The staff at this veterinary practice have been fantastic, not in only caring for my dogs, but ensuing a dignified and peaceful end to one of my dogs life. The showed compassion, empathy and love for both myself and my dog in her last moments. I will be forever grateful to them, thank you does not cut it.

Been using this surgery from the day it opened. The staff in the reception are brilliant, always pleasant and helpful, nothing is a problem for them. Also the Vets are very good, they are kind and care about your pets, they explain everything to you about your pets illness and do everything they can to help. I can recommend them to anyone needing treatment for there pets

After a bad experience with a large veterinary practice we decided our next pet would be cared for by a smaller more personal team. So far we feel more at home with Palmer and Duncan. Angus isn't as impressed as us!

Palmer and Duncan vets have always been very efficient and informative in dealing with our dog Willow a working stock retriever and Sooty and Mittens the young cats. Mittens they saved when she had emergency major surgery after she swallowed a length of sewing cotton that got stuck in her gut. All the staff are very friendly and bubbly. When your pet needs extra care they were good to refer to another practitioner. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I visited this vets yesterday with my new kitten Rodger, the reception team were very lovely and friendly which made us feel super welcome. The interior of the vets was clean and fresh. Also the vet we saw was so lovely with him and gave him lots of love! 100% recommend this vets and so glad we chose this practice

A great experience for my first time at the vets with my kitten. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and the vet was super nice and friendly she handled my kitten very well who was very sassy and naughty. All in all a great place and super easy and convenient.

Always amazing with our Bailey who's a 14 week old miniature dachshund. He doesn't get nervous visiting and they always take good care of him every time we visit! Always quick to see you and easy enough to book appointments. Managed to get one this morning by calling up at 8.30am to see if there were any appointments. Managed to get one at 10am which was amazing. Poor Bailey's anal glands were full and needed to be expressed but the vets took very good care of him.

Sad occasion. Our 15 year old cat had to go to sleep. The practice staff were very sympathetic and understanding as they have always been over the years we have been coming here. Would recommend 100 per cent!

While on holiday for a week from North London. The fees are very reasonable . But more importantly I saw Emily and the team today after my 15 month old male boxer developed pain overnight. First I called and the receptionist was warm, professional and kind and welcoming. Once there, the vet and the staff were reassuring, warm, kind and professional. The assessment was very thorough (I am a physiotherapist) and the treatment offered was neither too little nor too much. All obs were normal except for pain in the hips/lower limbs. Titus left with some well needed pain killers and some probiotics . The overall atmosphere and care were so positive I wish it were my normal practice . I would recommend anytime for routine and emergency care .

Terrific vets, only recently discovered, sadly. Our fairly old terrier, with multiple manky teeth, was treated with great kindness and compassion. All staff who dealt with us were hugely kind and professional. Easy to park there too. Just saying.

Andy has cared for my own and rescued animals for over 10 years. From birth to death, I can say they have had kind and compassionate treatment. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Called ahead as I wanted to register my shynx'. The receptionist was really knowledgeable, and registration was easy. Cats were really calm with the male vet, who was great and allayed any concerns I had about spay/neuter for this breed.

Highly recommend this vet practice. My puppy was registered here by my sister when born. Since coming to her forever home I decided to stay with the practice that knew her. Even though we don’t live in the area. The staff are very friendly and caring. When appointments have been needed they’ve accommodated me quickly. The practice is very clean and Fairly priced.

Absolutely brilliant vets! I’ve transferred from abbey to here as they are just fantastic! My fur baby was expecting puppy’s and I had a few questions that they didn’t hesitate to answer! And then I brought the pups here at 3 days old to have tails docked and they was brilliant from start to finish! Where back again soon for the pups to have vacs and microchips and I know they’re all in good hands! Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend this vets enough!

What a fantastic service from start to finish. After being let down, so badly, by our now previous vets, Dr Gabor stepped in and looked after our fur baby. We wre referred to Paragon when our diabetic dog Jasper developed cataracts. Jasper is 14 years old but wasn't enjoying life being unable to see. We were given a consultation with James Rushton. He examined Jasper very thoroughly. He explained all the risks and costs of the surgery. We were kept informed at every stage of the process. We can't speak highly enough of Paragon and would highly recommend them.

