Excellent service from the team at Forte Heating services. Ours was quite complicated issue due to the age of our heating system. The engineers from Forte were polite, timely, very tidy and worked really hard to get a tricky job completed

Boiler service was very good, had flexibility to ensure the service could be done in time for the annual check, and was on time and great customer service. Have used last two times as well and never had an issues, and happy to chat with me about all sorts including tips for boiler moving forward. Would recommend.

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

Five Star all the way . Jason is 100% trustworthy , efficient and honest . He has done a lot of work for me , new boiler which he relocated to a more assessable space and removed all old , not an easy job ! Fitted new shower , again more involved than a straight forward job . But Jason’s advice is sound . He has a great knowledge of most building projects to add to his heating and plumbing knowledge . Make sure you have a good cuppa ready for him too !

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. I came to Niall regarding a boiler leak, he immediately identified the problem (a leaking pressure valve) from a video alone, which I'd misidentified as a rain leak. Even more impressively, and indicative of his high standards of professionalism and ethics, Niall suggested I get it serviced under warranty from the manufacturer direct, since it was still in warranty. He therefore earned no money from the episode, but will absolutely get all my future plumbing business on the basis of this kind of (sadly rare these days!) honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Niall is fantastic. We had a heating emergency on a Friday night. He walked through over the phone how to check the problem. He ordered a part overnight and came the next day to fix it and even help adjust and explain some things about our heating system.
