Have not even used their service yet! I called up to talk about our unvented water tank and rather than just saying "i'll come and have a look" like most places, Graham talked to me for good 10-15mins about what the issue could be and suggested talking to the manufacturer about the on going issues. I will take this advice but if anything need doing I will certainly use Bluecore.

Will carried out all planned work promptly and perfectly, in particular fitting a new shower. In addition he investigated a post-storm roof leak, which required using a very difficult access route. We will definitely ask him first whenever further plumbing needs occur.

Highly recommend Dave, we found him through checkatrade. He replaced our faulty shower, and really helped to find the most cost effective option for us which was very much appreciated. Used Dave now on several occasions, recently due to an escape of water from the bath effecting the house electrics . Same day attendance Dave had it sorted , later replacement of mixer tap , always honest and reasonably priced . Electric shower replaced a few months ago Wouldn’t contact anyone else when it comes to plumbing issues . Just arranged for Dave to sort out an issue in my father’s house .

Fantastic service BGM. Three young men came to repair our boiler and replace the water tank and immersion heater. They were professional polite and very knowledgeable. They worked diligently and cleaned up afterwards. You would have never known they had been there, apart from we had warm radiators and hot water again. I was so impressed that I have taken out a BGM service plan. Thanks again from 3 pensioners, my 98 year old uncle can now sit in the warm while on his PlayStation. Michael & Maureen Farrell

I had previously mixed experience with this company, but be cause I like to use local businesses - I decided to give them another chance. And I'm happy I did. I just had successful installation of boiler magnetic filter. The quote had a fair price. The engineer was polite, professional and ready to answer all the questions. It looks like they hired some new, good professionals and it seems now a bit better supervised - which is very important. Keep going!

I've used Rob a couple of times now. Most lately when we had a very leaky mains pipe. He responded immediately and fixed the issue within a hour or so. He is very professional, knows his stuff and is very reasonable. Will definitely be using him again.

I chose this particular plumber because I read the reviews and this influenced my decision. I gave Rob a call, told him I had 2 toilets that needed attention and a dripping kitchen tap. He said he would fit me in later that day and within an hour he rang back to say he could call round straight away. He was really pleasant and friendly. Within the hour he had sorted problems with my 2 toilets. One had stopped flushing and the other needed new toilet flush buttons fitting as they kept jamming. By now I thought he might have been a bit fed up; but he was ready to tackle my dripping kitchen tap next. He said I’d need a new tap so my immediate thought was that this won’t be done for a while, so I was really pleased when he said he carried spares and appeared in minutes with a new tap. Hey presto! in no time at all it was all done. Whilst in my bathroom he noticed that the sink stopper was broken and he fixed that too. When it came to payment I thought he was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Rob and as he left I told him I was putting him on speed dial in case something else went wrong. So thanks Rob for coming to my rescue and doing such brilliant work.

I can't recommend All Plumbing Services Ltd Newbury more highly. They installed a very efficient new boiler and water tank for our 7 bedroom house with absolutely no hiccups. It was a big job and one that potentially could have had many issues. They were clean, tidy and incredibly professional. They also liaised with the company that installed the new oil tank to ensure that all of the key requirements were aligned with this part of the project. An absolute pleasure to have them in our home. The difference with All Plumbing Services in comparison to other plumbing services is that they are supported by an incredibly efficient team in the office that expertly field all calls that come in and deal with each one in a superbly professional manner. They ensure that all queries are answered quickly and appointments are scheduled efficiently. You would be mad to use anyone else!

Excellent service from APS Ltd. Clear communication from the offset and nice to speak to human beings rather than queue to speak to a chatbot. Our installer, Daniel, did an excellent job and explained everything in a straightforward manner and cleaned up after himself. This experience reminded me that going local on a friend's recommendation is often the best choice rather than going for one of the "big boys" with a flashy website. Shout out to Tanya too!

We have previously been happy using Sean for our regular gas boiler and gas fire service. He has now done a great job installing a compact water softener underneath the kitchen sink. The pipework is very well organised in the limited space and we still have use of a part of the cupboard for storage. We highly recommend him for anyone needing gas or plumbing work.

We had spoke to Louise Ryder and booked in the over the phone - Very professional and courteous. They were very flexible and arranged a time that suited us. We were informed that the guys coming round would start at 08:00 in the morning and they turned up precisely on time. We had Adam and George carry out the work. They too were very professional, communicated clearly the work they were doing and were incredibly efficient. I was very pleased with the radiator that they fitted and would definitely use the company again.
