I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Incredible service… Thank you again Shannon and the team.

Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. Actually looking forward to visiting the dentist! That's a first!!

My first visit to Dorset Dental Cinic I was most impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. A plan was quickly put together. The staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. As a nervous patient I was very quickly put at ease. 5 stars from me.

After a hockey-stick / mouth accident at school, we got an appointment the same day and have been looked after wonderfully. Superb service, lovely dentists & caring staff.

As a very anxious patient, I usually dread visits to the dentist, but no longer. We recently had new patient check ups with Luke at Rock House dental practice and Luke is amazing. He was so caring and gentle that the whole experience was calm and pleasant. I highly recommend this practice and wish I had found it years ago.

Prior to being a patient at the Gardens Dental Practice I used to be very anxious about going to the dentist, I can honestly say all members of the team are warm and professional and put you at ease from the minute you walk through the door. Izzie deserves a particular mention for her excellence, but she is also caring and gentle. My teeth are so dramatically improved, her work is exceptional and I am so grateful. I had an accident over the weekend and knocked out my front teeth, I was in a lot of pain and needed them fixed as soon as possible. The very helpful receptionist at Bupa dental care in Shaftesbury spoke to my mum and had us booked in first thing Monday morning without any issues. The dentist I saw was absolutely incredible, I was very nervous and he made me feel calm and the treatment was painless. My teeth look amazing and I’m so pleased with them. Having been petrified of the dentist for many years, I can not fault the care and attention that I have received from everyone at dentistry@68. The whole process of sedation was very relaxing, and every step was explained fully. There was no rushing. After having 2 extractions, I had no pain at all, which shows the care and attention provided during treatment.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, basically because my pain threshold is not great. However, I have been going to this dental practice since childhood and have always been looked after. My current dentist who I have been seeing for many years is Richie. He has always looked after me with empathy and understanding and is very reassuring. He takes the time to explain all treatment options with no pressure as to which I should proceed with. As much as anyone can enjoy going to the dentist, I do enjoy the rapport that I have with Richie and he has earned my trust and respect.

Excellent service at Dentistry 68. Dr Sarah B has such a kind and caring manner with children. Really put my son at ease. He even enjoys visiting the dentist which is so important for his future oral health.

I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. The practice is most efficient. Mr Rahman was very reassuring and has a great communication style explaining everything in a clear way. He was very efficient and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment despite all the warnings! The hygenist I have just met was also delightful.

My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

After a few recommendations from friends for Smile Stories, I decided to visit myself. All the team here are so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is also lovely without the usual clinical feel from a dentist. I have had multiple visits to Sarah for various dental work I needed doing and she, alongside the dental nurses, has been amazing and put me at complete ease! On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My overall experience so far at Alaska house has been very good, everyone at the practice is so welcoming.

Not usually taken to leaving reviews but we had to say how pleased we are with the practice. We, thus far have only dealt with 4 members of staff and every one needs commending. Michele in reception was a real pleasure to talk to. Samantha (Dentist) listened carefully and gave some sound, professional, advice. Naomi (hygienist) spent ages explaining everything clearly and did such a great job on my teeth. Finally Lisa, who stood out because although she was exceptionally busy but still managed to get us sorted quickly and in a particularly friendly manner. Fair play to the management for employing such a great team.

Always excellent service, lovely reception team and the dentists and support team are fantastic - they explain things clearly and take their time. They're gentle and considerate in the treatments too. The only challenge is that they're so thorough that I keep getting encouraged to floss more :)

I recently attended this dental practice this year for the first time where I was welcomed warmly by both the receptionist Michelle and my dentist Lakshmi. A treatment plan was agreed and all subsequent appointments have been on time, very professional and friendly. I visited the hygienist Jane and it was the best clean l have ever had and great advice.
