Fantastic experience at Teeth on the Heath today. All staff were welcoming and made the effort to engage in a friendly conversation before the appointment. We took our two year old with us and both ladies at reception were brilliant with him. Jason Wong is a wonderful dentist! He makes you feel at ease and offers great advice after the appointment. In this clinic you can find a friendly family atmosphere. My wife and I have been clients of this clinic for many years. We have had various services done here ,from oral hygiene ,through filling cavities to crowns. We have always left satisfied. The entire staff is wonderful, but our favorite person is Dr. Urlika.

I’ve been a patient with Teeth on the Heath for many years and found them to be very caring and gentle when treatment is required. My recent visit was to start procedure for dental implants which was explained in detail before the treatment and carried out in surgical conditions to avoid any infections. I have been without pain and only minimal swelling since and look forward to my new smile in a few months time.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a good 6-7 years, maybe more.. and since moving to the area I have been desperate to find one I am comfortable with. I urgently needed a wisdom tooth removal and wanted to go to the best dental practice around so I did of course read the reviews beforehand so I thought it would only be fair if I left an honest review myself from my own personal recent experience. I called up and asked for an emergency appointment (I wasn’t actually registered at this point) they managed to get me in within two hours of me phoning up which was amazing. When I was there I registered and met with Dr Tom Rowland and Taylor the dental nurse and I must say they were both fantastic. Completely put my mind at ease, very easy to talk to and also completely honest which I believe is very important. I was then booked in the following day to have my wisdom tooth removed and the experience was incredible. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. The price is really reasonable too. Never thought I would say this but I’m actually looking forward to going back in September ☺️.. also I just want to mention that the ladies on reception are absolutely wonderful

I can’t imagine that there are many of you that like going to the dentist, me included. So for those who’s toes curl at the mere thought of an injection, Envisage is the dental practice for you. Calming, understanding and patient, the trauma is made as ‘bearable’ as it can be. Sarah is by far the best dentist I have ever had, throughly recommended for all other ‘toe curling white knucklers’ like me.

I cannot recommend Envisage Ferndown, and specifically Dr. Tom Rowland highly enough. As someone who has always suffered with a phobia of the Dentist, and having decided to move from my last practice due to several traumatic experiences, I can honestly now say my phobia has gone! Dr Rowland and his calm attention to detail, along with fully explaining every single step of treatment as he goes along, supported by photos and 3D images, has completely extinguished my fear. My first treatment was a long procedure, but he was able to allay any fears and produce a painless, anxiety free result. Thank you Dr Rowland and Envisage!

I had to have a lot of work done on 8 of my upper teeth. I was a little nervous but Tom made me at ease. He also did a fantastic job and I am really pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend to friends.

When I arrived at the surgery, I was expected and asked to wait in the reception area for the dentist. At the appointed time, the dentist came to collect me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. My teeth were examined and an x-ray taken. All was done very politely and with good explanations of what was being done and why. After the appointment my bill was ready when I arrived back at the reception and I was able to get on my way. All in all, quite pleasant considering I was at the dentist.

My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. I know that I can have complete faith and trust in her care of my teeth as the years go by. And last but not least, many thanks to the caring and supportive dental nurses - your kind and knowledgeable service to patients is so much appreciated. I consider myself very lucky indeed to be a patient at the Walford Mill dental practice over many years and have confidence in the ongoing care that I will receive in the years to come. We have followed Tracey having been her patients in the New Forest for some 20 years. She is personable, professional and extremely skilled at her job. Her surgery is large, airy and light. Tracey and her Nurse Ashra are very welcoming and personable. The Dentistry on the Grove practice is well run, the premises are clean and roomy and the receptionists are very warm and welcoming. We cannot recommend this practice too highly!

I had an extreme fear of the dentist and hadn’t gone in several years with past experiences being horrific. I ended up with a gum infection which forced me to make an appointment, after hearing good things about dentistry on the grove I decided to try there. I’m so glad I did! They were all so kind and patient with me, and I’m telling you I was very difficult but they all knew exactly what to do to calm me and all my appointments went really well all the check ups, periodontal cleaning and normal hygienist appointments. If you’re nervous of the dentist please give this one a chance, they have helped me so much and my teeth and gums are healthier than ever. Can’t thank them all enough.

Having moved to the area a couple of years ago, I had neglected to register with a new dentist & found it difficult to decide which practice to enrol with. Glad to say I made the right choice with Dentistry on the Grove. Super clean premises, looks professional & calming from the minute you walk in the door. The reception staff are welcoming & friendly and my dentist Dr Tracey Lightfoot was simply wonderful and has a great bedside manner. She explained everything, and did a fantastic job preserving a fractured tooth I had assumed would need extracting. Absolutely delighted with results & even looking forward to my next check-up (never thought I'd say that), highly recommend.

Had my tooth extracted earlier today. The receptionist, dentist and the assistant were all very kind and friendly which made me so comfortable as I was a bit anxious.The dentist (Ibrahim) made sure to explain the procedure every step of the way coupled with lots of oral health messages glad to have learnt something new today! I have always been afraid of the dentist, but Richie and his amazing team make you feel relaxed, safe and welcoming. The girls on the front desk are always smiling and happy to help with any questions. Having been petrified of the dentist for many years, I can not fault the care and attention that I have received from everyone at dentistry@68. The whole process of sedation was very relaxing, and every step was explained fully. There was no rushing. After having 2 extractions, I had no pain at all, which shows the care and attention provided during treatment.

I love going here. The receptionists are amazing and really nice. The waiting room is also very interesting and even though I am 12 I really like the colouring table! I love my dentist, Katie, as she is so understanding and kind. The quality of dentistry as far as I can see is super good. They are so efficient and awesome I would definitely recommend them!!!

Very pleased. No one really likes having dental work However as a very nervous patient Katie helped me relax and get the treatment I needed "extraction" without drama. I recommend Envisage highly. Since I moved to this practice my experience of dental care has completely changed. I no longer dread my visits. The dentist I see is fantastic. I was really impressed with both mine and my daughter's appointment with Dr Sainath Reddy. He was very relaxed and didn't rush my 3yr old daughter and she actually sat for a full check up and opened her mouth! Miracle. I have had trouble with my front teeth after a fall as a child and Dr Reddy gave very clear advice and information about referral for surgery and potential options. Really happy to have found a dentist I feel I can trust.

100% recommended for Invisalign treatment. Both my sister and I have had orthodontic treatment at dental on the banks and very happy indeed.
