First time at this practice. Such friendly and professional service from the dentist Nakash and nurse Alnisa. They did an amazing job of cleaning my teeth and it was pain free compared to other dentists I have been to. Can't wait to visit again in 6 months. Excellent Service

Brilliant dental practise. I have never felt so at ease at the dentist before. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. From my first phone call enquiry to the treatment I received the staff were excellent. Catherine the receptionist was ace. They went above and beyond what I imagined any dentist would do to help. Chris did an excellent job repairing my bridge. He was honest about possible outcomes whilst giving hope of trying other treatments should this one not work. Dental charges usually cause more pain than teeth but not here, the cost was far less than expected, there’s no making money out of people. Highly recommend this practise.

Excellent service having trouble with a tooth appointment booked with receptionist listening to issue. Dentist Mr Miles sorted out discomfort and managed to reassure me if any future issues.

Visited this dentist a couple of times and I can hands down say it’s such a nicely run practice. Staff are super friendly, Nick and Chris (dentists) are both so informative and there level of care is unmatched. Since moving to the area, I have been visiting Jacqui Mac Aesthetics for my Botox treatment. I will not go anywhere else. I initially came to Jacqui after lots of research on PDO threads and established she was the best aesthetician for me despite being an hour away. With Jacqui's guidance and recommendations, I opted for botox and fillers and wow, what a difference! So glad I placed my trust in her for these procedures! An overall very positive experience at nu dental. Staff are friendly, helpful and always happy to answer any questions. Lovely clinic with warm friendly and cosy vibes. The treatment suites are not scary looking or intimidating! For once I feel safe and confident about my dental treatment. Lauren was very friendly, kind and attentive. She answered all my questions in a very nice way and didn’t rush me as was the case - unfortunately - with my precious dental clinic!

It was my first treatment today at this clinic . Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Dentist and Dental nurse were very nice friendly, reassuring and professional. The treatment took an hour but I was never in any pain. It was a front tooth replacement filling , which needed to be done but it looks so much better now than it did before, due to the care and attention given to it by the dentist here.

Being a nervous patient when it comes to dentists(due to childhood experience). I was recommended by a family member who goes to the practice. I was NOT in the least bit nervous when I arrived at the practice. I was given a very warm welcome by the reception team. The dentist was lovely, explaining absolutely everything. His Dental nurse was very efficient and very reassuring when I had to have xrays as I can't usually manage them. I have to say the WHOLE experience was very good. My hygienist appointment was good also. Everyone was lovely and explained everything. All the information I needed was printed out and also emailed to me. A HUGE THANK YOU to EVERYONE from the reception team to the dentist,hygienist and the dental nurses.

A great service. Needed a specialist opinion and possible surgery on a worrying gum recession and received terrific detailed, clinical advice from James Chesterman, as well as accommodating an appointment at fairly short notice. If ever I need dental treatment outside of my dentist’s scope, I’ll be straight back to these. Excellent dentists.

This dental practice is so friendly, you feel totally relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. The professionalism of all the staff is exceptional. I thoroughly recommend Mr Chan. Searching for a dentist that would provide appropriate treatment led to me having expensive initial consultations with five different dental clinics. I was told in these clinics that I would need implants, however I felt this was unnecessary and thankfully Mr Chan managed to replace the crowns on my four upper front teeth. These new crowns look great, they will last for a long time and they were cheaper than the implants. Mr Chan is a fantastic exponent of restorative dentistry, and the only place I would go if I needed further treatment."

I was a very nervous dental patient, who often cancelled appointments, so I didn’t have to face the fear I felt when sitting in the dentist chair. But that all changed when I joined this practice. I explained my fears to Karen and Helen and they were willing to do anything to help. I now attend appointments every six months and actually look forward to going. My teeth and gums have never been better. I sat in the chair today and thought back to the days where my knuckles were white from gripping so hard to the chair. Now I sit relaxed and enjoy chatting to the lovely staff. If you have a fear of dentists, I can honestly say all the staff here are lovely and will put you at ease.

I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

I bought loupes from Q-Optics about 5 or 6 years ago and have greatly enjoyed using them over the years. However the screen coating had started to come off and they were looking a bit battered from daily use. I contacted Swallow about this and Rachel was immensely helpful in getting me a brand new replacement for my loupes. I was abroad at the time but Rachel ensured that the loupes (which had to be made in the USA) would be ready for me on my return to the UK. Rachel remained in contact with me over several months so even though it was Christmas time I was very impressed when she thought to reach out to me to remind me to send my old loupes back so that she could get my new loupes to me ASAP. The courier delivery service was very efficient and I had my new loupes the next day. There was a slight hiccup with attaching my loupes light and getting my loupes strap and storage box back (because I was sent just the new loupes without my original box and strap) but Rachel was able to help me very quickly. I now have a brand new pair of loupes which are the same magnification and colour/style as my old ones. I am very impressed and thankful for the wonderful after care and prompt, professional customer service!

Just transferred from another Dentist to Acorn. Sometimes, some things are meant to happen in life for a reason. What a lovely team of people here. Receptionist was a very happy and friendly person. The dentist I saw was called Michael and he was very nice, patient and just great person full stop. I chose Acorn from all the other dentists by looking at other people reviews. Sometimes reviews don't match up to expectations, but they certainly did this time.

Needed an appointment before Christmas as my filling had come loose and was causing me problems. The reception staff were great and fit me in. The dentist James was very good and even managed to sort it without numbing Injection which was great. I am a very nervous patient due to the school dentists years ago. Acorn Dental at Skipton are brilliant.

It was the first time I had been to this dentist after moving to Yorkshire nearly 5 years ago! My husband and I had to go private as an NHS dentist was unobtainable. Now we have been accepted on Acorn dentists in Skipton and we were over the moon! They were very thorough and very nice and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you Acorn dentist!
