I was recently introduced to Sturminster Dental Practice by a very good friend on mine John Durham, having been unhappy with the care I was receiving elsewhere. I have now had 3 visits to this practice and the care and attention has been excellent, it is not something I look forward too visiting a dentist but getting the service I have received has taken away any concerns

Wonderful first appointment! Ian was very gentle and really took time to explain everything. I hadn't been to a dentist for 4 or so years due to a couple of bad experiences and Trigeminal Neuralgia and went on recommendation of a friend. I will definitely return!

When I arrived at the surgery, I was expected and asked to wait in the reception area for the dentist. At the appointed time, the dentist came to collect me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. My teeth were examined and an x-ray taken. All was done very politely and with good explanations of what was being done and why. After the appointment my bill was ready when I arrived back at the reception and I was able to get on my way. All in all, quite pleasant considering I was at the dentist.

My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. I know that I can have complete faith and trust in her care of my teeth as the years go by. And last but not least, many thanks to the caring and supportive dental nurses - your kind and knowledgeable service to patients is so much appreciated. I consider myself very lucky indeed to be a patient at the Walford Mill dental practice over many years and have confidence in the ongoing care that I will receive in the years to come. This is an excellent and outstanding practice.

Amazing Dentist, Friendly Receptionist, I had a check up today, It is a great shame to learn that Mr Pedlar is leaving as he is my Dentist but I have been told that Mr Carnell is a very good dentist and a nice manner. Its a old school style dentists and only recommends procedures if needed. They are not out to fleece people with unneeded work. Great place. Myself and my parents attend this straightforward Dentist. I have had a number of treatments they have all been pain free, well explained and left me with a smile I am proud of again. I cannot recommend The Gentle Dentistry highly enough—they are, without question, the best dentists I've ever visited (and I've been to quite a few). As a very anxious patient with previous bad experiences, I thoroughly researched to find a trustworthy dentist for complex work. My search led me to The Gentle Dentistry. After reviewing their website, I decided to book a consultation. From the moment I walked through the door, the experience was seamless. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I received a detailed treatment plan, with every aspect clearly explained. I required multiple appointments due to the complexity of the work, and each visit was reassuring, with the entire process clearly outlined. Meeting Dan and Ed for different treatments was a pleasure—they provided exceptional care. The assistants were fantastic, offering support throughout the entire process. When I first came to The Gentle Dentistry, I hated my smile and had severe trauma from past dental issues and bad experiences. Now, I have a smile I'm proud of and much less fear of dental work. Yesterday I needed emergency treatment for a tooth infection. Gentle Dentistry gave me an immediate appointment I was treated by Ed who was absolutely amazing professional and made me feel at ease. I'm currently having laser hair removal with Natalie and also facials/laser treatments for pigmentation/scarring. The hair removal is surprisingly quick and personally I find it pain free. And after 2 or 3 sessions I started noticing a difference, it's well worth doing then following up with an annual top up, easy peasy, I wish I'd done it years ago! Natalie's facials leave my skin feeling so much healthier and clearer and with the added addition of using the laser it's ideal for helping with my damaged skin. There's always a warm welcome at Laser Skin Solutions Motcombe and it's nice that it's in a village instead of a city, thank you Natalie! 🤩

I never thought I would write a review praising a dentist. I was a grown up baby absolutely terrified of dentists. I would literally shake and make myself ill just sitting in the waiting room. However, I found Dorset Dental Clinic who actually listened to my fears and have now totally transformed my look. My teeth were so bad that it took a 5 hour operation under anesthetic to remove the lot and completely replace with new. The work is now complete and it has added a level of confidence and wellbeing to my life. I was really impressed with both mine and my daughter's appointment with Dr Sainath Reddy. He was very relaxed and didn't rush my 3yr old daughter and she actually sat for a full check up and opened her mouth! Miracle. I have had trouble with my front teeth after a fall as a child and Dr Reddy gave very clear advice and information about referral for surgery and potential options. Really happy to have found a dentist I feel I can trust.
