Needed an emergency appointment for my husband, called last night and got us in today. Immaculate set up, I dealt with a lovely receptionist. When it came to treatment, the dentist we saw was warm and welcoming, really helped calm the nerves of my terrified hubby! I won't go into details as to what he had done, but safe to say he was well taken care of, efficient and patient. Would highly recommend!

Reception v. friendly and helpful. Nice, clean, tidy place. Alex ( dental surgeon ) is great. I've been going to see him 4 or 5 years. He is really good. Explains things clearly, offers options, answers questions, generally has a great level of engagement and customer empathy. He's very good.

Dr Nakeshree was incredibly thorough in his examination and treatment. He took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, ensuring I understood what was happening and why. Outstanding in managing an acute tooth problem. Even though they were about to close they stayed open until I arrived and dealt with my problem efficiently. Was referred through 101 emergency as I don't have a dentist, visited today with severe anxiety and was put at ease by George who looked after me better than I could have wished for.
