Denton Vets are incredible! They exceeded all expectations for myself and my two boys in a less than ideal situation recently. Having had my cats neutered with them and then microchipped: they assisted greatly in the situation regarding who their chips were registered to (there was a criminal matter involved and is now resolved). They have been the most sympathetic and compassionate vets and I would highly recommend their services. Thank you Denton Vets!

I took my neighbour's cat in last night just as the vets were closing. I knew she looked very unwell and was very old. We didn't have an appointment, I just called in a panic and they said to come straight there. They were so so kind to us. They stayed open late and did all they could for her. They were so good at updating me and calling her owner on the phone. Then they waited for me to get my daughter from work to say goodbye. They gave us tissues and cried with us. They were so kind to Angel the cat and all her humans. They worked out what was wrong and kindly explained to us all, over and over again, that we couldn't have done anything else and it was time to make her comfortable and let her go. Their kindness and empathy of all the staff, the vets and the receptionists really helped us at a very sad time and ensured that Angel's final moments were calm and stable with people who cared for her and we are very grateful to them all

We cannot fault Hook Veterinary Surgery, all the staff are so helpful and friendly. We have pet plan and pet plan+ for our fur babies. Pet plan+ really does give you extra peace of mind knowing that you can go for a consultation and not have to pay anything for that. You also get a good discount on treatments and products with pet plan. We have had our first dog spayed and also teeth cleaned there, they give such amazing care. Our new rescue dog is booked in for teeth cleaning next week and then a spay in March, we know she will be really cared for. Highly recommended.

Such a brilliant vets. I’ve moved here from another reputable vets in Basingstoke, and the service is like night and day! Absolutely everyone makes such a fuss, my new puppy loves going to the vets. They care, ask and give brilliant advice. Love them, highly recommend. I’m also on their monthly package which is great value for money!

I visited yesterday with Reggie my Cocker Spaniel because he has been head shaking and scratching for too long. We were seen by Jamie (I asked to see him when I made my appointment ) he explained exactly what he thought was bothering Reggie and put him on steroids which we hope will work and make Reggie more comfortable. Jamie takes time to talk with me and I am very impressed with the treatment.

New to the area and was looking for a vet. I chose Hampshire Vet because they are not part of a group, they have their own 24 hour care which is most important as they will know your pet. My 15 year old dog was diagnosed with a mass on his spleen and had to have the spleen removed. I cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent care prior, during and after the operation. Hopefully I will have him for a few more years. I thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

Harrison’s in Reading are absolutely brilliant. We’ve had a bunch of vets over the years and none come anywhere near these guys. All of the staff are SO friendly and know our pets by name. Groomer accidentally cut Ralph’s tongue with scissors and we couldn’t stop the bleeding. Called the vet and was told to come straight down. We did and Ralph was taken straight into consulting room, given a sedative and adrenaline applied to tongue. The service we had was quick and efficient and we were kept informed every step of the way. Absolutely brilliant service. Would definitely recommend this vet.

My rabbit suddenly stopped eating and is unwilling to move. The clinic received my emergency booking, and the veterinarian kindly checked every part of the rabbit's body, including its heartbeat, breathing, and mobility. The inspection results are then explained in detail to relieve the animal owner’s worries. Finally, the rabbit accepted the drug treatment, was willing to eat after returning home, and the condition improved. Thanks to the doctor's professional diagnosis, the rabbit was saved and prevented from dying.

Such friendly and caring staff. I recently let them know that my cat had been hit by a car and sadly died (I didn’t want any routine reminders) and a few days later I received a lovely plant with their condolences. Donnington Grove Vets are so wonderful. They are all so friendly there and you can tell they really love and care for animals. They have been great with both my cats. Sadly, we had to put down our very elderly cat a few weeks ago now. They did everything they could to make her last moments as comfortable as possible. Also took paw print and fur samples so we could have something to remember her by. Definitely recommend making them your vets. Thank you for all your hard work.

I love Kingsclere Veterinary Surgery (which feels much more spa than surgery) but more importantly, so does my 14 year old cat! The reception team are calm and welcoming both on the phone and in-person and the vets highly knowledgeable, experienced and kind. I've really appreciated the amount of time devoted to each consultation and the truly bespoke service offered. Kingsclere are an amazing vets and I can’t recommend them highly enough! My dog had her paw sliced on glass and they were just fantastic with her care and follow up appointments. I’m based in London but would rather venture to Kingsclere because they really are the best. You never feel like you’re being upsold on anything and I always trust their opinion on what’s best for my dog.

This is the most lovely, caring veterinary practice that I have ever been to. Laura and her wonderful team looked after my pug Reggie when he visited for a dental appointment this week. During every step of the day that Reggie spent with Laura I received photos and updates reassuring me that all was okay. The level of care and professionalism was second to none. The practice has a lovely calm vibe and is very unlike any other I have been to, both pets and owners are put at ease. I cannot recommend Laura and her team enough, they couldn’t have done any better.

My dog simply loves his visits to Kingsclere Veterinary Surgery, where the staff make him feel welcome, happy and relaxed. And I’m equally happy with the care they give, the time they take to explain everything, and the quality of treatment. So far he has only needed routine checkups and vaccinations, but I feel confident that, if anything more serious arises, he will get the best possible care. Pippin was delighted today when I told him we were going to the vet, and very happy and excited when we arrived, as always! Thank you for his vaccinations, which he didn’t notice because he was too busy licking up the liver paste he had come for.

Our pets are incredibly important to our family. So you can imagine how worried we were when one of our cats had a recoccurance of a bladder problem. The vet explained our options clearly and with care. Surgery was required. It is clear to us that animal care isn't just a job for the staff at this branch of Medivet. They really do care about the best outcome for your pet. The team communicate clearly and don't make you feel silly for asking a billion questions. Reasonably priced services and plentiful parking available close by. I recommend this vet and the team.

I cannot get over how wonderful these guys treat my furbabies. We have called with questions regarding them at all hours and it's never too much trouble to answer and advice us. Our pets love them they feel comfortable here unlike previous vets where they have been so scared they soiled themselves. Here they explore and get affection from staff. I highly recommend this vets

An unplanned emergency trip due to Lily choking on a bit of biscuit. The receptionists immediately went to get help and took Lily directly out the back.After what seemed an age Millie called us in and said that Lily was ok after a spell in an Oxygen tent. I can't fault the team at Alresford,they are always friendly and helpful regardless of the reason.Its clear they care deeply about all their patients. Thank you from Lily and Daisy

Cedar vets never fail to be absolutely responsive. My dog became worrying ill and within 1 hour of calling she was she, examined, diagnosed and provided medication ….. 24 hrs later thankfully she is on the mend. Thank you Izzy - amazing service!.
