Dr Nakeshree was incredibly thorough in his examination and treatment. He took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, ensuring I understood what was happening and why. Needed an emergency appointment for my husband, called last night and got us in today. Immaculate set up, I dealt with a lovely receptionist. When it came to treatment, the dentist we saw was warm and welcoming, really helped calm the nerves of my terrified hubby! I won't go into details as to what he had done, but safe to say he was well taken care of, efficient and patient. Would highly recommend!

Reception v. friendly and helpful. Nice, clean, tidy place. Alex ( dental surgeon ) is great. I've been going to see him 4 or 5 years. He is really good. Explains things clearly, offers options, answers questions, generally has a great level of engagement and customer empathy. He's very good.

Olivia, the dental nurse, was fantastic — she made the whole process smooth and stress-free with her support and attention to detail. One word ( unbelievable) staff & dentist’s . Called them this morning at 10:30am was seen by 3:30pm ! I drove 6hrs Round trip because I hear they where very good here & it was true! I had a bad half a tooth 🦷 destruction ! The first dentist in another firm left me in a poor way . Today was so easy . I’m going to make The tooth spa my regular. Parking outside on the street. Clean work place Great staff Dentist had lots of experience for a young man & talked me through the lot . Felt safe especially after last experience. I forgot to ask the dentist his name tho 🫣

I went with my 3-year-old daughter to a lot of dental clinics and they all told me that the front tooth had to be removed, but they didn't want to do the procedure and sent me to the hospital with an appointment after 6 months. I found this clinic and on the first visit the doctor managed to remove the tooth with local anesthesia without my little girl feeling any pain or fear, he succeeded in a maximum of 30 minutes and for only £50, what more can I say than thank you and you are the best!!!!

I have just completed my treatment at Ivory dental with Brad and his team. It's been a lengthy process due to the complex bridge work and alignment. But I have to say that the end results are outstanding. The professionalism, care and attention to detail from Brad and his team at Ivory Dental really is First Class. I have to travel a fair distance, as Ivory dental is not local for me, but I now wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have recently had 2 different implant procedures by Dr Ferakh. For someone that has dental anxiety, I couldn’t be happier with the step by step information I was given on each visit. Each procedure was discussed in detail together with timings, making me feel completely at ease, so much so the final fitting was done without the need for an aesthetic. The end result is perfect, they feel like they are my own. Thanks to the great work by the team, I now have a full set of teeth for the first time in over 20 years!

I have had some terrible dentists in the past, various terrible root treatments, bleeding gums (I had to have gas and air to be able to have scale and polish, it was that bad), my teeth were a mess. Catherine not only saved my teeth and improved my dental hygiene, she has been fantastic when I had a tooth infection, giving her own personal time to advise and support me. I could not praise her enough. The staff, Clare and Emma, are absolutely brilliant and have given me very insightful and useful advice. Just a brilliant practice all around. Couldn't thank them enough!

Best dentist I've ever had. I was an extremely nervous patient before I started seeing Catherine. At the first appointment she made me feel at ease and as comfortable as I could be. Now a year and a half later I can say I'm not a nervous patient anymore and although I don't enjoy being poked and prodded I always come out smiling because it's been a positive experience. Being honest, I hate the place. But they are very good, and do a wonderful job dealing with a dental wimp like me and putting me at ease. The receptionist deserves special mention for being so patient and managing to even get me through the door.

The staff are very welcoming. Like the fact they send you a reminder text a couple of days before your appointment. I have been having trouble with my gums bleeding but with the advice from the dentist, this has nearly gone Completely. I have already recommended Xen Smiles to a number of people that where looking for a dentist to go to and would not hesitate to again

So lucky to have a dentist as good as this that have given me the chance to as an NHS patient, not that you are treated any differently. To start with, the reception staff are great, really friendly and make you feel relaxed, the dentist and assistant on the day of my treatment, were brilliant, explaining everything, step by step. From day one of the initial assessment to completion of dental implant, the journey over the course of one year, they were amazing, professional and went above and beyond. Took brilliant care of my daughter’s teeth while she had braces. Dr Hans Antov did amazing work with help from his assistant Bobby. Took my daughter’s smile from crooked with an overbite to a perfect smile! Very happy and pleased with the results.

My daughter received fantastic care at Smile Orthodontist. From the first day to the last day Hans made us feel relaxed and explained everything he was doing. He estimated her braces would be on for 24 month but because of his expertise 14 month later her teeth are perfect. Hans is a fantastic orthodontist and I would recommend him to anyone.
