Ben has looked after my plumbing needs for almost 20 years. Last week I asked him to replace the taps in my downstairs toilet to the latest quarter turn valves. A couple of week's ago, I had a problem with my central heating system and not much heat coming through the radiators. Ben came at a convenient time and fixed the problem explaining everything. He also balanced the radiators and now the whole house is warm and toastie. I first met Ben of Pamber Plumbers in 2008 when I moved into the area. SInce then he has done a variety of small and big jobs for me, including installing a new boiler and fixing a leak. All work done to the highest professional standards at a reasonable price, with really good administrative back up from Niki. Particularly like being able to drop off my spare key so that Ben can let himself in while I'm at work, able to trust his integrity 100%. Highly recommended.

Very reliable and professional. I called Lazmir to fix a leak in my bathroom which I myself tried to figure out for a couple of days with no luck. Not only he arrived on time (on the same day) he was super efficient and fixed the problem by identifying the issue in less than 5 minutes. Lazmir is the most reliable plumber. He has installed pressure system on my loft and replacing my boiler from upstairs to loft professionally. He carried out nice work for me and he is friendly and so energetic. One of the good things I like most from him is attending work in emergencies wherever he is. Recently had a new gas boiler and hot water tank installed by these chaps. They arrived on time and did the job quickly and were friendly and efficient with a great knowledge and left everything tidy. They used a sticky backed sheet to protect the floors which lifted up the fluff when it was taken up so I got a free carpet clean too! They also repaired a small loft tank and fitted a radiator thermostat as extra when they were on site. Very happy with the service provided by this company and will be using them for an annual boiler service and any plumbing issues in the future, thank you.

I called M & N Plumbing as British Gas Cover couldn't attend an emergency for at least another 5 days. Neil helped immediately. He assessed the situation, fixed a leak near the stopcock in our kitchen, and as the cooker had failed, also moved fast to replace the faulty appliance. We are very happy with Neil's work. Reliable and friendly, he has also just recently replaced our 30-year-old radiators, and we will retain him and his team for future replacements.

A++++++ We run a small care home in Sonning Common, we needed a plumber to come our quickly to fix some issues. In the past we have problems with tradesmen not understanding the needs of our disabled residents. This was not the case with Turners plumbing, we were extremely impressed with how there engineers were so professional and polite with our staff, and how quickly they resolved our plumbing problems. I can't recommend All Plumbing Services Ltd Newbury more highly. They installed a very efficient new boiler and water tank for our 7 bedroom house with absolutely no hiccups. It was a big job and one that potentially could have had many issues. They were clean, tidy and incredibly professional. They also liaised with the company that installed the new oil tank to ensure that all of the key requirements were aligned with this part of the project. An absolute pleasure to have them in our home. The difference with All Plumbing Services in comparison to other plumbing services is that they are supported by an incredibly efficient team in the office that expertly field all calls that come in and deal with each one in a superbly professional manner. They ensure that all queries are answered quickly and appointments are scheduled efficiently. You would be mad to use anyone else!

Excellent service from APS Ltd. Clear communication from the offset and nice to speak to human beings rather than queue to speak to a chatbot. Our installer, Daniel, did an excellent job and explained everything in a straightforward manner and cleaned up after himself. We called APS for a fault on our gas heating system in our industrial unit in Newbury. Best call I ever made after being let down by several other local companies in the area. From the lovely lady in the office who booked me in to the engineer that attended site I really couldn’t fault them at all! I had APS Plumbing out yesterday to supply and fit a water tank etc in my new dog grooming salon. Steve who carried out the work is one of the nicest and friendliest guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. So polite and wow did he know his stuff. He was here for most of the day. I supplied him with plenty of tea and he just kept going!! I'm so chuffed its all done and certainly looks the part. It is so straightforward to use too!! So a massive thanks to Steve for fitting all the equipment and a massive thanks to APS Plumbing for taking on the job from a really happy customer. 5 stars and more if I could!!!!
