From my initial enquiry my new kitchen tap is in place and has been fitted very quickly, thank you! I was kept informed on day of fitting when there was a delay, which I appreciated, plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

I can't recommend All Plumbing Services Ltd Newbury more highly. They installed a very efficient new boiler and water tank for our 7 bedroom house with absolutely no hiccups. It was a big job and one that potentially could have had many issues. They were clean, tidy and incredibly professional. They also liaised with the company that installed the new oil tank to ensure that all of the key requirements were aligned with this part of the project. An absolute pleasure to have them in our home. The difference with All Plumbing Services in comparison to other plumbing services is that they are supported by an incredibly efficient team in the office that expertly field all calls that come in and deal with each one in a superbly professional manner. They ensure that all queries are answered quickly and appointments are scheduled efficiently. You would be mad to use anyone else!

Excellent service from APS Ltd. Clear communication from the offset and nice to speak to human beings rather than queue to speak to a chatbot. Our installer, Daniel, did an excellent job and explained everything in a straightforward manner and cleaned up after himself. This experience reminded me that going local on a friend's recommendation is often the best choice rather than going for one of the "big boys" with a flashy website. Shout out to Tanya too!

Excellent service. We had an urgent need to get a boiler fixed. We call Ecoace, Adam came round really quickly, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. As soon as the part was in he called and fitted the same day. He is really knowledgable and friendly. We are going to replace our boiler next year and we will be getting Adam to do it. Needed a unvented hot water cylinder replacing along with some ugly plumbing left by a previous plumber, called Adam at Ecoace who was more than happy to help, extremely knowledgeable and professional, very reasonably priced. Heating works 10x better than before and my boiler temperature is only turned up halfway (instead of flat out ) plumbing looks 100% better and I’m sure my bills will come down as I don’t have to run everything flat out, would definitely recommend, thanks Adam from a warm happy household

Adam has done a number of small but important jobs for us. These have included a gas boiler service where he gave clear explanations and carried out additional tests of the heating system that identified a failed expansion tank. When the central heating pump failed in cold weather, Adam came immediately and replaced the old pump quickly with one he had in his van. Excellent work; recommended.

We called APS for a fault on our gas heating system in our industrial unit in Newbury. Best call I ever made after being let down by several other local companies in the area. From the lovely lady in the office who booked me in to the engineer that attended site I really couldn’t fault them at all! So refreshing and I will most definitely be using them, not only at work but at home as well.

APS Plumbing in Thatcham have restored my faith in plumbers! I had a faulty stop-tap and a leak going into the cold water tank in my loft. I had 4 other plumbers let me down / not return my calls or texts. APS were amazing from my initial contact with their booking team all the way through to completion of the work. James Brownell came to check our water tank which had a slow leak. He treated the job with the same sense of urgency as if it was his own water tank. He took our stress away and we got a quote for a replacement that was nearly half the price of another exorbitant quote. The job was done within hours of our call with this company. I can't praise James highly enough and many thanks to the admin staff who arranged to send him out. Having just come back from holiday still suffering from jet lag with water coming through our ceiling, he was a lifesaver.

Refurbishment of 2 ensuites with new showers, flooring and shower boards fitted. Other work included replacement sink taps, outside tap and new stop cock to replace a leaking one Communication was very good and the en route plumber was notified by txt with real time tracker and arrival time. All waste removed and tidyness was very good including carpet protectors fitted from front door to work site including stairs. Quality of the work was excellent with great attention to detail. Regular vists from Tom to make sure work was on schedule and checking we were happy with the work done. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company...10 out of 10 !!

I employed the services after a quote consultation being excited by their professionalism and product range. We agreed the start date which was conducted with enthusiasm and staff arrived promptly with eagerness. The strip out went smoothly and was kept clean and tidy. (2 days) Unfortunately having to live in the house during renovations some of the preparation before the new components were fitted to the property it was left very untidy and not to the previous standard. After a little tooing and froing with the project manager this improved. We supplied the tiles for the project and their plasterer and tiler were both efficient, respectful and did a first class job. The second fix who finished off the fitting of all other components also met the same standard and left the area and property clean when leaving. We are very pleased with the final result which took slightly longer to complete than first quoted. Thank you.

THT were fab throughout the whole process. A fair quote given for the job, clear & regular comms of when & who will be attending to work on the job each day. We had 3 engineers work on our utility room fit & all 3 (Karl,Mitchell & Aurimas) were friendly, tidy & knowledgable. We had 2nd fix plumbing completed for our sink & tap to be installed, base & wall units with doors & handles fitted, worktop, skirting & plinths fitted. All work done to a very high standard, we’re so happy with the result! THT we’re trustworthy & enjoyable to work with, we will definitely approach them for future work.

If I may say, Kya, the technician who was sent out, is a great asset to your company. He was very polite, and no amount of questions I asked was too many, as I was curious about how the heater, boiler, and water system in the apartment work. Kya provided clear explanations and insights while carrying out his work. Daniela, who handled my initial call and inquiry, was also very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I can't recall the name of the gentleman who answered the phones on the day of the work, but his politeness, friendliness, and professionalism were equally noted. We were very pleased with the work (new bathroom) that Mark Smith did for us. Their advice with design and choice of materials was really helpful. The office staff made themselves available whenever we needed information and responded promptly to our questions. The quotation was clearly set out and reasonable. The tradesmen who worked on the project were thorough, careful and clearly very skilled. They kept us up to speed with what they were doing and were very considerate when it came to the inconveniences of having to turn off the water supply! They were punctual throughout and completed the work in the promised two and a half weeks. Overall, we'd have no reservations in recommending them.

I've used ECS for a number of jobs both large and small. We did extensive remodelling in our house and used ECS to completely re-plumb the building, fitting new underfloor heating and radiators, boiler and plant room. They did a great job and over the past 4 years I've used them for annual boiler maintenance, tap leaks and more recently sorting out a drain issue. ECS are always on time and have often coming out quickly or at short notice. They provide a quote before doing any work, payment is easy and they produce a job report so you can see exactly what's been done. I highly recommend them!