My little dog is being looked after at Paragon Referrals with the Cardiology team. They have been absolutely amazing every time. I have tried several places before but this place is exceptional. I never feel alone during my little girls difficult journey as I know that she is in the best hands. They took in our exceedingly poorly 4 year old dog. They were so caring, and understanding. Every day we had 2 updates, they were clear and understandable, and really did set our mind at ease. They were easy to contact when needed, and coming from Bolton, we were able to visit quite a way outside of their open hours. Very very happy with them... Our dog? 6 days in ICU, and now back home and recovering...!

Andrea, Sophie and the team at Paragon were superb. When my dog Chloe was suffering an acute gastrointestis and I was at a loss that she would survive, they stepped in and cared for Chloe and bought her through her illness. I was reassured right from the start and felt in safe hands. The hospital is an impressive state of the art facility and the I felt that he we received highly skilled care. Everyone was so kind, to both Chloe and I. I was also supported at home with aftercare and it was a tremendous assistance to be able to speak with the vets on the phone when I needed some help or advise. Couldn’t recommend more, thank you to all the team.

Can’t recommend enough, the vets/nurses and reception staff genuinely care about your pet and you. My pup needed emergency wound care and she was loved like she was their own. It made the whole experience so much less stressful and we could leave her in very safe hands. You are all amazing, thank you x

Rushed my cat for emergency and have been seen as soon as we arrived. I was welcomed by friendly staff and vet was taking seriously her condition. They have good equipment in place for closer check up and could target on time abdominal leak which was deadly to my cat and emergency surgery was successfully performed. After 3 weeks she is recovered well and scar is healing well. I will be forever grateful to surgeon and team taking good care of my cat and for keeping me informed. People here truly care about pets and my cat’s behaviour shows she was comfortable being there when before she had big stress going to vets. She has been diagnosed with lymphoma and unfortunately our journey will continue with Cancer Care for pets in Huddersfield. I was offered the treatment here, but must to admit price was rock high, however, referral was made same day when requested. I trust this place and would recommend to others.

So we bought a dwarf Syrian hamster. Got everything there, cage, wood shavings, food, toys, the cage is big and was only £40, way cheaper than the big online stores.

We lost our little staffy 'Stella' in August. Even though it was busy, the reception staff were absolutely brilliant. I personally want to thank the vet who looked after Stella and the family that day. Truly passionate about her work, cared for us (the owners), and a true support through one of the worst days of my life. Thank you all. We will forever be greatfull 👍

Vets appointments can be traumatic for pets and owners but the staff always make sure everyone is comfortable. When we lost our cat they have offered as much compassion and help as they could. They truly cared for him when he was still alive and when we had to say good bye they were so professional and delicate. All the staff are always very helpful and polite. We’ve never had a problem with accommodating appointments even in emergency situation. Highly recommended vet!

Always been able to see my dog promptly when not well no matter day or night. My dog is very anxious and they have always made him as relaxed as possible when seeing him and given him the best treatment.

We recently took our dog, Cleo, to see Badr and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and attention she received. During the treatment, Badr explained each step, which put us at ease as well, knowing she was in skilled hands. Thanks to Badr, Cleo had a positive experience, and we now feel confident bringing her back for future visits. If you’re looking for a vet who is not only knowledgeable but also exceptionally caring and skilled at handling nervous pets, we highly recommend Badr and their team. Amazing vets! Saved our dog's life- we cannot thank them enough. They treat our pet as though she is their own. All staff are lovely and so helpful. The best vets, I am so glad my dogs are registered here. They are so lovely and genuinely care for the animals, not just about money. I have been many times now for my dogs Coco and Bruno’s vaccinations and now castrations. The care and service they provide is amazing, from booking them in at reception right through to follow up appointments. The staff are the best and go above and beyond as my dogs are anxious. I never feel rushed at the appointments either. Bruno had his castration today and I explained I was anxious, they said they would call as soon as he was done and I got a call from the nurse before lunchtime. You all work hard and should be proud. I always find The Vet Morden a really friendly and welcoming place. The main plus for me is that they’re much more reasonably priced than my previous veterinary practice as we all know how quickly vet bills can escalate! I recommend The Vet to everyone 🌟

I cannot praise this vets highly enough. I’ve been coming here with my many pets for 2 years. I’ve had surgeries, check ups, health reports flea treatment and de-wormers on multiple occasions. Today I saw Anna and what a lovely vet Really caring and friendly very professional. All the people working there are top notch. Always polite smiling and really go out of their way to help. I think it’s the best all-round vets I’ve ever been to. It’s extremely clean too. Thankyou everyone for going above and beyond for all the care we need.
