I had a very positive experience at Whitehall House Dental Practice. I saw Ben about a long standing problem with pain on the right side of my face which had been causing me considerable pain on and off for three years. I had seen two dentists (at two other practices), three GPs, an ear nose and throat specialist and a TMJ physiotherapist before I saw Ben and no one had been able to help. I had been dismissed by other dentists and told my pain was all in my head. Ben listened carefully and compassionately to my history and investigated possible dental causes for my pain thoroughly. He identified a possible dental cause and recommended a treatment which could help. Since that treatment my pain has been less severe and we are waiting to see whether it improves further over time. I arrived at Whitehall House Dental practice in terrible pain, emotionally fragile and feeling hopeless about whether I would ever be free of my pain. I was treated with care and compassion by everyone I spoke to (including the reception team and dental nurses who were all lovely). I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Received bonding and whitening treatment from Johnathan at Whitehall and I’m very happy with the results. From start to finish the communication was excellent and all aspects of the treatment were explained in detail to ensure I got the outcome I wanted. Highly recommend this dentist for cosmetic work.

I have attending Whitehall House Dental Practice for several years. I have always found the professional service and advice to be of the highest standard. Recently, I had a wisdom tooth removed, which had been causing me quite a few problems. My treatment was extremely good and I have recovered well. I recommend this practice to everyone.

So far so good in the middle of my treatment. But the treatment was explained in detail and the cost was much lower than the previous quotes I got from other dental practices. The staff are very friendly and Johnathon is very reassuring.

My daughter and I had our first appointment at Cornmarket Dental yesterday. The receptionist was friendly, the waiting area pleasant, our appointment started on time. My daughter was very anxious and the dentist and assistant were friendly towards her. The dentist was knowledgeable, thorough and took his time to explain. Absolutely recommend!

I was really impressed with both mine and my daughter's appointment with Dr Sainath Reddy. He was very relaxed and didn't rush my 3yr old daughter and she actually sat for a full check up and opened her mouth! Miracle. I have had trouble with my front teeth after a fall as a child and Dr Reddy gave very clear advice and information about referral for surgery and potential options. Really happy to have found a dentist I feel I can trust.

Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. I am a very nervous patient following treatment received as a child in the 1960s. However, the treatment I received from Fernando for my dental implants was second to none. He is an excellent practitioner and has the ability to create an air of calm which would put any nervous patient at ease. My implants fit perfectly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the staff at South Coast Dental. How I wish it had been the same for me as a child. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

Josh kindly fitted an implant nearly two years ago which I am very pleased with, I recently had an issue with the gum surrounding the implant. Josh and Tawf were able to quickly address the issue for which I am very grateful, the review was very thorough and I learned some useful tips on how to use interdental brushes.

I had 3 implants successfully inserted by Fernando a couple of years ago, without any pain. Recently I needed a deep cleansing treatment for gum disease over one tooth and again, I did not experience pain. Although I have private general dentistry, this is the only dental surgeon who has given injections without pain due to the use of a superior numbing agent beforehand. All the staff are very pleasant also. I can highly recommend this Centre.

Ended up having to go private as a non registered emergency patient, after failed A&E visit and a 3 hour phone call to 111 with no answer. I’m so glad I chose this practice. All the staff were so kind and considerate, from the initial phone call, to the receptionist, nurses and the dentist himself. Very thorough, explained everything and considerate throughout. Have my second appointment through already to deal with the problem. Will highly recommend to all looking for a dentist!

This dental practice is absolutely fantastic they really look after their patients, it’s very clean, well presented and maintained. It’s staff are tremendous, friendly, helpful, caring and very polite, my dentist Dr Govender is a smashing dentist he goes out of his way to make sure that the treatment both I and my mother receives is as pain and stress free and relaxed as possible. A truly professional experience from start to finish. Communication by email and text message re upcoming appointments is excellent. Also changing appointments is very easy and hassle free. Upon entering the practice you are greeted in a warm and friendly manner, which continues throughout your visit. I am very pleased with Dr. Govender's work . He is very thorough and has done a lot more checks on me than any other dentist I have had in the past. A true professional. Although not a nervous patient myself, if you are worried by dentists then I recommend this practice. Dr. Govender will calmly explain everything before it happens and put you at ease. Alain and the team were amazing. Although the word amazing is not a word I would usually associate with a visit to the dentist, his compassionate and professional manner put me at ease and enabled me to remain calm and relaxed. Had pain with a molar over a number of months and Crewkerne Dentist Centre (& Jason Salvador Swords in particular) had always fitted me in at short notice; tried various treatments (not always charged) which eased, for a period, but also checked on tooth once removed (by oral surgeon) as I had some issues, again without charge.
