Having been recommended Dorset Dental by my son I can honestly say that it's the first time in my life that I don't mind going to the dentist. Fabulous treatment from Szusanna and have also just been fitted for an anti snore mouth piece which I will be testing tonight! Great service and team.

I had 6 teeth removed and a number of implants. To say I was petrified is an understatement. The care I received was outstanding. Philip is an amazing dentist and all his team are caring and looked after me so well. I now have a smile again and I can’t thank you all enough

I never thought I would write a review praising a dentist. I was a grown up baby absolutely terrified of dentists. I would literally shake and make myself ill just sitting in the waiting room. However, I found Dorset Dental Clinic who actually listened to my fears and have now totally transformed my look. My teeth were so bad that it took a 5 hour operation under anesthetic to remove the lot and completely replace with new. The work is now complete and it has added a level of confidence and wellbeing to my life. First class service. I’m very happy with all the dental work I’m having done at Smile Stories. They take time and care to explain every stage to me and make sure I’m happy and fully understand what’s happening. Any questions I have are answered fully. All the people who work there are very friendly, completely professional and nothing is too much trouble. They don’t “rush” or “pressurise” you into anything. I highly recommend them.

After a few recommendations from friends for Smile Stories, I decided to visit myself. All the team here are so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is also lovely without the usual clinical feel from a dentist. I have had multiple visits to Sarah for various dental work I needed doing and she, alongside the dental nurses, has been amazing and put me at complete ease! I have also had appointments with Camila and Zak who have been so lovely. The care and service here is second to none, highly recommend to anyone!!

Received bonding and whitening treatment from Johnathan at Whitehall and I’m very happy with the results. So far so good in the middle of my treatment. But the treatment was explained in detail and the cost was much lower than the previous quotes I got from other dental practices. The staff are very friendly and Johnathon is very reassuring.

I had a very positive experience at Whitehall House Dental Practice. I saw Ben about a long standing problem with pain on the right side of my face which had been causing me considerable pain on and off for three years. I had seen two dentists (at two other practices), three GPs, an ear nose and throat specialist and a TMJ physiotherapist before I saw Ben and no one had been able to help. I had been dismissed by other dentists and told my pain was all in my head. Ben listened carefully and compassionately to my history and investigated possible dental causes for my pain thoroughly. He identified a possible dental cause and recommended a treatment which could help. Since that treatment my pain has been less severe and we are waiting to see whether it improves further over time. I arrived at Whitehall House Dental practice in terrible pain, emotionally fragile and feeling hopeless about whether I would ever be free of my pain. I was treated with care and compassion by everyone I spoke to (including the reception team and dental nurses who were all lovely). I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Fabulous dentist surgery. The staff are efficient and friendly. My dentist, Ash, is so gentle and lovely. The work he's done on my very sensitive teeth has been painless and beautifully done. I highly recommend anyone to this surgery.

Had my tooth extracted earlier today. The receptionist, dentist and the assistant were all very kind and friendly which made me so comfortable as I was a bit anxious.The dentist (Ibrahim) made sure to explain the procedure every step of the way coupled with lots of oral health messages glad to have learnt something new today! Now I can take better care of my teeth in the future. Thanks for creating a very relaxed and painless ordeal for me.how can I forget the very cheerful assistant! Excellent experience from start to finish. I enquired about teeth whitening, my email was answered quickly and I easily booked in for a consultation. The process was explained clearly, scans done and I returned a week later for my fitting and instructions. I am absolutely delighted with the results - easy, painless and my teeth look fantastic! Special thanks to William Breen, he made me feel at ease from the moment I sat down, had 2 appointments with him including a filling replacement, very happy. Also been to the Hygienist who was lovely and gave some good advice about looking after my teeth better and what brush to use.

Dr Claudia has taken over my treatment recently and has provided exceptional care. My injections have been painless and the anaesthetic has worn off evenly; meaning I can go about my day normally even after root canal treatment. She is considerate of my TMJ issues and provides regular breaks during treatment. My appointments are efficient and everything is explained to me at the time and afterwards.

Had a very relaxing experience with the hygienist Aimee and nurse Joanna today! Aimee explained everything really clearly and had a very casual chat that made me feel at ease and helped me see a problem with my gum that I could start treating with free sames she gave me. I would recommend this dentists to anyone in the area.

I recommend Envisage highly. Since I moved to this practice my experience of dental care has completely changed. I no longer dread my visits. The dentist I see is fantastic. He has really put me at ease along with his friendly dental nurse. The hygienist was great. And the reception team are friendly. I’m so glad I changed to Envisage and wish that I had done it years ago because now I’m happy to have my regular checks.

I was really impressed with both mine and my daughter's appointment with Dr Sainath Reddy. He was very relaxed and didn't rush my 3yr old daughter and she actually sat for a full check up and opened her mouth! Miracle. I have had trouble with my front teeth after a fall as a child and Dr Reddy gave very clear advice and information about referral for surgery and potential options. Really happy to have found a dentist I feel I can trust.

I have always been afraid of the dentist, but Richie and his amazing team make you feel relaxed, safe and welcoming. The girls on the front desk are always smiling and happy to help with any questions. They will email you with appointments and also reminders by text, which is extremely helpful as I always loose my appointments cards 🤦‍♀️ they will try their very best to try and fit you in when changes are needed.
