John contacted me after I was referred to him. He quickly came over to asses what exactly needed to be carried out. John then went away to do some research to ensure that the part I had already purchased was definitely the correct part as he didn't want to come do the install and discover that I had been incorrectly advised (by Honeywell) to source this particular thermostat. John then messaged me to confirm that the thermostat I had sourced would work with my existing boiler and he arranged to come do the installation. John completed the task in no time at all and kindly demonstrated the functionality of my new wireless thermostat. As mentioned in previous reviews, John is a very tidy worker ensuring that things were kept clear of debris as he went about the task. John is friendly and is clearly focused on providing a first class 6 star service to his customers. John helped us out with a faulty boiler at the 7th Heaven Studio. We were really grateful that he was able to visit us in a timely manner to check out the fault and he kept us updated with news on when the new part would be delivered/installed. I couldn’t be happier I called! We initially had another engineer round to help fix our boiler after the heating and hot water had gone. A very clean, competent and professional job carried in replacing and rerouting a leaking internal mains water pipe from the ground floor cloakroom, through the kitchen and first floor bedroom up into the water storage tank in the roof.
