So glad we signed up to Abbey House when shopping around for vets for our two kittens. The staff are always warm and welcoming and we've never had trouble getting appointments. The Pet Health for Life Plan is also a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend to all pet parents in Batley!

I have 2 very difficult cats and a small baby. The staff could not be more helpful. They handle my insurance claims for me and can always be guaranteed to have a smile for us... even as they reach for the plasters lol! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cats care and can't recommend them highly enough.

Animal Trust Vets CIC - Dewsbury

Great veterinary surgery made all the better by efficient, polite & helpful staff. Great location & easy to find ,head into the retail park and it's just off the mini roundabout next to KFC & the Sue Ryder charity shop. Ample parking with dedicated disabled bays and easy access into the surgery (including wheelchair access). Inside there's a large air conditioned reception area with lots of seating plus toilet facilities. It is spotlessly clean and as a rule they run very much on time so make sure you're not late for your appointment! Regarding pet care, I have always found Animal Trust to be pragmatic & efficient whilst keeping cost relatively low.

Amazing vets. I was with Calder vets, they quoted me 1600 for an operation. Then refused to do it without another 600 for tests they never mentioned. With animal trust it was 680 all in and they literally saved my dogs life. Staff are amazing and truly love pets

Following a plethora of surgeries, a thyroidectomy on one dog, a hematoma on another and lymphomas removed on a further dog, I have nothing but praise for this surgery. From the helpful receptionists to the kindness of the nurses and the skills of the veterinary surgeons, I cannot recommend highly enough. Procedures are explained and extras are never pushed. Currently in awe of the embroidery work on my Labradors cauliflower ear! Prices are the best around too.

We have been coming here for about 30 years now. The prices and veterinary care was excellent. However the prices have increased considerably from the last time I had the misfortune to visit. It is now £59 for a consultation which is about the going rate now. Very efficient service with good care.

After being given an emergency appointment at another vet surgery, who then cancelled as I was about to park up. I rang Richmond house vets who got me an appointment straight away without hesitation. The staff were amazing from the second I walked through the door, taking my bunny and doing everything they could to help. Whilst the vet was with my bunny, other members of staff took me in to a quiet room and stayed with me. From ringing them last minute to me leaving the surgery they gave us the best care and attention without hesitation! I cannot thank them enough 🩷

My mum wanted me to review Sage as she had to have her cat euthanised; she had a tumour, sadly, which the vet identified straightaway. The vet was lovely and allowed my parents as much time as they needed to say goodbye to Dolly. She wasn't kept in for expensive tests, she was just humanely put to sleep. My parents are both quite elderly and have vowed not to get any more pets so I'm glad their last vet visit was a good one.
