I hadn't seen a dentist for 10 years and my teeth what I had left were a disgrace. I was nervous but the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel welcome and valued. From Kate on reception to Matt and Kat and the rest of the team, I truly thank you for making me feel Happy again. The treatment I received was outstanding, no judgement. My confidence is back and I can once again SMILE. Thank you once again for making me feel the true pleasure in my smile, oh and for the beautiful flowers.

At 87yo I needed advice regarding my present dentures. My appointment was timeous. I was given thorough and extensive advice by Matt without any hint of “ hard sell”. I left with the intention of pondering until my present situation eases. I was treated with courtesy by all staff and so recommend them highly. If only more businesses could be like this……..

Thanks to Katerina, Matthew and the team. I had quite a bit of work done and as nervous patient it was stress free. I was made to feel comfortable at all times. During treatments Katerina’s regular communication helped me feel at ease. I had bespoke work done with Matthew. He explained each part of the process and I had multiple appointments to check fitting and the end product is great. I’ve got my confidence and my smile back.

The first 2 fillings I have had in 47 years. Kat was so professional yet friendly and personable. She made me feel at ease and proceeded to do the fillings without any injections. The staff make it easy to book an appointment and when I had to change an appointment they made no fuss and I had a new one booked in no time. It’s always an enjoyable visit at Villa Dental too.

I was a very nervous dental patient, who often cancelled appointments, so I didn’t have to face the fear I felt when sitting in the dentist chair. But that all changed when I joined this practice. I explained my fears to Karen and Helen and they were willing to do anything to help. I now attend appointments every six months and actually look forward to going. My teeth and gums have never been better. I sat in the chair today and thought back to the days where my knuckles were white from gripping so hard to the chair. Now I sit relaxed and enjoy chatting to the lovely staff. If you have a fear of dentists, I can honestly say all the staff here are lovely and will put you at ease.

we had the best experience at Craven Dental Care today! Karen & Helen are both fantastic dental nurses and made my little boy feel so welcome and calm at his first ever dentist appointment! Karen managed to file down my sharp tooth I've been having trouble with for a long time, no other dentist has managed with my bad gag reflex🤣🙈 it feels so much better! my little boy came away from there surgery happy and excited to come back again one day! Helen did an amazing job cleaning my teeth they feel 100% times better and cleaner! the receptionist Leah was also so kind and lovely! the whole experience was fantastic! I cannot say enough kind words about Rayner Dental Care. I have been a regular patient here since I’ve had my teeth as a kid. This practice is simply brilliant and a very welcoming environment. The service from receptionists (Christine), nurses, hygienists and dentists (Ehmen a lovely dentist) has always been second to none. I always feel extremely well cared for here. My best interests come first, all options/treatments/materials used etc. are explained fully and costed in advance.

The dentist is absolutely lovely, always honest and kind. I had to wait 45 minutes for my next appointment with the hygienist which was quite painful this time and I was soaked by the water. I asked the receptionist a simple question and her response was quite abrupt and rude as if I should know the answer. I was a bit disappointed with today’s service. Usually really good

Hadn't visited a dentist in over 15 years due to fear, was apprehensive about this appointment but my partner insisted we go. So glad I did, I was seen by TK, had a dental hygiene checkup, and my mouth has never felt so good. Excited to go back for more treatment as the pain I had in my gums has disappeared entirely. The staff at 57 Dental are top notch, very friendly, always have a smile, very polite, and are a credit to the business. If you are like me and have a fear of dentists, you need to come to 57, the fear will disappear.

I am extremely nervous about visiting a dentist and put off doing so until I had no choice, due to a tooth infection and severe toothache. Rosina and her team were so kind and considerate, Rosina explained all my options and went with what made me feel comfortable. I felt a lot more confident in having treatment and ended up having root canal treatment, a filling and two crowns. Rosina and her team made me feel safe and in control which made all the difference. I would like to thank my dentist Katarzyna Dalkowska, for her lovely manner and gentleness. She is very sympathetic, talks through exactly what she’s going to do and reassures you that she will stop any time you want her to. I have been terrified of going to the dentist for years, but I am gradually gaining confidence with her help.

Since joining BUPA Dental care Wilsden my teeth have never felt and looked better. The treatment and advice recieved from the friendly and helpfull staff is fantastic. They helped me with my problem within an hour and the man and the dental assistant I had were amazing, they really helped me feel at ease and helped me so much with advice on my teeth. I have just had a two temporary crowns fitted. Will go in about 2 weeks for permanent. The prep work and fitting was absolutely painless. They use latest technology to ensure a top class job, the scanner to look at your bite on the monitor is pretty impressive. Very nice facilities and nice people. Top class.

Had an emergency filling on my front tooth and was recommended this place in Bradford (I'm from Leeds). The Dentist A. Ayoub was extremely patient and professional with me and went over the filling making alterations to the shape and size over and over until I was satisfied with the final look and feel. I have been a patient at this practice for the over 30 years that I have lived in Guiseley. For most of that time Dr Kate Laidler has been my regular dentist. Kate combines excellent clinical sklls with genuine and consistent concern for my comfort and welfare. She explains treatment options in detail and answers clearly any queries that I may have. The other dentists who have treated me occasionally, the surgery assistants, the hygienists and the administrative staff have always been competent, courteous and helpful.

I've been using OneTwoThree Dental for years now and have always been happy with my treatment. In the last 5 years Dr Kate Laidler has been my dentist and is both expert and great at explaining what's going on and helping me manage different procedures. I had a tooth extracted today by Kate Laidler - who is the dentist I have always had - and it was a really easy and smooth experience.
