Excellent work completed by Hampshire Drainage in carrying out remedial works to a collapsing 1960s pitch fibre drain. Great communication from start to finish. Quickly diagnosing the issue and completing the required repair and relining at the agreed date and a fair cost.

Chris came out to us twice to help solve a drainage problem with our first apartment. He was incredbile helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was okay for us. I would certainly recommend giving Hampshire Drainage a call as they will provide you with all of the support you need alongside brillant service.

We appeared to have a problem with main drain at the front of the house backing up. Due to being the last house in the road our drains flow quite a way down and couldn't work out where the blockage was coming from. Chris and his team attended swiftly and soon recognised the blockage issue with some concrete debris further down the pipes. They were able to jet / rod and clear the issue within a few hours. Professional and courteous throughout. Will definitely call again. Cheers guys.

We've recently used Chris as we had a pitch fibre drain issue flagged up in a survey we had done for our new house. The survey was done by another company but we asked Chris for a second opinion, and survey once we moved in. I'm glad we did, as not only did Chris identify a section of pipe that hadn't been identified as an issue (which had clearly partially collapsed as Chris was happy to put the camera down there whilst we both had a look), but he proceeded to give us a much more comprehensive assessment of what parts could be relined, versus excavation and replacement than we had received previously. Throughout the quotations and then work itself, he always got back to us promptly, and turned up when he said he would- this is in contrast to two other companies who let us down (unfortunately we find this standard when dealing with quite a lot of tradespersons but Chris seemed to genuinely care about sticking to what he promised to do, and timescales which was refreshing). Part of the job itself became a little bit more complex but again this was done with the minimum of fuss and we were kept fully updated with extra costs (which could not reasonably be foreseen until the work had started so no issues there). Overall Chris saved us a lot of money versus complete excavation and gave us confidence that relining for most sections would be a reliable fix backed up with a guarantee, and everything works fine now. He also expertly repaired a section of our patio which had to be dug out to get access, finding some suitable replacement slabs for us to use which have blended really well. Overall- more than happy to recommend

Very fast reliable company, phoned up on the Tuesday as we had no heating, came out the same day and found the issue. Gave me a price to repair but we decided to replace as our boiler was very old and they managed to have it fully fitted the next day. Phone call to completion in less than 24 hours! Have used this company for several years to service our boiler. They are professional, friendly, tidy and go above what is expected. They have found a couple of issues, which they resolved without fuss - one issue was possibly unsafe and engineer couldn't leave without sorting, I only found out after and I wasn't charged for it! Mark and Tom who did the work of upgrading two radiators and changing the water supply to our washing machine from a gravity feed to a mains feed were, again, very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent work and left everywhere clean and tidy. Small job, but had an issue with our toilets built in cistern. Called on the Monday and fixed by the Tuesday morning. Very nice guys found the issue and fixed it straight away. Couldn't recommend HP much more or for the service and quick turn around 👍🏻 Had also serviced our boiler last year.

From start to finish Wayne and rest of the company have been amazing. We needed a lot of work done to our new house and Wayne listened carefully to my changing requirements as he prepared the quote. The new bathroom is stunning and is completed to exceptional standard. No job was too small and they did everything on my list from decorating, to add new doors and changing all the light fittings. Wayne totally refitted our bathroom last year. Not only an excellent job in all aspects, but the attention to detail was superb.
