We have been using Mark to service and repair our boiler / central heating system for some years now and his customer service, attitude, efficiency, communications, work ethic and pricing are all excellent. He always contacts me regularly in August to book our annual service, turns up when he says he will and provides a professional and first rate service. He's also a gentleman. Don't go anywhere else folks.

Mark completed a boiler service for us. We were able to book within plenty of time. Mark was very quick in responding. On the day he arrived 5 minutes early and was quick in setting up to complete the service. He talked me through how to check the water pressure and was also brilliant with our dog. 10/10. Can't recommend Wayne and the guys enough, starting with a leak - three plumbers later, Wayne was the first to actually get to and fix it. From start to finish Wayne and rest of the company have been amazing. We needed a lot of work done to our new house and Wayne listened carefully to my changing requirements as he prepared the quote. The new bathroom is stunning and is completed to exceptional standard. No job was too small and they did everything on my list from decorating, to add new doors and changing all the light fittings. Wayne totally refitted our bathroom last year. Not only an excellent job in all aspects, but the attention to detail was superb. He is THE most cleanest and tidest, reliable contractor we've ever had during our total renovation of our property over the years. He is now over seeing all aspects of my Mother's property, again doing a great job. Suffice to say, Wayne now is our Number One to go to in all aspects of property management.

Panda Gas, Nathan was very efficient. The app to book was easy to use. You receive a time slot and, dependent on prior jobs, you were advised he would arrive within two hours of that time slot. I received a link to track his vehicle when he was on his way. Nathan explained everything clearly and helped me to choose the right product. He gave me an estimation of cost prior to doing the work, which was spot on and his pricing is reasonable. He is friendly and professional. I recommend his services.

Have just had James around at extremely short notice and everything is fixed with good advice on how to manage moving forwards. He was beyond kind and took the time to make sure my family and I could be warm and washed (in hot water!!!) tonight. Seeing as I only called him at 5pm, I can’t tell you how impressed and grateful I am. So professional, clearly knows what he is doing - I won’t be using anyone else from now. Just a quick thank you and a mega shout out for our knight in shining armour James the plumber First of all we had sold our house and leds than a week before the big move the boiler packed up, a call to our usual plumber who I might add did not get back to us I resorted to social media and James responded. He came out look found the problem ordered the part was back within 2 days to fix boiler all working great. We moved knowing we needed a new boiler and went straight to James job was priced which I may add brilliant and completed very fast. Danny was absolutely incredible. He came very promptly both for the quote and for the repair. He knew exactly what the issue was. He had to complete take out a leaking pipe inside of our cistern in our toliet (the white one which I’m pointing to in the photo attached) and he was extremely efficient and carried out the repair with the highest quality products and manner. He’s very professional, friendly, super easy to get along with and also very tidy and he made sure to keep me informed. Danny and his workmate Dylan have worked together for the past two days installing a replacement boiler and hot water tank in our home. They worked cheerfully and efficiently throughout the installation to produce a brilliant result giving us hot water and heating. After 4 weeks of no hot water and constantly being let down by another heating engineer, Connor saved the day ! We had super service from Connor and would recommend. Wave were recommended to us by a friend of ours. We had an old air source heat pump removed, new Valiant gas boiler fitted and several new radiators fitted. Our house is now warm! Lots of good advice, flexible on timings to suit us and a really neat and tidy job that we are very happy with. Having had a few average/poor experiences with people working at our house over the last few years it’s been brilliant to have someone who knows and cares about what they are doing!

Very fast reliable company, phoned up on the Tuesday as we had no heating, came out the same day and found the issue. Gave me a price to repair but we decided to replace as our boiler was very old and they managed to have it fully fitted the next day. Phone call to completion in less than 24 hours!
