Sam from Bracknell plumbing & heating came to do our recent boiler service along with installing a new Aqualisa shower, removal of an old electric shower and re-tilng. Whilst Steve attended to a new electric fan installation and other electrical works. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient and did a great job. The company is so easy to communicate with. The process of answering questions, organising dates and quotes for work to be done is all perfectly managed by Jenni and the admin team who kept us well informed and responded immediately to any questions. I would highly recommend.

As previously used, BPH in the guise of Ryan their electrician quickly & very efficiently carried out the work setting up a Blink video doorbell & camera that ensures the increased safety of all our family even though he had only done so for the Ring equivalent before . He knew better than I did what was wanted & did it while coping with the comings & goings of many other people Thank you again Ryan & the team at BPH !

Jenni in the office was friendly and helpful. She managed to get a plumber out to me in three hours. Dan fixed the leaks in the pipes around our boiler quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Bracknell Plumbing and Heating to everyone. Their service was exceptional.

I contacted Mike due to a problem I had with excess heat being generated in my airing cupboard/ hot water cylinder area. Mike arrived at the agreed time and after me explaining the problem he quickly identified the fault as a u/s water valve. He then went away to get the part, returned and fitted it and all was well. Great job 👍

Thoroughly recommend John and his team. We had a major issue caused by another plumber which left us without heating and Lamberts Installations sorted it promptly and with very little disruption. They were tidy, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will be using them again and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Very efficient and kept to estimate of work and costs

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. We had a terrible experience with another local plumbing company despite them being highly recommended on Check a Trade. They left our house in a mess and ultimately Worcester Bosch condemned the boiler as unsafe. The work was put right by Lamberts Installations. Daniel and Simon worked particularly hard. Simon stayed late on a Friday evening when Basingstoke was hit by snow to finish the job and ensure we had heating and hot water. Still haven’t heard anything from the previous plumber and don’t expect to. So relieved Lamberts Installations sorted it out with minimum disruption to us.

We have used Sam, Dan and gang to complete lots of plumbing works for us after being recommended by lots of locals on our towns facebook group. They did not disappoint. They turned up on time, the price was very reasonable and they left all our jobs clean and tidy. We had recently purchased a new kitchen and we decided to ask Thermoheat to help with the plumbing side. We was surprised to hear they fully install kitchens from start to finish.... We decided to go with them and I am so glad we did. Our kitchen was completed to the exact deadline and to the most proffessional standard. We were so pleased we chose this company to fit our kitchen. It took away so much stress for me. We would recommend these guys to anyone.

We had a wet room fitted by a local Plumbing firm (member of checkatrade). The gradient, installation of the flooring and choice of former was incorrect; resulting in water in the carpeted hallway. The original company would not discuss/provide a solution. Thermoheat stepped in, dug out the concrete and re-levelled with gradient towards drain and refitted flooring using heat welding. This was done efficiently and with minimal disturbance. Most importantly they treated my 80 year old mother with total respect, were friendly and courteous. Incidentally, Mum's wet room now works properly!

This was the second time I had used Thermoheat. We had a leak coming through the dining room ceiling. they tracked and traced it to two sources! All fixed. Great job. Tidy and well completed.

HeatXpert fitted our boiler last year and did a fantastic job and I subsequently recommended them to my son who also had a boiler installed in his house by Tom and his team. A few days ago a leak developed in our hearing system (not connected with the boiler installation), and HeatXpert reacted very swiftly and competently repaired the pipe with minimum of fuss and disruption. I would unreservedly recommend HeatXpert if you need a professional job at a reasonable cost and would have no hesitation in using their services again.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. Very pleased with work carried out my Averiss & Son to refurbish our main bathroom in March 2020 so happy with the work and overall finish had them return to refurbish our en-suite February 2021. Removed all old white goods and rubbish, re-tiled, plastering, new floor & installed all new white goods. Value for money with high standards of workmanship and attention to detail, reliable, efficient with friendly service.

Very reliable and professional. I called Lazmir to fix a leak in my bathroom which I myself tried to figure out for a couple of days with no luck. Not only he arrived on time (on the same day) he was super efficient and fixed the problem by identifying the issue in less than 5 minutes. He was super friendly and v most importantly not a rip-off like other big companies. Would highly recommend him.

Lazmir is the most reliable plumber. He has installed pressure system on my loft and replacing my boiler from upstairs to loft professionally. He carried out nice work for me and he is friendly and so energetic. One of the good things I like most from him is attending work in emergencies wherever he is. I strongly recommend Lazmir and I'm sure you like him too.

We used Lazmir to replace a boiler, fit a new expansion tank and fix the underfloor heating system in a house we recently moved into in Marlow. He was utterly excellent; very responsive, very clear in what he recommended needed doing, and very fast in getting it done. We will be using hm again around the house. In summary I cannot recommend him too highly- brilliant.

After today’s boiler service, they will be my only ‘Option’ from now on. Rory came out to service my boiler, he was on time, polite and friendly. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van.
