tidy worker ensuring that things were kept clear of debris as he went about the task. John was recommended to us by good friends, who live in his neighbourhood. We had suffered a catastrophic failure and were left without heating and hot water in early February. From the beginning John was quick to respond, friendly, informative and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Arriving the next day at 7:30am to assist. His work was quick, tidy and really efficient. Johns time keeping and communication is without fault. I felt completely at ease allowing him to work in the house whilst we both continued our day jobs. If he needed to pop out he’d text and always made sure the house was left secure. John didn’t oversell his services and honestly took all the stress out of a rubbish situation.. I would highly recommend!!

B & K installed a complete heating system for us including 7 radiators whilst we were on holiday. Being way from the house was perfect for us as we had no disruption to our daily lives. Also it was easier for the heating engineers as they could work as they pleased. When we returned we were so impressed by the way they had left the house so tidy. It was great to see the new boiler and radiators. Hamish came back to complete a couple of jobs and was friendly and very competent. We are so pleased we decided to use B & K to carry out such a major job. We would definitely use them in the future and they will be servicing our new boiler every year from now on! Engineer attended Leaking pipe connected to Central Heating. Engineer explained what was causing the issue and popped out to get new pipe.
