After multiple visits and hours trying to diagnose the problem they told us we needed a power flush and probably a new boiler which would have cost thousands. Omar is a true professional in his field and is very methodical in his approach to the work. We had a pump change, radiator thermostats fitted and the whole system flushed to clean out the years of debris and sludge. Clear, precise and courteous.

Darren from DJW Plumbing did an excellent job repairing our central heating system, when another plumber repeatedly let us down and we'd been without heat for 4 days. Darren was quick to respond and got the system up and running that day. He also mended a small leak we hadn't spotted from our water tank. Chris and Toby provided an excellent service, replacing my toilet and bath waste as well as fixing the flush mechanism and replacing basin mixer tap in the en-suite. They ensured I was happy with each purchase before installation. They were efficient, informative and extremely tidy removing everything from the site. Chris fitted a new boiler at my house to replace an old combi boiler which was on its last legs. I live in an old house with a very intricate piping system but Chris was able to assess and tell me exactly what work would be required in order to fit the new boiler as well as which make and model would be best for my needs. We decided on a new LPG Worcester 8000 Life. This was a big job, but Chris kept me up to speed with everything he was doing as well as giving me accurate costs upfront so I knew exactly what I was spending my money on and how long the job would be likely to take. As an added bonus he managed to time the three day project so that I was never once without hot water while he was working on the new boiler. I’m really happy with the new system which has bought my home into the modern age and has released me of the constant anxiety of worrying whether the boiler would suddenly pack in on me. He provided all paperwork and safety certificates and also did a great tidy up after the job. I have worked with Chris on several projects now and feel very grateful to have a reliable plumber on hand I can call whenever I have an issue - he has responded quickly and fitted me in whenever I have had an emergency in the past. I highly recommend his services.

The heating engineer was extremely helpful testing my radiators and explaining controls. In addition, he provided a gas safety certificate after checking my gas supply and cooker. Highly recommend this personal service - have used OnTrack Heating for over 4 years.

Scott and his team took on a job to move and replace two old rads. His staff were kind, courteous and professional. Included was a boiler service. To note - as an older women there’s a trend for tradesmen to heavily over quote me, assuming I don’t know the details and the going rates, therefore preying on my status. It’s good to know that Scott and his team did not fall into this category and I personally feel his rates for this job were reasonable and fair, and the service of a good quality. I Highly recommend his company and his team based on this.

Excellent service from Scott and the lads. I had a leak in an upstairs shower room. Scott was clear about the costs for an advance booking or an emergency call out. Originally the leak was small so booked for a week's time, but after 24h it got a lot worse. Scott setnt out his team, who were friendly and respectful, located and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. They didn't try to drag the job out to charge more hours than necessary, unlike some other plumbers I've used in the past. The invoice was for exactly as Scott had quoted. First class quality and service - great guys. Hopefully I won't have any other plumbing problems, but if I do, I'll call Southern.

Amazing company with amazing staff. Owner and engineers were totally professional, efficient and arrived dead on time. This company answered our desperate call for a gas hob to be fitted in home before Christmas. They came the next day and completed the work including a gas check for entire house in 1 hour. Their work was excellent and we are so happy to have found this local company.

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. I came to Niall regarding a boiler leak, he immediately identified the problem (a leaking pressure valve) from a video alone, which I'd misidentified as a rain leak. Even more impressively, and indicative of his high standards of professionalism and ethics, Niall suggested I get it serviced under warranty from the manufacturer direct, since it was still in warranty. He therefore earned no money from the episode, but will absolutely get all my future plumbing business on the basis of this kind of (sadly rare these days!) honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Niall is fantastic. We had a heating emergency on a Friday night. He walked through over the phone how to check the problem. He ordered a part overnight and came the next day to fix it and even help adjust and explain some things about our heating system. He was very calm, honest (rare these days), helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.

Jason has now been a life saver on several occasions, always answers messages by return, always happy to come out and assess the situation and suggest a solution or fix temporarily until he can do the permanent fix. Most recent issue was a leaking very old hot tank that he has now replaced and all working much better thankyou. He is so knowledgeable and gives great sensible advice. Five Star all the way . Jason is 100% trustworthy , efficient and honest . He has done a lot of work for me , new boiler which he relocated to a more assessable space and removed all old , not an easy job ! Fitted new shower , again more involved than a straight forward job . But Jason’s advice is sound . He has a great knowledge of most building projects to add to his heating and plumbing knowledge . Make sure you have a good cuppa ready for him too !

Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing.
