The veterinary surgery to me. The staff are fantastic and so friendly. They are so helpful. The vets are amazing and I have been with this surgery for a long time . I feel relaxed when my pet goes there. I trust them 100%. I would recommend this surgery to everyone.

Got same day appointments on both occasions that my little dwarf hamster was unwell. The staff treated and handled him very gently, and got back to me quickly when I called up for advice regarding his medication. They clearly care very much about their patients, no matter how great or small. Cannot recommend enough!

The Barn Animal Hospital is a great Vet's they are always on hand to help you with any problems you have and the staff esp the Vets are soo lovely and very good with the patience and the owners. Offering help and advice and show great Empathy when hard decisions have to be made about our loved ones. I have been using there services fir many years now. Thank you for all you have done

Being neurodivergent, I always feel seen and heard here. My girl is always attended to in a loving manner and everyone is friendly and welcoming throughout. It is now one of my safe places and I am really grateful to them for saving my girl’s life and fabulous aftercare. Always clean and a great calming music and video playing to chill animals and humans out before visits.

Took me a while to write this... Unfortunately had to have my baby pts..💔...it was the hardest day of my life... A year later I get an email regarding a paw print and nose boop they had done for me while in their care... I can not even explain the emotions I had from this. She was my world! Both my pups love all the staff and all the staff love my pups zeus and leigon are treated like royalty at the vets and they look forward to going every time plus when they made a mess there was no fuss. They gave us the equipment to clean and we offered to clean even though they wanted to clean it themselves we wouldn't allow it as it was our pups mess I can't give a high enough rating for them all the staff are amazing expecially Rachel on front desk

We were very pleased with our first visit to this practice. The vet we saw was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all our questions very patiently and thoroughly. The practice was also very accommodating and because they don't currently have a separate waiting area for cats, we waited in our car and the vet kindly came outside and got us when ready. Very impressed with the practice. Just one small thing, I wish they would clean up the front entrance of the building and porch area leading into the surgery as it is a bit grubby.

I worked for a short period as a veterinary surgeon at the lower early team, and clients made me feel immediately at home. Each team member, from the senior vet until the reception, gives their 100% to reach the best level of animal care/welfare and customer service. Your pets are in excellent hands at this practice, believe me !

Everyone who works there is really lovely, compassionate towards animals and very professional. A few years ago my bunny had GI Stasis and Sophie saved his life. I'll be eternally grateful for that. I even did work experience there in 2018 and was really impressed by how the surgery was run and the high level of care the pets received. Would give 10 stars if I could! My dog went into Beechwood for a dental operation, the staff were absolutely amazing and my dog was looked after so well. We are so happy and so is our dog, couldn’t recommend enough!

The service we received from the team at Castle vets over the last 8 years has been excellent, particularly when we had to make the difficult decision to put our beloved cat Milo down. The vet was compassionate, explained what to expect very well and helped us say goodbye in as peaceful a way as possible.

Really brilliant vet practice. The staff are brilliant , knowledgeable and kind and I always really appreciate how nice they are to me and my pet. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Always receive excellent service. The staff are very friendly and always very open about the costs of procedures etc. having the stand alone cat clinic is great as it keeps our cats calm during what is already a stressful experience for them

CC Winchester acted with the upmost care & dedication which was major surgery for my dog. Very lucky to have them as a vet. Highly recommend them.

The reception staff and the vets are so lovely and incredible! Fit me in on the same day with my puppy when I had a concern and are always so welcoming. My puppy absolutely loves it there and all the attention he gets from the girls! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Reasonably priced too compared to other vets 😁

My cat Ruby has been poorly recently and GP vets have been amazing. Always able to slot her in when she’s needed to be seen. Everyone’s so lovely there and nothing is too much trouble. Ruby is on the mend now thanks to GP vets

I’ve been with this vet for many years. I can honestly say I’d never go anywhere else. They look after and treat your beloved pets so incredibly well.

The vets at GP are professional and friendly. My cat had a very bad leg, and I was grateful that she was able to see her usual vet quickly. He examined her, took an x-ray, and understood and treated the problem the same day. She's much better now thanks to GP. Her insurance claim was sorted efficiently too.

Highly recommending Shinfield Vets doesn’t do them justice! They’ve been incredibly supportive and empathetic to my current circumstances, and their genuine love for Amy-Rose makes every visit a pleasure rather than a chore. Truly outstanding care – I couldn’t ask for better!

I found the staff very welcoming and friendly. They were great with my cat. Good, clear conversations about what happens and what to do following his castration and microchip. My cat was up and about and wanting to carry on like nothing had happened, as soon as he got home.

My 10 month puppy Cody absolutely loves coming to the vets because he knows he’ll be greeted by all of the lovely staff, especially his reception friends Daena, Kim and Amie, who have showered him with affection since he was an 8 week ball of fluff. I could not rate this place highly enough. It is always quiet, clean, friendly and well organised. I have almost always been able to book an appointment the day of or a few days after. Everyone that works there is wonderful, with a clear enthusiasm for their work and love for animals.

First time bringing my young 2 yr old ginger tabby for a checkup and vaccination first class service all the way super friendly vet and staff glad im with them!

Very friendly service and always on time. The nurses and vets treat all animals the same from my rats to my kitten. It's better than the vets I last had with my cat years ago. But shame not one closer to basingstoke town centre as its quite a way to go but still worth it.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Took my girl in for a day yesterday and they were all reassuring and the information provided when we collected her was super helpful. Her cut was small and neat. Have used this branch for 15 yrs and would never go anywhere else. The only downside is a month after my dogs spay, I got a message saying I owed them money for additional tablets they issued at the operation day, I have paid it, but it was their error as they forgot to add it to the invoice! So be aware of your bill so as not to fall fowl of their errors.
