We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

Had a leak in our hot water pipe and Gary was quick to respond and come round the next day to replace the pipe. Gary was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend…thanks Gary.

PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and family Thank you Gary Ann

Had a challenging job to replace our old boiler and tank but Dene expertise managed to install new boiler and rerouting gas supply. Overall really pleased with the work.

Will carried out all planned work promptly and perfectly, in particular fitting a new shower. In addition he investigated a post-storm roof leak, which required using a very difficult access route. We will definitely ask him first whenever further plumbing needs occur.

Fast to arrange a call out. Came bang on time with a text warning of the time of arrival. Will is so nice, and really works hard to get to the source of the problem. He fixed it and was a pleasure to deal with. They are dearer than some but you get what you pay for. Thank you. 5 stars in all respects.

Will and his team worked tirelessly to ensure our bathroom re-fit achieved everything that we wanted. They have turned a cramped, uninspiring bathroom into a light and spacious area that we are proud for our visitors to use. They frequently consulted with us and their workmanship was excellent. I have used this company three times and they did an excellent job on each occasion. Most recently they replaced the mixer valves in my shower, a job which I had tried to do myself until I encountered problems removing one the old valves. Tested the shower and cleaned up afterwards. Recommended.

I’ve just had Steve attend my address as arranged for an annual boiler service, further to his installation of the same about three years ago. As always, he was on time, polite and professional. Charges are very reasonable and I’d have no problem recommending House Martin Heating to anyone.

My hot water cylinder was badly leaking. Contacted Steve at House Martin Heating. After trying to save me some money by trying to fix it (unfortunately this was not possible) , Steve got a replacement and replaced it. Very professional, tidy and reasonably priced. Our heating and hot water kept shutting off. We had a plumber round who replaced some parts, but the issue kept occurring and there was nothing more they could do. We then called House Martin. Steve is very knowledgeable and a true heating and water technician. He spent a lot of time with us, patiently explained the potential problems and constructed a step by step plan to locate the fault, through a series of trial and error. After several visits, the fault was located and fixed the very next day as arranged. The job was more complex than he anticipated, but Steve stuck to his word and did not charge us any more for the extra time. We are extremely grateful and thankful for the professionalism and quality of the work carried out by Steve. Highly recommended and trustworthy. Clean and tidied up after too. 5 stars.

I have nothing but praise for Stephen Harris Gas Plumbing and Heating Ltd. In the past couple of years they have project managed the refurbishments of our bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom and more recently they worked as part of a team on the installation of our new kitchen. Had both bathroom and duwnstsirs toilet completely revamped, with wall to floor splash boards. Love both of these rooms. They did a amazing job.

Very helpful. Spent 20 minutes fixing my boiler, checking the radiator valves and making sure everything was ok. No charge. They get my boiler service moving forward for sure.

We called Doug because we had a blocked kitchen sink, we'd tried abit of DIY unsuccessfully. Doug called in the next evening on his way home and fixed our problem straight away - obviously he knows his pipes ! he located the blockage and got us flowing again. Many thanks Doug - highly recommended
