Had a new boiler fitted a short while ago and last week a new bathroom. Really pleased with Options - they are reliable, efficient and very professional - can't praise them enough. Will certainly recommend and continue to use them.

After today’s boiler service, they will be my only ‘Option’ from now on. Rory came out to service my boiler, he was on time, polite and friendly. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. He explained all the issues that it had very clearly and when he was done he left no mess behind! See you next year!

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing. He didn’t take any shortcuts and even though it was 5pm he kept working until the job was finished. 100% recommend this company. Macca is a credit to your company.

Chris and Toby provided an excellent service, replacing my toilet and bath waste as well as fixing the flush mechanism and replacing basin mixer tap in the en-suite. They ensured I was happy with each purchase before installation. They were efficient, informative and extremely tidy removing everything from the site. An experienced, honest and professional team who I would be happy to recommend for any job large or small.

Chris fitted a new boiler at my house to replace an old combi boiler which was on its last legs. I live in an old house with a very intricate piping system but Chris was able to assess and tell me exactly what work would be required in order to fit the new boiler as well as which make and model would be best for my needs. We decided on a new LPG Worcester 8000 Life. This was a big job, but Chris kept me up to speed with everything he was doing as well as giving me accurate costs upfront so I knew exactly what I was spending my money on and how long the job would be likely to take. As an added bonus he managed to time the three day project so that I was never once without hot water while he was working on the new boiler. I’m really happy with the new system which has bought my home into the modern age and has released me of the constant anxiety of worrying whether the boiler would suddenly pack in on me. He provided all paperwork and safety certificates and also did a great tidy up after the job. I have worked with Chris on several projects now and feel very grateful to have a reliable plumber on hand I can call whenever I have an issue - he has responded quickly and fitted me in whenever I have had an emergency in the past. I highly recommend his services.

Being inexperienced in this trade, I found Chris to be honest, personable and transparent. The work was very reasonably priced compared to the local competition. Would 100% use again and recommend.

Ark are my "go-to" Gas Engineers - always quick at identifying the problem even before arriving at the scene bringing likely spare needed - so often able to instantly repair, without a need for a second visits. Always parts helpful and polite and I believe are reasonably priced

I had started to replace my kitchen tap but ran into difficulty and needed urgent help. I rang and Henry came and finished the job professionally and I now have a fully functioning new tap. It was not so straightforward, due to the old fitting, and I would not have been able to do it myself. I would definitely recommend calling Ark Home Care Ltd. Good work and nice people. Yesterday, Christmas Eve, Henry came and saved our lives! The central heating had packed up and we were shivering. Henry arrived quicker than he had estimated and managed to get things fixed by replacing a couple of parts. We are now all warm and very grateful for the help. Cost extra as it's holiday season, but I don't begrudge the extra, having worked nights and holidays myself. Thanks a ton 😊

I had an issue with a faulty valve that disabled my central heating in the middle of the Christmas holiday period. Mark agreed to come over very quickly the same day I contacted him and replaced the valve under warranty. Excellent service just before winter really kicked in !

Niall was extremely helpful and he attended to my emergency call at 2:00 am and he gave me full instructions on how to fix the issue with my boiler and heater. This has worked well. Thanks Niall, I strongly recommend him if you have any issues with your plumbing.

Niall is fantastic. We had a heating emergency on a Friday night. He walked through over the phone how to check the problem. He ordered a part overnight and came the next day to fix it and even help adjust and explain some things about our heating system. He was very calm, honest (rare these days), helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. I came to Niall regarding a boiler leak, he immediately identified the problem (a leaking pressure valve) from a video alone, which I'd misidentified as a rain leak. Even more impressively, and indicative of his high standards of professionalism and ethics, Niall suggested I get it serviced under warranty from the manufacturer direct, since it was still in warranty. He therefore earned no money from the episode, but will absolutely get all my future plumbing business on the basis of this kind of (sadly rare these days!) honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t be happier I called! We initially had another engineer round to help fix our boiler after the heating and hot water had gone. After multiple visits and hours trying to diagnose the problem they told us we needed a power flush and probably a new boiler which would have cost thousands. Omar is a true professional in his field and is very methodical in his approach to the work. We had a pump change, radiator thermostats fitted and the whole system flushed to clean out the years of debris and sludge. Clear, precise and courteous.
