Seen hygienist today. Did not see anyone for hygiene since lock down and my teeth were stained and full of plaque. She was fantastic and l came out looking as if l have had my teeth whitened. Just had two tooth extraction with Dr Dilek Karakus and it went even better than I imagined. She was very calming, informative and I definitely felt like I was in safe hands. I hadn't been to the dentist in over a decade so I was more than nervous about everything. The whole experience has been super professional but still with some warmth. Two extractions were done within 20 minutes and there was a great aftercare information provided. Will be coming back for my fillings.

First impression was a really friendly greeting by the receptionist who saw to me really quickly. My treatment could have been explained to me on check in as I forgot what I was coming for. Maybe my fault but to offer a subtle reminder would be a good touch. Iām a private user so I can only compare to other private dentistry. Iāve just had an appointment with Sam Wheeler to fix a broken tooth in preperation for a crown in a few months time. He explained everything in advance and although it was a long procedure, it was thankfully pain free and I am very pleased with the result. Well done Sam and the team

This has been my dental practise for a few years and where I've undergone the most difficult of denistry work in my life. I'm an oldie so the first time I remember going to a dentist was 70 years ago. Farid's surgery is a welcoming bright affair which is far removed from the dismal dentists of the 1950s. Farid has done a lot of work renewing for me 40 and 50 year-old fillings and performing an extremely long procedure where it was necessary to remove a 35 year old cracked root canal filling with the added complication that my own bone had grown over part of the filling. The work was finalised by filling that gap with an implant along with a second implant. He has been so thorough and it's not been quick work. He has constantly checked progress never rushing and given plenty of time for my gum to settle, testing for bone strength, adding bone where necessary doing umpteen x-rays, photographing with a 'thing' I've never seen before. Shall we say I don't think it would have been possible to be any more thorough in any way. Farid's team were himself and always 2 of his assistants in my procedures and all are clearly professional and competent with Farid constantly issuing soft speedy instructions many times a minute which gave me confidence throughout the many hours of complicated dentistry work I've had done. Even with the 2+hour long procedure to remove the root canal filling which my own bone had grown over, there was no aftermath pain other than needing a few paracetamols for a few days and salt water washes. I completely recommend this dental practise and thank all the charming team for making it as pleasurable as dentistry can be.

The Park Dental Practice people never fail to impress me with their prompt, friendly and professional attention to my teeth. I've been a patient with the practice for well over 50 years and, although I no longer live in Poole, I have no intention of going elsewhere. I was slightly disappointed that my 1:30/2:00pm appointments had been switched, but it didn't affect my ability to get to my next, 3pm appointment; this thanks to the kind invitation of a fellow patient who volunteered to swap her 2pm slot.

Very friendly staff. Receptionist, Amy, is very welcoming. The dentist Ioannis is excellent and there appears to be a good understanding between him & the dental nurse who is very efficient. He explained the cause of the issue and what needed to be done. Carried out the work & clearly explained what to do for the next few days to aid recovery. Well done.

I have just had approx 20 crowns fitted to replace 40 year old ones which were looking unsightly. Needless to say this was extensive treatment and expensive, however Matthew is such a comfortable person to be with, he is so friendly and approachable, and really tried to make me feel relaxed.. my only negative was i felt bit ropey a couple of times and would have loved a quiet room to sit in for a while rather than the waiting room, but this is a lot to ask i suppose , especially in a small building. Staff are very helpful and friendly .I am so pleased with my new teeth š„°

In this clinic you can find a friendly family atmosphere. My wife and I have been clients of this clinic for many years. I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. Iāve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldnāt go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like youāre stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

I had 3 implants successfully inserted by Fernando a couple of years ago, without any pain. Recently I needed a deep cleansing treatment for gum disease over one tooth and again, I did not experience pain. Although I have private general dentistry, this is the only dental surgeon who has given injections without pain due to the use of a superior numbing agent beforehand. All the staff are very pleasant also. I can highly recommend this Centre.

Josh kindly fitted an implant nearly two years ago which I am very pleased with, I recently had an issue with the gum surrounding the implant. Josh and Tawf were able to quickly address the issue for which I am very grateful, the review was very thorough and I learned some useful tips on how to use interdental brushes.

I recently had a dental implant and bone graft, followed by the placement of a zirconia crown. The crown exceeded my expectations in quality and appearance, fitting naturally with surrounding teeth. I am a very nervous patient following treatment received as a child in the 1960s. However, the treatment I received from Fernando for my dental implants was second to none. He is an excellent practitioner and has the ability to create an air of calm which would put any nervous patient at ease. I came here sent by an NHS emergency with an infection in one of my back teeth I was in agony and very swollen. I saw Ella and Tia, They first sent me away with antibiotics and to come back to have the tooth removed. When I came back Ella said the tooth could be saved and asked if I would prefer to have a root canal. After the first procedure I was so shocked how much better my face felt and realised Iād been in pain for a long time. I went back for the second procedure today and again very happy with the result. I thought Ella and Tia went above and beyond considering itās not even my official dentist. They could have easily removed the teeth for a fraction of the time but instead fixed my tooth and I am so happy they did. Iāve been looking for a dentist for a while and will definitely be joining! My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.
