I can't recommend All Plumbing Services Ltd Newbury more highly. They installed a very efficient new boiler and water tank for our 7 bedroom house with absolutely no hiccups. It was a big job and one that potentially could have had many issues. They were clean, tidy and incredibly professional. They also liaised with the company that installed the new oil tank to ensure that all of the key requirements were aligned with this part of the project. An absolute pleasure to have them in our home. The difference with All Plumbing Services in comparison to other plumbing services is that they are supported by an incredibly efficient team in the office that expertly field all calls that come in and deal with each one in a superbly professional manner. They ensure that all queries are answered quickly and appointments are scheduled efficiently. You would be mad to use anyone else!

From my initial enquiry my new kitchen tap is in place and has been fitted very quickly, thank you! I was kept informed on day of fitting when there was a delay, which I appreciated, plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

My first time using All Plumbing Services and i was impressed from start to finish. Tanya responded almost instantly to my enquiry and organised for my new electric shower to be installed the following week. Steve came to do the work and he has done an excellent job, he's also taken away the old shower, the packaging from the new shower and left the bathroom spotless. A great service all round!

APS Plumbing in Thatcham have restored my faith in plumbers! I had a faulty stop-tap and a leak going into the cold water tank in my loft. I had 4 other plumbers let me down / not return my calls or texts. APS were amazing from my initial contact with their booking team all the way through to completion of the work. Really polite, turned up on time, got the job done quickly and checked I was happy with the work before they left. Really professional team. Big hand to Tanya, Steve & Jamie for your help!

James Brownell came to check our water tank which had a slow leak. He treated the job with the same sense of urgency as if it was his own water tank. He took our stress away and we got a quote for a replacement that was nearly half the price of another exorbitant quote. The job was done within hours of our call with this company. I can't praise James highly enough and many thanks to the admin staff who arranged to send him out. Having just come back from holiday still suffering from jet lag with water coming through our ceiling, he was a lifesaver.

We called APS for a fault on our gas heating system in our industrial unit in Newbury. Best call I ever made after being let down by several other local companies in the area. From the lovely lady in the office who booked me in to the engineer that attended site I really couldn’t fault them at all! So refreshing and I will most definitely be using them, not only at work but at home as well.

Wesley from WSC Plumbing provided an exceptional service that went beyond a typical professional transaction. It was not the first time I used his services and as usually he was very punctual, professional and detail-oriented. As a new and not yet experienced homeowner, I received quite a few advice which did not benefit him financially, but that shows me as how the person cares about his customers and what he does, and not just the pay check end of the day. I called Wesley out for an emergency boiler repair. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He asked for the details of the manufacturer and model of my boiler before arrival so that he could get in touch with the manufacturer’s technical team. The repair was done smoothly and he kept everything clean and tidy. I immediately booked with him for a follow-up boiler service, which was also done to a very high standard. I highly recommend him!

I first met Ben of Pamber Plumbers in 2008 when I moved into the area. SInce then he has done a variety of small and big jobs for me, including installing a new boiler and fixing a leak. All work done to the highest professional standards at a reasonable price, with really good administrative back up from Niki. Particularly like being able to drop off my spare key so that Ben can let himself in while I'm at work, able to trust his integrity 100%. Highly recommended.

Ben has looked after my plumbing needs for almost 20 years. Last week I asked him to replace the taps in my downstairs toilet to the latest quarter turn valves. The work, as always, was carried out promptly, cleanly and to an acceptable price. I recommend Ben to perform any of your general plumbing or gas safe work.

A couple of week's ago, I had a problem with my central heating system and not much heat coming through the radiators. Ben came at a convenient time and fixed the problem explaining everything. He also balanced the radiators and now the whole house is warm and toastie. Ben is a very polite and extremely professional individual and Niki has been very helpful during the whole communication process in organising the dates for the work to be carried out. Very good communications amongst me, the office manager and the person ordering the materials and doing the work. I needed advice on the best domestic twin (hot and cold) water pump replacement and also some tech help with vibration and noise. All the team were very responsive, helpful and the job was done quickly with excellent quality and the site left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

As previously used, BPH in the guise of Ryan their electrician quickly & very efficiently carried out the work setting up a Blink video doorbell & camera that ensures the increased safety of all our family even though he had only done so for the Ring equivalent before . Very reliable and professional. I called Lazmir to fix a leak in my bathroom which I myself tried to figure out for a couple of days with no luck. Not only he arrived on time (on the same day) he was super efficient and fixed the problem by identifying the issue in less than 5 minutes. He was super friendly and v most importantly not a rip-off like other big companies. Would highly recommend him.

Lazmir is the most reliable plumber. He has installed pressure system on my loft and replacing my boiler from upstairs to loft professionally. He carried out nice work for me and he is friendly and so energetic. One of the good things I like most from him is attending work in emergencies wherever he is. Excellent service. We had an urgent need to get a boiler fixed. We call Ecoace, Adam came round really quickly, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. As soon as the part was in he called and fitted the same day. He is really knowledgable and friendly. We are going to replace our boiler next year and we will be getting Adam to do it. Needed a unvented hot water cylinder replacing along with some ugly plumbing left by a previous plumber, called Adam at Ecoace who was more than happy to help, extremely knowledgeable and professional, very reasonably priced. Heating works 10x better than before and my boiler temperature is only turned up halfway (instead of flat out ) plumbing looks 100% better and I’m sure my bills will come down as I don’t have to run everything flat out, would definitely recommend, thanks Adam from a warm happy household

A++++++ We run a small care home in Sonning Common, we needed a plumber to come our quickly to fix some issues. In the past we have problems with tradesmen not understanding the needs of our disabled residents. This was not the case with Turners plumbing, we were extremely impressed with how there engineers were so professional and polite with our staff, and how quickly they resolved our plumbing problems. Benn’s team plumbed my entire new build house, first and second fix. We had a range of fittings, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and utility. Paul in particular was great to have on site and went above and beyond to make sure details and connections, such as height of taps through walls, and shower fittings, were as we desired. A few months after we moved in we had a couple of small matters that required sorting out. I think the test of a good company is the callback response and in both situations there was someone on site in just a few days (adjustment for shower pressure, and a waste trap that needed a seal sorting out).I would not hesitate to recommend BNA.
