If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would, they’ve looked after both our dogs (Ted and Albert) with so much care and passion. Especially recently when Albert decided to chew on some tablets. He got really poorly and his kidneys were failing, they worked so hard on him and he’s made a full recovery. I couldn’t thank them enough for how they were with him and us.

My beloved dog, Max, was only registered at Palmer and Duncan a short time before we had to say goodbye to him on Friday evening, but the patience, care and compassion shown by all staff we met during that time was outstanding. After a bad experience with a large veterinary practice we decided our next pet would be cared for by a smaller more personal team. So far we feel more at home with Palmer and Duncan. Angus isn't as impressed as us!

Palmer and Duncan vets have always been very efficient and informative in dealing with our dog Willow a working stock retriever and Sooty and Mittens the young cats. Mittens they saved when she had emergency major surgery after she swallowed a length of sewing cotton that got stuck in her gut. All the staff are very friendly and bubbly. When your pet needs extra care they were good to refer to another practitioner. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The staff at this veterinary practice have been fantastic, not in only caring for my dogs, but ensuing a dignified and peaceful end to one of my dogs life. The showed compassion, empathy and love for both myself and my dog in her last moments. I will be forever grateful to them, thank you does not cut it.

Can’t recommend this vet enough. After using beechwood vets which were a total rip off and unfriendly staff we moved my dog to this vets from a recommendation. My dog is very anxious about attending the vets and the vets and staff here are very friendly and have the animals best interests at heart. We took my dog as he had a lump on his chin the vet took a look at it and said it was likely a piece of bone that had grown out and there was no point doing a biopsy as with my dog been anxious he would need sedating- many vets would have said to do the biopsy to get extra money! The best part of all the vets didn’t even charge us for this consultation! That is how you know the vets are good and caring about animals and not out to rip you off!

This is purely the best vets in town. They look after my elderly rag doll Valentino, who had a bad experience at a previous vets. They go the extra mile for him and have kept notes even down to scent cats love and are sure to have it on there hands when they see him. They are so caring and patient with him. I have also just adapted a dog that I found dancing in the traffic, they helped me with checking him over and what to do. They now have him on their records and have welcomed him with open arms that he loves to see them. He is all chipped vaccinated n ready to love life. Thank you all at Westwood Vets, Garforth. Lovely, friendly staff. The receptionist are great and helpful as well as the vets who are very knowledgeable in rabbit care- (hard to come by for rabbits) I would highly recommend this vets. When Monty has his injections or checkup or even operation. They always make sure to fully check him over regardless, and inform us of how he is getting on. I can’t fault the vets here and we are glad we signed up.

My number one choice for pet care. The surgery is always clean bright and welcoming nothing is too much trouble for all the staff. I particularly like the separation of waiting area for cats and dogs - which shows they care how their clients are waiting without getting stressed. My Howie is extremely vocal even without seeing any other animals. All the vets are happy to answer questions & nothing is too much trouble. They care about our pets as if they belonged to them.. And that’s a big plus for me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, 100% pet friendly & good price point. Also situated in an accessible area with available free parking. Thanks to all at Westwood

Been dealing with Oakwood Veterinary since 2001, never been disappointed. Dr. Kothari is very professional and very straightforward. He did a major surgery on my Husky in 2016 with which I was very satisfied. Very kind and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to everyone if they're looking for a professional and reasonable veterinary help.

We always have a wonderful experience when visiting the vet and we have to come once a month for our cat's injections. You can tell that the vet really cares about animals and the well being of them. He is highly knowledgeable and only prescribes what is really necessary. I wouldn't go to any other vet after bringing our cat to him.

I just want to say thank you to all of the wonderful compassionate team at Serenity Vet Services. It’s taken me a while to write this but I’m finally coming to terms with the loss of my baby bear, Echo. Your lovely vet who made the process as nice as possible, then taking care of my boy afterwards, wrapping him in blankets, as well as the amazing caring team arranging his cremation and bringing his ashes safely back to us at home a few days later along with his footprints and a handwritten card which was so so thoughtful. I’m so grateful that your service exists because it made what was the worst day of our lives as peaceful for us as it could be. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think of him, it breaks me, but then I think about the way he got to drift peacefully and happy at home with no zero stress, and his sister(our other dog) got to be next to him and it could put her mind at ease knowing he hadn’t just left the house one day and left her. And the fact that now me and my family can think about that moment and not be distraught but instead be at peace because of your service, is ultimately such a beautiful thing. Thank you again.

Our furby baby, Barney , left us a week ago to go over the Rainbow Bridge. Cannot thank Vicky enough for making his journey over the bridge as peaceful, calm, pain free and comfortable as possible. I honestly cannot recommend Serenity Vets enough. Losing my 17 year old dog Norman has been heartbreaking for me and my family but Serenity Vets made the whole process as calm, dignified and comfortable for Norman as possible. The vet who came to our home to help Norm onto his last journey was kind and respectful and we didn't feel rushed in any way at all. We decided to have Norm individually cremated through the Vets and part of this meant they also brought Norm's ashes back to us, along with the blanket he was wrapped in when he passed away and also a lovely hand written card which was an unexpected kindness. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us to make sure Norm felt loved and safe in his final moments. Your professionalism and kindness will stay with me forever. Brought my cat here for surgery, we are registered with a different branch but managed to get an app with any. This branch had the earliest. Was quiet and very clean. There is no carpark but plenty of main road parking. Receptionist was very welcoming and the main vet was really lovely too. Gave great aftercare advice and booked me a follow up app at the branch I'm registered too for ease. Great service!

We brought our new puppy along here to get his first immunisations along with micro-chipping. Us not being registered here though it was pretty quick & straight forward getting an appointment within a quick reasonable time frame (waiting 7days to be exact). Raj was the vet in charge that day & gave us a really warm very. Mylo was made to feel super relaxed & did not feel a thing. Would definitely recommend to any family or friends. Many thanks to Raj & Lynn for their compassion & care with helping us through putting our old border terrier to sleep. They really did make it easier for us, nothing was too much trouble. Lynn even teared up, and she had never met our dog before. What a lovely practice.

Very friendly and caring. Managed to fit my dog in for an appppointment within an hour of calling. Very attentive and thoughtful. The vet was exceptional at putting my dog at ease and very thorough with her examination. She even gave my dog a treat afterwards. I would highly recommend.

Been using this surgery from the day it opened. The staff in the reception are brilliant, always pleasant and helpful, nothing is a problem for them. Also the Vets are very good, they are kind and care about your pets, they explain everything to you about your pets illness and do everything they can to help. I can recommend them to anyone needing treatment for there pets

A great experience for my first time at the vets with my kitten. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and the vet was super nice and friendly she handled my kitten very well who was very sassy and naughty. All in all a great place and super easy and convenient.

I visited this vets yesterday with my new kitten Rodger, the reception team were very lovely and friendly which made us feel super welcome. The interior of the vets was clean and fresh. Always amazing with our Bailey who's a 14 week old miniature dachshund. He doesn't get nervous visiting and they always take good care of him every time we visit! Always quick to see you and easy enough to book appointments. Managed to get one this morning by calling up at 8.30am to see if there were any appointments. Managed to get one at 10am which was amazing. Poor Bailey's anal glands were full and needed to be expressed but the vets took very good care of him.

Sad occasion. Our 15 year old cat had to go to sleep. The practice staff were very sympathetic and understanding as they have always been over the years we have been coming here. Would recommend 100 per cent!
