My first dental appointment at Beaminster and had a good experience. Friendly welcome both on the phone and on arrival and everything was explained by the dentist. Cheerful and efficient practice!

I had an accident a while back losing a couple of my front teeth. I went to Simon after being recommended by a friend. The treatment I’ve had from saving damaged teeth to recently fitting me with my amazing new replacements has been exemplary. Simon and his team are just brilliant and wanted the best outcome for me from the start, all the options were explained throughly allowing me to make an informed decision. I honestly couldn’t be more happy with the result, I can smile with confidence again 😁 a massive Thankyou again to Simon and his team 👍

I had a dental emergency so called Simon Wood at Lumley and Wood to arrange an appointment. I was expecting a wait as the surgery had only just re opened but I was delighted to get an appointment within an hour or two of the call. The surgery was running a very efficient system with questions relating to COVID-19 both before and on arrival. My temperature was checked and hand sanitizer was provided. The surgery entrance was only opened for booked patients. I felt very safe in the surgery environment as the staff were wearing PPE with my dentist using a visor and a mask in addition to the usual measures. Extra equipment had been installed to extract the circulating air after every patient and cleaning of surfaces and longer gaps between patients were organised. An excellent service, as always, in what felt like a very safe environment.

Very professional service. The most important thing is that I trust my dentist and hygienist have first-rate skills, are ethical and can give the best advice, and I'm confident that my dentist and hygienist at Lyme Bay have all these qualities. The support staff all seem genuinely in tune with the high values of the practice too.

Friendly and helpful team who assisted my young daughter with an emergency appointment at very short notice. Compassionate staff who made her experience must less stressful than anticipated.

I have just had approx 20 crowns fitted to replace 40 year old ones which were looking unsightly. Needless to say this was extensive treatment and expensive, however Matthew is such a comfortable person to be with, he is so friendly and approachable, and really tried to make me feel relaxed.. my only negative was i felt bit ropey a couple of times and would have loved a quiet room to sit in for a while rather than the waiting room, but this is a lot to ask i suppose , especially in a small building. Staff are very helpful and friendly .I am so pleased with my new teeth 🥰

My first visit to Dorset Dental Cinic I was most impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. A plan was quickly put together. The staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. As a nervous patient I was very quickly put at ease. 5 stars from me.

Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Incredible service… Thank you again Shannon and the team.

Excellent care and treatment at Phoenix Dental both from reception staff and then dentist Mohamed. I was in Weymouth for a few short weeks but the team pulled out the stops and resolved my long-standing, painful issue. Highly recommend.

What can I say except Thankyou! I had terrible bottom teeth that needed a denture and Fehrad and Rahim went above and beyond to make sure I had teeth! Their professionalism and reassurance was amazing . Taken me years to get the courage to have this procedure and I am over the moon with the results. Fantastic Dentist. Place very clean, toilets probably nicest and cleanest I ever seen. The dentist is kind, caring, helps, and reasures with anxiety. Takes there time and good guildence in what to do. NHS would never be near a service like Phoenix Dental Care.

As a retired dentist this was my first visit to Heritage Dental Health, recommended by friends and family. I felt relaxed as soon as I arrived, all the staff were friendly and I was happy with the examination and options offered by my new dentist, Jakob.

It wasn’t my usual dentist, however, I was made to feel at ease and the problem was promptly resolved. My anxiety levels were elevated due to childhood memories at the dentist. I would feel happy to see the same person again. Their approach was gentle, calming and professional. Very understanding and informative.

My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. Tawf, the dentist, and Hannah, the dental nurse were incredible. They were kind, professional , caring and made my daughter feel perfectly at ease. Josh kindly fitted an implant nearly two years ago which I am very pleased with, I recently had an issue with the gum surrounding the implant. Josh and Tawf were able to quickly address the issue for which I am very grateful, the review was very thorough and I learned some useful tips on how to use interdental brushes.

I am a very nervous patient following treatment received as a child in the 1960s. However, the treatment I received from Fernando for my dental implants was second to none. He is an excellent practitioner and has the ability to create an air of calm which would put any nervous patient at ease. My implants fit perfectly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the staff at South Coast Dental. How I wish it had been the same for me as a child. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

A good experience at South Coast Dental with Josh. Had a tooth implant here and was extremely nervous, from start to finish everything was explained fully, and support was given at every step by Josh, Tawny and team. Very professional and welcoming practice. Would highly recommend if you are considering a dental implant.

I had 3 implants successfully inserted by Fernando a couple of years ago, without any pain. Recently I needed a deep cleansing treatment for gum disease over one tooth and again, I did not experience pain. Although I have private general dentistry, this is the only dental surgeon who has given injections without pain due to the use of a superior numbing agent beforehand. All the staff are very pleasant also. I can highly recommend this Centre.

I recommend the dentist Rishi Naraidoo.. he is a very good dentist.. he really knows what he is doing and the visit with him was a pleasure.. I almost fell asleep while he was fixing my teeth.. he is very friendly and understanding.. he explained everything very well, how the treatment would be carried out, paying attention to the smallest details... I highly recommend it, it's really worth it!!

I had an exceptional experience today. Naomi and her wonderful assistant demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine care. Remarkably, at 43 years old, I even learned the proper technique for brushing my teeth.
