Went to my final appointment with Dr Mark Brickley. He arranged for me to have a mouth brace made to help my sleep apnoea. It has worked better than we had all hoped so I do not have to use a CPAP machine at night. The overall cost was very reasonable and he has been extremely helpful. He has signed me off saying that I should not need to come back for about two years when I will need to have a new plastic brace made.

Appointments always on time. Professional and caring staff who give you all the information required to ensure you are happy and informed about your treatment. Great set up and have the state of the art equipment. Really impressed with your service, thank-you.

My experience with the orthodontic treatment given for both my sons has been fabulous. Both now have straight teeth and a perfect smile and without the need of surgery, which we narrowly avoided. Thank you to everyone involved. Really friendly and helpful team of people.

I visited the hygienist and as usual the ladies there made me feel totally at ease and were very friendly. I am really pleased with the advice given about teeth and gum care. I haven't been with the practice for very long but so far I am very pleased .

I had to have a very unpleasant extraction and because he is so gentle, compassionate and kind I felt completely at ease. I would recommend him to anyone feeling anxious or frightened. What a guy!

Theo is the most amazing dentist I have visited, he is calm and cool and continually talking to you throughout the procedure. I had 2 teeth extracted and both time was painless, his way of giving injection also painless, I haven’t felt a thing. All you have to do is “relax and breath, I’ll do the rest “ that’s his advice and worked both time. Worth every penny and I wouldn’t go anywhere else and that’s matter of fact. Thanks Doc, see you next month to do the rest.

Always excellent service, lovely reception team and the dentists and support team are fantastic - they explain things clearly and take their time. They're gentle and considerate in the treatments too. The only challenge is that they're so thorough that I keep getting encouraged to floss more :)

I recently attended this dental practice this year for the first time where I was welcomed warmly by both the receptionist Michelle and my dentist Lakshmi. A treatment plan was agreed and all subsequent appointments have been on time, very professional and friendly. I visited the hygienist Jane and it was the best clean l have ever had and great advice. Date of visit 15/11/24.( New patient) I was really very anxious as it was my first time for treatment with a new dentist. I needed not to have had such a sleepless night worrying! I feel very stupid now because I was looked after so well by my fabulous team Dr.Jessica Scott and nurse Ellie. They understood my nervousness and immediately reassured me that I was going to be in safe hands. The treatment I received was quick and completely painless. Ellie was really lovely and kept reassuring me as the treatment progressed which was greatly appreciated. I have to visit again for a couple more longer appointments to prepare to have a gold crown fitting and I promise not to be such a baby next time! Having had such a good experience on my first visit has absolutely reassured me that I’m in very experienced and safe gentle hands. So I’m looking forward to my next appointment! I had an exceptional experience today. Naomi and her wonderful assistant demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine care. Remarkably, at 43 years old, I even learned the proper technique for brushing my teeth.

I broke my tooth and the sharp edges were rubbing on my tongue. I was worried that I would not be able to get an appointment at short notice but was able to book for the next day. The dentist was able to sort out a new filling and file the rough edges so I no longer have any discomfort and will be able to enjoy Christmas. I am very grateful for such good service especially as my friends tell me they don’t get this level of care as private patients with their dentist

Along with his team, you are cared for in a genuinely supportive environment, especially when you are a nervous patient and are helped to feel relaxed.

Excellent service and really efficient. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, the receptionist booked me in immediately and I was in the waiting room no more than 2 minutes. Had an emergency appointment with the dentist to sort out an infection. The clinic rang me and were very helpful and I was seen on time when I arrived. The dentist was excellent and gave me antibiotics. Just need to make sure you check your car in at reception if you park in their car park.

Fantastic service. I was nervous but was put to ease. They were very gentle but thorough. My teeth look so much better!!!
