As ever, 5 stars. The staff are just brilliant with animals (as you would expect) but not pushy when it comes to recommending non- treatment. The floors are regularly washed in the reception area & the tables used for the animals in the rooms are sanitized after every use.

Thank you to all the staff at white cross! Whenever i call to enquire about appointments for all the stray cats i help , they have always gone above and beyond to book in (even when i have to rearrange sometimes) without making the kitties feel less important than our own pets. Shows they are a caring practice. Would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic service. I felt stuck with my insurance company as they never paid out but if I was to seek another insurance policy elsewhere then my dogs IVDD wouldn’t be cover. Well, with the membership they provide, everything is covered!!!. I just think it’s a brilliant idea and there should be more places like this. I had to take my dog but I was still in the 28 day period before my membership officially started. That wasn’t a problem either!, I have never had a vet trip so cheap!!. I’m just blown away with animal magic and there actual care for the animals. The vet was also amazing with my extremely anxious dog. Bloody marvellous!!!!!

Belle came into the vets last night for her first check up. The vet was on time and ready for her when we arrived for the appointment. This is super important for Belle because she is dog reactive and sat in a waiting area with other dogs is very stressful for her. This meant that she enjoyed her vets visit and all the attention she received. The check up was very thorough and we left feeling happy that she is a thriving rescue dog. Thank you very much 😊

Took my 13 year old dog on a 50 pound monthly plan got full assessment and all treatment given which was a lot. They were great. Highly recommended 👌

I've been bringing my french bulldog dog pebbles to see Terry for nearly 6 years now. He is a great vet and amazing around animals. He puts them at ease and makes everyone feel welcome. He's very knowledgeable about flat faced breeds and listens to any concerns we may have. A very helpful vet indeed.

We had to say goodbye to our beautiful Border Collie Meg this morning. We are all heart-broken and it was the hardest decision we've ever had to make. I want to thank Alex so much for the professional and compassionate care that he demonstrated. At all times Alex helped us through the process and made Meg's last moments peaceful and comfortable, in her own bed, surrounded by her family. Thank you so much Alex, and sleep well our beautiful girl.

Brilliant vet. Alex offered my family wonderful advice when it came to saying goodbye to our beloved, Jim Bob. I highly recommend his services. He was very compassionate and gave us peace of mind in the last moments.

These guys have been absolutely amazing. My girl was spayed and then got quite poorly, I thought I was going to lose her. They quickly got her in and looked after her. She’s now the loving fetch & catch playing 10 month old kitten she was. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥️

We had to say goodbye to our beautiful Scooby 2 weeks ago. He had a terminal heart condition and we had to make the hard decision to let him go. He was terrified of the vet so I always knew he would be more comfortable at home. Alex was wonderful. Caring, patient and made the process as gentle as possible for him so Scooby could have a peaceful death at home without stress. Thank you Alex 🤍

We have used Kingsway for over 20 years. We have always found the service to be great. The staff are very professional and the vets are very good at explaining their diagnosis and treatment options, and they are always lovely with my pets.

We settled with this practise as the care our dogs 🐕 get is brilliant. We joined their pet health scheme which is good value for money and ensures our pet recieve two check ups per year,all their injections,flea and worming treatments and claws cut as often as needed. We always manage to get an appointment within a week of asking. We use the Crosshills surgery all the time as it's nearer to home 🏡. After using another local company initially and being disappointed with their pricing structure. We find Kingsway better and more transparent cost wise.

Took my two ragdoll kittens there for the first time today! Very friendly vets, would highly recommend. You can tell the vet genuinely cares so much about our pets and not just about the money! The receptionist was also very friendly (it’s very rare to find a friendly receptionist LOL). The prices are also decent, I have joined the pet health club, which is only £18.99 per month so £37.98 per month for both my kitties! It includes many benefits, definitely worth the money!

I don't know what you heroes get paid but its not enough.Really professional and caring when i had to have one of my ferrets put to sleep a while ago you consoled me in my grief and today when i brought in one of my older ferrets you could tell i was panicking so thank you for the quick diagnosis and that we can stabilise his condition. I walked into Kingsway vets worried sick and i walked out a much happier person thanks to not just the vet but all the staff there too you can tell they all love animals and it must be very upsetting and rewarding in equal measures thanks for everything

The veterinary surgeon Amelia was professional polite, showed genuine care for our cat Maui. Explained everything clearly and informatively regarding his dental procedure and aftercare. Both nurses we saw, Kay and Rachel again could not have been nicer. Again very professional caring and loving towards our cat. Would certainly recommend them without hesitation. The surgery handled our Pet plan insurance claim very swiftly with claim submit and paid in 9 days very impressed. Thank you all for the care and expertise we have received. One happy cat. 😺

We were on holiday and our elderly Staffy Macie became unwell. On the off chance we took her to the surgery. We were asked to take a urine sample which the nurse tested straight away. Nothing was untoward. However we were advised to take her to our own veterinary surgery on our return home for a thorough health check. What an excellent service. Thank you so much.

Amelia did the kind thing for my beautiful boy today and she was just absolutely wonderful. She reassured ALL of us and my baby left with dignity and surrounded by love. Terry gave us a few desperately needed few weeks with him after diagnosing oral melanoma. I still have 2 pets I will still be using this fantastic vets group. Thank you again Amelia, I could not have done today without your kind heart.

I have been taking my cats to this vets for years, now. They have always been caring, compassionate and explained things carefully to me so I can understand treatment options etc. They do a 'Pet Club' which, for a monthly payment, do 6 monthly health checks, boosters and flea/worm treatments plus discounts on meds. A great practice where you are far more than just a number!

Got us an appointment the next day after sending a problem of the issue. Reasonably priced and were fab with our little terrors (kittens)

Cat was absolutely fantastic and very thorough when we had a sick dog. She stayed late with Amy C and Ciara when Lacey was so unwell so she could operate Sadly she was put to sleep on the operating table (with my consent) and the whole team were nothing but kind, compassionate and cared for her with dignity until I arranged cremation the next day. We cannot speak more highly of their dedication and care x

We had concerns about are dog Bob, after a phone call we had a appointment an hour later,the vet were seen by was very thorough with his examination, bob will need an operation, and I know he is in good hands, thank you all at vets 4 pets

Very good vets. I've used them many times. They have a very clean environment. The only complaint I have is they should have a barrier helping keep dogs and cats separated during visits. Our cats are always scared and shaking in their pet carriers when people with dogs come in or walk past but this is the same problem at all vets and it's distressing to cats

Excellent customer service from Kady. She registered my 2 cats in without a fuss and explained procedures to me. I'm so glad I chose this vet. Thankyou Kady. I will be speaking to David about you when he returns.
