The staff at this veterinary practice have been fantastic, not in only caring for my dogs, but ensuing a dignified and peaceful end to one of my dogs life. The showed compassion, empathy and love for both myself and my dog in her last moments. I will be forever grateful to them, thank you does not cut it.

After a bad experience with a large veterinary practice we decided our next pet would be cared for by a smaller more personal team. So far we feel more at home with Palmer and Duncan. Angus isn't as impressed as us!

Been using this surgery from the day it opened. The staff in the reception are brilliant, always pleasant and helpful, nothing is a problem for them. Also the Vets are very good, they are kind and care about your pets, they explain everything to you about your pets illness and do everything they can to help. I can recommend them to anyone needing treatment for there pets

My beloved dog, Max, was only registered at Palmer and Duncan a short time before we had to say goodbye to him on Friday evening, but the patience, care and compassion shown by all staff we met during that time was outstanding. After waking up to find my 23 year old African Grey very week and in respiratory distress I rang round trying to find an emergency avian vet appointment. I took him to Pet Vet and saw Martina I believe. She was very impressive and advised he needed admission to hospital. He has made a rapid recovery and I would like to thank Martina for her care, she was excellent.

I always find The Vet Morden a really friendly and welcoming place. The main plus for me is that they’re much more reasonably priced than my previous veterinary practice as we all know how quickly vet bills can escalate! I recommend The Vet to everyone 🌟

The staff do an amazing job, I took a Woodcock in that flaw into the side of a building, sadly the bird didn't make it due to it's injury, but the staff we're amazing and do an amazing job looking after animals, thank you

My dog Wally was very poorly and we almost lost him with a pneumonia and stomach issue. These are the best vets I've ever been to. Communication was clear/objective, and the caring is in the little things they did, like a nurse running to Tesco to get tuna to get him to eat at least something. Shout out to Francisco, Jenny, Katrina, Cathy, Tom, Dan and the ones I didn't get the name of. Everyone was outstanding.

I cannot recommend End Cottage enough, they have made my bunnies better countless times, when I’ve had to come in with an emergency they’ve seen us straight away, the staff are lovely and they really care about them, thank you for all your work!

The practice staff were professional , kind understanding and informative throughout when we had a poorly pet. Unfortunately our pet didn’t make it but the staff handled everything with kindness and love . Taking care of the insurance afterwards also was a great help. I would highly recommend this practice.

Absolutely amazing receptionists and vets! After vets 4 pets and jollyes both made errors and caused me distress, Greenwood and Brown slotted me in within an hour, saw my pup, explained all of my concerns, gave her 2nd vaccinations and ive never felt in such good hands. Theyve absolutely got a new customer in me and ill recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic vets, really caring and informative. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My dog had a herniated disc and lost the use of his back legs - Greenwood & Brown supported us through his 6 month recovery and he's now back to normal, all thanks to the great care he received.

It was ok to he fair, We both thought we were losing him. But the female veterinarian gave us a tad of hope,and grate!! I still got my boy. He's a tad weaker than normal at minute

Since moving vets this is the first time I have had to bring one of dogs. He is usually a very nervous dog but right away, we were met by friendly staff who put ourselves and Archie at ease. This was continued when we met the vet who made archie feel comfortable, didn't try to push products on us, explained possible treatments and costs, and was knowledgeable and friendly throughout. We ledt feeling like even the vet had Archies best interests in mind opposed to trying to rack up the highest bill. Best vets visit since he was a pup, now he's 8! Would definitely recommend.

Medivet Pontefract, we have visited for years, always a good service. Julian, who we saw is incredible, very knowledgeable, kind, calm, gentle and professional. We will see him again , always. Very impressed !

Today I attended medivet Pontefract for the first time with my nine year old spaniel after a bad experience with a neighbouring practice. Our vet was Dr cardos, he was brilliant, honest and very knowledgeable he had Rosie’s wellbeing at the forefront of the appointment. I’m really glad we chose Medivet! Thanks! :)
