We have just had our annual boiler service completed by Tom Sutton Heating. We were given a very reasonable quote. The engineer arrived on time, performed a very thorough service and clean, explained clearly what he was doing and cleared up afterwards. The bill was as quoted.I would happily recommend.

Fabulous company. It's great to find a company with fully qualified oil fired boiler engineers. Tom Sutton Heating responded when I had a problem over the Christmas period. I felt that they went out of their way to sort the problem. The communication was excellent, keeping me informed at all times how things were progressing. Rowan has looked after my late mother's boiler since she moved into a flat over 14 years ago dealing with servicing and any other queries . We have now rented it to an elderly couple not in good health. It recently stopped working during the cold weather. Rowan came out to investigate and much to our relief the following day a Friday replaced the boiler promptly and leaving the couple warm and settled . Without hesitation would recommend him

Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing. He didn’t take any shortcuts and even though it was 5pm he kept working until the job was finished. 100% recommend this company. Macca is a credit to your company.

Will Stone Plumbing was excellent. Will scoped a completely new central heating system and boiler upgrade / relocation and talked us through what he thought was best. We used S L Energy/Tom Sutton Heating for the first time recently and will definitely use them again. Ronan Sutton gave our boiler its routine service but also made adjustments to improve efficiency and lower running costs. Towards the end of his visit we happened to mention a kitchen pipework problem (leak) and, a few minutes later, Ronan had fixed it. Great service and very good value.

Being new to the area we had to search online for contractors and found Ronan’s company. He initially completed a small job very efficiently and so we asked him to provide us with a quote to fit a boiler and change some radiators. He was able to meet our timelines,but due to demand he had taken on more workers. Simon and his apprentice were very efficient, clean and tidy workers, who we could highly recommend

Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly.
