This practice models the utmost professionalism with a warm, empathetic and considered attitude to patients. Going to the dentist is not something anyone particularly looks forward to but this excellent team make it all very palatable and with positive results.

A good experience at South Coast Dental with Josh. Had a tooth implant here and was extremely nervous, from start to finish everything was explained fully, and support was given at every step by Josh, Tawny and team. Very professional and welcoming practice. Would highly recommend if you are considering a dental implant.

Josh kindly fitted an implant nearly two years ago which I am very pleased with, I recently had an issue with the gum surrounding the implant. Josh and Tawf were able to quickly address the issue for which I am very grateful, the review was very thorough and I learned some useful tips on how to use interdental brushes.

I had 3 implants successfully inserted by Fernando a couple of years ago, without any pain. Recently I needed a deep cleansing treatment for gum disease over one tooth and again, I did not experience pain. Although I have private general dentistry, this is the only dental surgeon who has given injections without pain due to the use of a superior numbing agent beforehand. All the staff are very pleasant also. I can highly recommend this Centre.

As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. I’ve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like you’re stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. I cannot imagine any of my previous dentists taking this amount of trouble. I feel confident in knowing that Ahmad and his team will always strive to choose the best treatment I need.

Have been with Black Swan for at least 12 years. It can’t be often that people say they enjoy going to the dentist but I do. The team is welcoming and supportive. Procedures are clearly explained and why one needs them likewise. I can’t praise the whole team enough.

Only had 2 appointments since joined. Both with Ahmed & so pleased we moved there. Treatments were excellent & I felt comfortable at all times. The staff are very welcoming, friendly & can talk you through your treatment if needed.

I have just started with Phoenix for my dental treatment. I am so impressed with the quality of care I have received so far that I have recommended them to my wife and other family members. Dr. Dilek Ragip is a great dentist and possibly one of the best I have used! I highly recommend her and Phoenix!

Fantastic Dentist. Place very clean, toilets probably nicest and cleanest I ever seen. The dentist is kind, caring, helps, and reasures with anxiety. Takes there time and good guildence in what to do. NHS would never be near a service like Phoenix Dental Care.

Excellent care and treatment at Phoenix Dental both from reception staff and then dentist Mohamed. I was in Weymouth for a few short weeks but the team pulled out the stops and resolved my long-standing, painful issue. Highly recommend.

What can I say except Thankyou! I had terrible bottom teeth that needed a denture and Fehrad and Rahim went above and beyond to make sure I had teeth! The practice is most efficient. Mr Rahman was very reassuring and has a great communication style explaining everything in a clear way. He was very efficient and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment despite all the warnings! The hygenist I have just met was also delightful.

I was really scared at the beginning of this procedure, but I have got to say it was worth it. I have my smile back and I can eat foods I could not eat for several years. Thank you. I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. Tawf, the dentist, and Hannah, the dental nurse were incredible. They were kind, professional , caring and made my daughter feel perfectly at ease. My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Corina is a really good dentist. She has always been careful to ensure my husband and I understand why some work needs doing. Her prices are low to medium 'private'. During a period of 3 years she has changed both our sets of gnashers from 'showing their age (a lot)' into very strong and stable. Her Dental nurse Aneta is very calm and capable. Thoroughly recommended..

I am a terrible patient,absolutely terrified and have many crowns and fillings. I have been a patient here for about thirty years! But Corina and Aneta have been so kind to me. In January during a check up Corina found nodules in my neck.Corina referred me to Dorchester hospital and it was found that I had Thyroid cancer, I think Corina may have saved my life and I am eternally thankful. I was fortunate to find this practice after my previous dentist retired. They are welcoming and friendly from the start. Their communication is excellent making use of x-rays and pictures to explain what's required and what the options are. I always feel comfortable in the hands of this very skilful team.

I was really impressed with both mine and my daughter's appointment with Dr Sainath Reddy. He was very relaxed and didn't rush my 3yr old daughter and she actually sat for a full check up and opened her mouth! Miracle. I have had trouble with my front teeth after a fall as a child and Dr Reddy gave very clear advice and information about referral for surgery and potential options. Really happy to have found a dentist I feel I can trust.

The extraction of my tooth went according to plan and the dentist and assistant put me at ease during the unpleasant experience. How to care for the extraction site was clearly explained.

Highly rate this practice! I had a one off appointment to fix a broken tooth. I was fitted in the next day! I saw Dr Edwardo whom was very friendly and informative. I hate dentists generally but was made to feel at ease. My front tooth was repaired by hand with composite filling. The result was astonishing! Can't even tell it was broken. Amazing skills! I came here sent by an NHS emergency with an infection in one of my back teeth I was in agony and very swollen. I saw Ella and Tia, They first sent me away with antibiotics and to come back to have the tooth removed. When I came back Ella said the tooth could be saved and asked if I would prefer to have a root canal. After the first procedure I was so shocked how much better my face felt and realised I’d been in pain for a long time. I went back for the second procedure today and again very happy with the result. I thought Ella and Tia went above and beyond considering it’s not even my official dentist. They could have easily removed the teeth for a fraction of the time but instead fixed my tooth and I am so happy they did. I’ve been looking for a dentist for a while and will definitely be joining!
