Elena and team are really professional. Over the years my mouth has stabilised and I very rarely need treatments due to my ongoing appointments and advice.

Great service. Always feel at ease and Elena takes time to explain things to us. Elena is very dedicated to her work and tries to fix problems before they gets worse. My wife used to have a fear of dentists, and yet she does not fear going to Purewell Cross because Elena is so gentle, kind and understanding. I have an issue with grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw, and Elena sorted me out a shield to wear which helps stop me crunching my teeth and reducing further damage being done.

As a complete dentistry coward from childhood my experiences are limited to 'having no choice' visits when I have a problem, but I have to say my visits here for the latest one have been a revelation. Elena and the team have made me feel as relaxed as they possibly could, extremely friendly and comfortable, so much so that even root canal treatment couldn't spoil it. I must admit I might even have nodded off briefly during the procedure. I have to go back for the work to be completed but dont feel any anxiety at all. I can't recommend them enough.

Elena and her team have always been amazing. From ensuring that I’m seen at the earliest opportunity, to providing me with great advice while considering some health issues that could have caused difficulties. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I am extremely grateful for the help of the team in this dental studio. I was in a severe pain and even tho they were really busy they have managed to fit me in and get me out of pain quickly. I have had many problems with my teeth since I was a child. I tried many dentists over the years and I must say that Finest Smile is by far the best. I had given up on dentist for few years after few really bad experiences. I am very happy that I have found Monika and her team, they are all amazing. Excellent and very professional care. Monika even stayed working longer on my last visit to make sure everything looks perfect. I had fillings done, crowns, root canal, all of it was done to a really high standard and looks even better than I thought it would be. Highly recommended.

Well this street lamp was still at my time in Bournemouth when I was staying at Bournemouth for nearly 8 and a half years. You know I’m a fan of street lamps all over Dorset. I believe this lamp dates back to 1981 I’m not sure. You might even see some such on stoke wood Road or on Cucklington gardens where I used to live when I was young. But these are under the year 2015. So go on google maps then tap on year then tap on 2014,2013,2012,2011,2010,2009,2008.

I don’t normally write reviews but I really wanted to say how great this dentist surgery is. I have just had a filling replaced, completely trust Michael Atkinson. He seems to have done a brilliant job. I got an appointment really quickly (within 5 days!) and the attention to cleanliness was amazing.. I felt extremely safe there. Generally,I hate the dentist. However this is the best dentist I have been too in 30 years. They are very thoura and competent. I had a check up then today I have had treatment, I left without being traumatised. Thank you so much, not dreading my next appointment. Highly recommend.

I would 100% recommend her and her lovely dental nurse (so sorry, I don't know your name) They both put me at my ease and allow me to be a silly, terrified patient. I have always had very good treatment at this practice from Mr Dillingham and the other dentists in the practice and the nurses and reception staff . They are always very caring and efficient especially now coping with the Covid problem. I have been going to this practice for nigh on 20 years having been recommended to go there by a close friend. We have just had an exceptionally positive experience at Beacon Lodge. My teenage daughter received the highest standard of care from Verity and assisted by equally caring Louise. The results are superb and Verity's skill and attention to detail in replacing a problematic baby tooth and composite filling was second to none, along with her kind and understanding manner in dealing with my daughter. The best dentist ever I'm not local but worth the hour travel each way, have spent many hours in a dentist chair and the best service I have ever had from filling to extraction. Why can't all dentists be like this?

Yesterday I needed emergency treatment for a tooth infection. Gentle Dentistry gave me an immediate appointment I was treated by Ed who was absolutely amazing professional and made me feel at ease. My 95 year old Mum started getting a very sore and ulcerated gum where her denture rubbed. Colin put himself out to see her, even though he wanted to leave early. He worked out the problem quickly, sorted it and my mum can now eat again. He also only charged her £10. Great service. Thank you.

After years of problems with my front teeth due to sporting injuries I decided it was time to try a different approach. I was at a stage where crowns weren't an option anymore. I decided it was time for a partial denture. I did a lot of research and read lots of reviews for dentists and various clinics. I came across Colin Butchart based in Highcliffe . Well what can i say, Colin did a fantastic job in making my denture and i could not believe how it fitted exactly and looks so natural. I cant state enough what a difference my new denture has made. Excellent service cannot recommend enough. My elderly dad has dementia and the option of having a new set of false teeth made for him is, unfortunately, not an option so when the old ones broke in half I was desperate to get them repaired. Dorset Denture Clinic were amazing. They repaired them including replacing a chipped tooth - and they were ready to collect the next morning - so minimal upset for my dad. Thank you !

My daughter saw Raquel today for a New patient examination and to discuss ongoing Orthodontic treatment. The examination was so thorough and Raquel is so knowledgeable. She really has such a calming manner and really makes you feel at ease. My daughter has always in the past been nervous with going to dental appointments, but this time she was so relaxed with Raquel and her lovely nurse Charlotte. The receptionist Chloe is also so lovely! You really do feel like one of the family! Highly recommend 👌

She really listened to what my concerns were and was able to offer advice on what I can do to tackle those skin concerns. I had to change dental practice as my dentist had retired and one of my friends recommended this place. Both dentists I've seen here, Rachel and Sarah are so professional and competent - I always feel like I'm in safe hands. The practice is always so fresh and clean and the rest of the team are so friendly and fun too. Definitely would recommend this place to all my friends and colleagues.

A fantastic dentist! I have been going to Robinson’s for the last 7 years and have always been extremely happy. Kate did a fantastic job straightening and whitening my teeth, 7 years on and they still look great! I’m always well looked after for my yearly checks, but my recent visit for my little boy really does make them a gold star dentist! Robinsons were so welcoming and reassuring to my two year old. His first visit was a success. I can highly recommend this dentist!

I am a patient at this clinic for almost 5 years now and I can say I am very happy with their services and the fact that I found them. Amazing experience on every occasion. Karina, my dentist and her assistant are lovely, the way she is and does her job makes me very confident every time I go there, also very happy with the results afterwards. They make you feel safe and comfortable all the time. Once you enter their door you know you are on safe hands. Very profesional and clean at all times, they explain your treatment plan very clearly, all the steps they do while you having the treatments, simply love the experience I have with them.
