Called at 9am Monday morning as I had no heating or hot water, they were here before 3pm and had the problem fixed in an hour. Another company I had tried said they couldn’t come until the following week! The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, and they took great care not to make any mess. The cost was very reasonable considering this was an emergency call out. The office team were lovely to deal with and so I will be definitely calling Stonehenge plumbing for any future work needed. Use Stonehenge for our yearly boiler service, always great service so decided to ask about fitting a new sink. Came back with a good quote to take out our old kitchen sink and replace. Really helpful, Richard gave advice which helped selecting the new sink. Great communication from start to finish. Special thanks go to Jacob who was amazing, worked so hard and ensured everything went in ok, especially as new sink was a lot heavier than the original one. He left the kitchen clean and tidy. Domestic Maintenance Solutions Ltd has been my plumbing services provider for some years. Chris is been extremely responsive and also very skilled. Another excellent job by Chris, this time replacing an ailing boiler. I’ve used Chris' services for several years at our own home and at our rental properties and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Over the years, he has dealt with everything from regularly servicing boilers and performing Gas Safety Checks, to emergencies such as handling leaks and heating faults and big projects such as fitting a new boiler and a Honeywell smart heating system. He is always clear and knowledgeable in identifying, explaining and fixing problems. He is reliable, professional, tidy and friendly. A tenant recently commented on what a great find he is!

Chris was quick to respond to our questions, he explained his recommendations clearly and his service was quick, clean and super effective. Will carried out all planned work promptly and perfectly, in particular fitting a new shower. In addition he investigated a post-storm roof leak, which required using a very difficult access route. We will definitely ask him first whenever further plumbing needs occur.

I have no hesitation on recommending Shape Contractor Ltd. They have carried out plumbing repairs and a gas boiler service at my home. The company provides a great service from the office staff through to the technicians.

Shape Contractor fixed a leak in my bathroom that seems to have been a long standing problem (I moved in 3 months ago). The two plumbers that came out we're polite and got straight to the job at hand. It did take three visits but they worked systematically to rule out one problem after another. Each visit was followed by excellent notes detailing the problem and the work done. Will use them again.

I've used Jim's company a couple of times and both times they've been excellent. My most recent cause to get in touch with Jim last Sunday evening at 22.00, was when a central heating expansion vessel dropped off the wall, twisting the copper pipes on its way. I contacted Jim that evening and he came back to me within minutes, moving other jobs the next day to accommodate my request. Two of his guys turned up at the time he said they would and resolved the problem within a couple of hours, making good and cleaning up after themselves. Good rates. From my experience (I'm a landlord as well as FTE), decent tradesmen are hard to find, but SHAPE get a 10/10 from me.

Jim King is a super professional, delivering high quality work. We've tried others in the past when he's been busy, but have come back to him and won't go elsewhere again.
