I had an accident over the weekend and knocked out my front teeth, I was in a lot of pain and needed them fixed as soon as possible. The very helpful receptionist at Bupa dental care in Shaftesbury spoke to my mum and had us booked in first thing Monday morning without any issues. The dentist I saw was absolutely incredible, I was very nervous and he made me feel calm and the treatment was painless. My teeth look amazing and I’m so pleased with them. To have it done so quickly, efficiently, painlessly and with incredible customer service makes such a difference. Thank you to all the team!

The practice is most efficient. Mr Rahman was very reassuring and has a great communication style explaining everything in a clear way. He was very efficient and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment despite all the warnings! The hygenist I have just met was also delightful.

My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

Been with this practice for eight years, in that time all the staff have been extremely professional, kind and friendly and will go the extra mile to help. I would not hesitate in recommending this dental team to anyone.

Theo is the most amazing dentist I have visited, he is calm and cool and continually talking to you throughout the procedure. I had 2 teeth extracted and both time was painless, his way of giving injection also painless, I haven’t felt a thing. All you have to do is “relax and breath, I’ll do the rest “ that’s his advice and worked both time. Worth every penny and I wouldn’t go anywhere else and that’s matter of fact. Thanks Doc, see you next month to do the rest.

I had to have a very unpleasant extraction and because he is so gentle, compassionate and kind I felt completely at ease. I would recommend him to anyone feeling anxious or frightened. What a guy!

I'm currently having laser hair removal with Natalie and also facials/laser treatments for pigmentation/scarring. The hair removal is surprisingly quick and personally I find it pain free. And after 2 or 3 sessions I started noticing a difference, it's well worth doing then following up with an annual top up, easy peasy, I wish I'd done it years ago! Natalie's facials leave my skin feeling so much healthier and clearer and with the added addition of using the laser it's ideal for helping with my damaged skin. There's always a warm welcome at Laser Skin Solutions Motcombe and it's nice that it's in a village instead of a city, thank you Natalie! 🤩

On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My overall experience so far at Alaska house has been very good, everyone at the practice is so welcoming.

Amazing Dentist, Friendly Receptionist, I had a check up today, It is a great shame to learn that Mr Pedlar is leaving as he is my Dentist but I have been told that Mr Carnell is a very good dentist and a nice manner. Its a old school style dentists and only recommends procedures if needed. They are not out to fleece people with unneeded work. Great place. Myself and my parents attend this straightforward Dentist. I admit I did have some nerves about having my 2 impacted wisdom teeth extracted. However, shortly after walking into the surgery, I met Bilal who told me the procedure would be relatively straight forward. Bilal has a very good manner, and the extractions were straight forward as he said. Highly recommended.

This was my first time going to a dentist to extract a tooth. I am someone who have pride in my teeth and at the age of 68 had a full set of teeth. Unfortunately one of them broke while I am on holiday in the UK. Smile Kind was very professional, patient and made me comfortable. I’m currently just over 2 weeks post op on getting both my lower wisdom teeth out. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. I was really nervous getting my teeth out but Sami and Sarah were absolutely amazing. They were both so reassuring and empathetic. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable which i really appreciated. When i got them out, Sami was very quick & both of them were out in like 5 minutes. I luckily had little to no swelling and the pain wasn’t horrible. There was a point where it was very painful and i contacted smilekind and they were so wonderful at getting me an appointment quickly so the dentist could take a look. The holes seem to be healing nice as well. I’ve see to many horror stories of wisdom teeth extractions, im very grateful for Samis expertise in getting them out without any problems. He’s very confident in the work he does and i found that really comforting. Again, a massive thank you to the whole team. A lot of places don’t seem to care about their patients anymore so it’s refreshing to see a business remain genuine in wanting to help.

Having a dental phobia it took a lot to seek out treatment for a molar that needed extracting. SmileKind was definitely the right choice. During the initial consultation I was so anxious I could barely get the words out but they were very patient and explained the treatment process which was reassuring. I never thought I would write a review praising a dentist. I was a grown up baby absolutely terrified of dentists. I would literally shake and make myself ill just sitting in the waiting room. However, I found Dorset Dental Clinic who actually listened to my fears and have now totally transformed my look. My teeth were so bad that it took a 5 hour operation under anesthetic to remove the lot and completely replace with new. The work is now complete and it has added a level of confidence and wellbeing to my life.
