Will and his team worked tirelessly to ensure our bathroom re-fit achieved everything that we wanted. They have turned a cramped, uninspiring bathroom into a light and spacious area that we are proud for our visitors to use. They frequently consulted with us and their workmanship was excellent. Will carried out all planned work promptly and perfectly, in particular fitting a new shower. In addition he investigated a post-storm roof leak, which required using a very difficult access route. We will definitely ask him first whenever further plumbing needs occur.

Fast to arrange a call out. Came bang on time with a text warning of the time of arrival. Will is so nice, and really works hard to get to the source of the problem. He fixed it and was a pleasure to deal with. They are dearer than some but you get what you pay for. Thank you. 5 stars in all respects.

I needed a replacement hot water cylinder and controls. Dene did a very good job especially extracting the old cylinder from a very tight corner. This is the second job he has done for me, both of which were very tricky but that wasn't a problem for Dene.

Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

Had a leak in our hot water pipe and Gary was quick to respond and come round the next day to replace the pipe. Gary was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend…thanks Gary.

PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and family Thank you Gary Ann

I highly recommend Gary he is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. His work was of a very high standard, he fitted a new boiler and maserater and boxed in the boiler. He was always quick to respond and punctual and came within the hour to my initial call for help when water came through my kitchen ceiling. Don’t look anywhere else for a plumber!

Will Stone Plumbing was excellent. Will scoped a completely new central heating system and boiler upgrade / relocation and talked us through what he thought was best. Wayne and his apprentice smashed it out the park as it was a massive Job. They were great in the house and always asked if there were any issues. After trying to save me some money by trying to fix it (unfortunately this was not possible) , Steve got a replacement and replaced it. Very professional, tidy and reasonably priced. I have used this company three times and they did an excellent job on each occasion. Most recently they replaced the mixer valves in my shower, a job which I had tried to do myself until I encountered problems removing one the old valves. Tested the shower and cleaned up afterwards. Recommended.
